welcome back to another MLB recap video where I'm going to be going over the best of Tuesday slate the Twins and Royals had a massive series with big playoff implications and so far in game one the Twins won 8 to3 and game two the Twins won 13-3 off Brady singer and Seth Lugo so two of the Royals best arms and it has not been remotely competitive through two games as the Twins win the series big Christmas John Kenzie Noel whatever you want to call him has won the better pimp jobs and bat flips of the year year as he has been heaing up he had a two Homer game on Monday and a go-ahead homer to give the Guardians their fourth straight win tonight if you want to look at the sa young winner then look no further than tck scoble as tonight he threw six Innings since striking out nine and allowing just one run he now is the leader in wins erra and strikeouts in the American League good for the Triple Crown if the season were to end today and for George Kirby it was a whole other story George Kirby he's known as a really really good pitcher as well maybe a future Sion Contender but he did not have it tonight as that was a Grand Slam by Jake Rogers to make it 11 runs Allowed by George Kirby he didn't even last four Innings he allowed 13 hits and 11 runs it's just insane George Kirby can be as lights out as it gets some nights but then some nights he could just get knocked around for 13 hits and a career-high 11 earned the beauty of baseball and sports is the unpredictability of it the sa young race in the National League is definitely coming into fruition with guys like Chris S Zack Wheeler then Paul SK leading the pack but if there is a guy that would be number four that would be hunter green he threw seven Innings of one run ball tonight again he has been just dominant pitching to a sub three all year long and he just looks like a Frontline true Frontline Ace Jake Berger is going to hit a homer as he has been one of the hottest hitters in baseball and the Marlins are going to come into Philly where they lost the Wild Card Series last year and record a 0 shutout win Alex bregman has been hot as the Astros have won seven straight games now and bregman has homered in four straight but it's weird the Astros in the middle of a playoff race and there was a report by Ken Rosenthal on Fair territory yesterday where he was speculating the market for Alex bregman and he mentioned the Seattle Mariners as a team that could be a top fit for bregman they're willing to spend the money and that's a spot that they could look to address Rosenthal mentioned now there are going to be other sothers but it definitely is interesting that he mentioned the Mariners not obviously it would be very noteworthy cuz Not only would the Astros lose him but he would be going to a division rival who they're going to be competing with for years to come and are right now he has a 770 Ops this year which is over 80 points below his League average or below his career average but he has been playing better as of late as you could see four homers in his last four games and bregman he's always a good playoff performer he's still in the age where he can be in the prime of his career so he'll be a top free agent this this off season Austin Adams was once released by the Mets and now he's going to be mocking their OMG celebration as he walks off the field and for the Mets they got swept in Seattle now they're going to lose in Oakland so a four game losing streak as they're in the midst of a wild card race they cannot afford these losses the Red Sox in both games that jiren Duran was suspended they're going to win both of them this is going to be Conor Wong with a three run Homer to open up the game here and talking about the Rangers they're three and N since the Trey deadline last year the Los Angeles Angels after they had a failed trade deadline they placed players like Lucas gito Matt Moore Ronaldo Lopez and Hunter Renfro just to name a couple Randall grites as well on waivers it was essentially because they weren't going to be competing for a playoff spot and they wanted wanted to get under the luxury tax for the rangers they won the World Series last year that was great but this year they're just not going to be a playoff team so if you look at them they could have relievers like Jose L cler David Robertson they could possibly put them on waivers But Ken Rosen mention Nate I avaldi as a name that surely surely would be claimed if they placed him on waivers it's just do they want to deal with the Optics of that if like you're a free agent then you sign with Texas but they're not having a good year they could just place you on waivers so we'll see what they end up doing but Nate e evaldi could surely be the biggest name to hit waivers and he's a big game pitcher so that would be something that could really impact the postseason as well Juan sto is going to get his first career three Homer game and a couple years ago Aaron judge had that walk here where he made the AL record with 62 homers and he got himself paid Juan sto this is a walk year for him as well and he is putting up monstrous numbers even for his standard so judge got 360 million I think juano is going to get at least 500 million it's going to be insane the bidding war for his Services cuz he's still just 24 years old it's insane same age as Bobby Wht sh Otani is going to hit long ball number 37 on the year and of of course he's in a position where no one in the National League has more than him he's kind of running away with the MVP at this point the Embrace chaos snakes are back from last year they down to their final strike hit a two-run walk-off single that's going to be Jake McCarthy and now they are 17 and three in their last 20 games and Jake McCarthy at the Forefront of that is batting 460 over his last 17 games and has 15 RBI in his last three games you're almost averaging three rubies per game he got two on that walkoff hit so they're 17 and3 in their last 20 games while the Padres in that same division are 18-3 in their last 21 games so the Dodgers have to do a lot to hold off these teams because they are just not losing they're losing once a week maybe even less sometimes and they're going to win again tonight thanks to a dominant pitching outing by Michael King six Innings pitched 10 hits or 10 strikeouts I should say and zero runs was the most important part vlat Jr in the down year for the Blue Jays h his impact and performance cannot go understated because he has 24 homers he's hitting north of 320 he is having a monster year and it's also going to be leading into a walk year for him next year so he could carry that momentum into a big contract the Beltway series between the Nationals and the Orioles and the Orioles have just not been playing their best baseball they're going to lose 9 to3 in this game and they made a big trade at the deadline as far as Prospect names where they traded Connor Norby and Kyle Stowers for Trevor Rogers while Rogers and five plus Innings of work tonight allowed another five earned runs so now he has a 753 ER and three starts since joining the O's and it was already a trade that was kind of polarizing to some because they gave up those prospects and he had about a five er a high fours when they made that trade here the stack has leaders of the day Junior
