Everton Stadium: Voiceover. 03/03/2024

good afternoon everyone it's Sunday the 3 of March I'm down here now a brle modes are Everton's new stadium there were a um an update but what I'm going to do today is I'm going to I'm going to film East stand uh an update on the East stand and and the nor stand and I'm I'm going to go down to Jesse Harley way and um do the West stand and South stand from there obviously cuz um there should be no signal interference so um so let's get on with it so first thing I noticed to be honest I noticed this last week is um some of the lighting columns I've now got lights on there's one there so as you can see some of them now have lights on obviously the fan zone is uh progressing well the granite Granite W and right in front of me I just ComEd it come back a bit and then down and I'll show you the um the gate and the work that's being getting done on the gate or one of the entrances so you can see there the brick W on top of the gate all the stones that are being removed um meticulously put in place on top of the gate so there's another one further down have a look at that in a minute see if I can see it from the other side [Music] so you can see if done there the stone wear being put in place so that's looking good let's have a look at the um see some of the barrel clading there on the floor waiting to be installed so a few B waiting to go on hydraulic Tower the cap stands in place of that that looks nice so attention to detail is a seconds and on isn't it you know no stone left ontain as they say so it looks uh yeah it looks really nice though still no we on what it's going to get used for let's have a look at the barel cladin while we're here so 872 pieces in total the battle clut so it was what's that 400 400 KN each side the perations in it so you can see through see the metal framework behind and obvious obviously over night when it's all lit up that's going to look amazing and then someone said it could be you know similar to what the alian arena looks like um so that's looking good isn't it get a bit higher So speaking of battle cladin speaking of the battle cladin um contract is reckoned it'll be completed by um July so it'll be an amazing achievement and once it's completed like I said that's going to look fantastic isn't it let's have a look at the um n stands flash panels let's have a little fly down there have a look at the uh the glass panels you see inside the stadium inside the bow well think there's just a few frames remaining looks nice that don't it look inside the bowl as it's called oh coming to the um northwest corner just a few panes of glass to go in now and that's complete and onto the uh northwest corner and get up a bit cuz I'm losing a bit of signal and the uh the West stand mezzanine like I said I'll come back to that get a better better shot of it want to go down to Jesse Harley Way have a quick fly over have a look inside the bow the mini football pitch with the uh censor Circle for have a look at all the uh all the stands East West stand sorry not stands he stand and the Sal stands quick look at the uh fan Zone and then I'll uh I'll move down towards uh Jesse Harley way so have a good look at the w stand Meine the fanone see the railway tracks very clearly now and also um the glass black panes I think they're completed now yeah so that's the East and North Stand covered and I'll um I'll go and do the the South and West and from a a different Vantage Point okay so we're down at the uh West End now so let's have a good look at this and the mein's coming along so the ch steps going in that's looking nice get a closer look at it and close the um the glass front the entrance to the hospitality areas and above it I should imagine the one of the lounges or some of the lounges that look out over onto the onto the river so yeah that's the uh the Meine coming along Western Meine a nice day on there on Summer's Day of course it's going to be the intention is to have open to 365 days a year so uh Club should get the benefit from uh having it open so we may see some work on Battle cladin getting introduced to the uh the West stand at some point uh in the near future be interesting to see that um or whether the intentions are is to complete the the stand first so have a look around the area yeah so obviously where I'm pointing down now this there's going to be a water Channel there um a connect the docks yeah so there should be a water Channel running through um into Nelson dock from Sand and half tide dock which is behind I'll just show you that now so that's sand and half tied Dock and the water Channel obviously will go under that bridge once they dig it out again and then there's another bridge in the southwest corner and this will be the the water channel so there's the broadcasting unit so that's uh near on completion what looks like it's near on completion um I may be completely wider the mark there but and then next to it um so that part there where you see the lightting columns that's going to be a small car bar not sure how many cars it hold but it's only a small one so um don't know guess I'm probably the same size as the um the one be Park and now the players use so that's the uh West stand have a little fly over and have a look at this outand now there's the sh stand glass W progression on there and then once I come to the end of here I'll I'll just drop down couple of meters and show you the um which would be what you'll see from The Concourse sorry what not what you'll see but the area where the uh where The Concourse will be behind um behind them glass windows so that area there get a little bit closer if it count so that's the uh sou stand bit of a fair ground here as well you can hear the music or the the singing I'll show you that as I fly back so that's it pleases I just bring you back and I'll show you this uh this fair I'm on about doesn't seem to be any people in here like but don't know when it's due to open or if it is open that's
