and of course St George in the President's Cup they've gone through to the Grand Final after easily accounting for CRA very good win CRA of course the minor Premier and expected to win pardon chatter he was uh it was a good game of football but sjur certainly put the cleaners through cber and the sent a three quarter Evan sver two tries yesterday and was one of the stars of a very good St George win let's have a look at the action yesterday from the Sydney football stadium and early on it was the CRA side working assist movement the big strong front row forward Dale Fritz currently playing the ball lying over him says the referee and a penalty to the to the Cambra side and they took an early two points to nil lead in this game and uh as I said a very good game of football and uh some excellent Tri good from both sides here's the CRA side now looking to uh uh to to attack but not playing the ball correctly and Ian Heron the captain of the enjoed S and an excellent goal kicker and he has an outstanding game in this performance yesterday this big win by St George and it was St George early on in the game using The Blind Side very well switching it back inside to Big Tony Priddle Priddle gives the ball away there to support in h Tony rud and in for the try goes the uh the St George second row forward a very good performance by uh St George as I said I like the way they played coming up an excellent try you'll go a long way towards seeing a better try than this if uh uh if the kids were involved look at their sisters Ian heron very good run support on the outside by Evan saver ball back inside to Heron H to uh to Dean Morris that is the Winger now on to Heron and the fullback and Skipper goes in under the post and he's not half happy with that and why not that is an excellent rugby league try and uh certainly some outstanding young players in this President's Cup competition not so long ago that the likes of lri Dy Bradley Clyde were there and Brad fitler too and all of those players of course very much in first grade in the Winfield cup good try coming up first of two for David Bole strong Running Center three quter for the young cber Raiders side here St George on the attack again good strong run again by prle and he's put down just short of the CRA goal line quick play the ball and they take it up strongly St George always looking to uh to do something this is an excellent try coming up good quick hands look at that t touch over the touch over the top to Heron and then into the uh the repl there Stevens going in for the try for the S George side again good play by S George keeping the ball alive looking for support on every occasion bit slow coming up there but there's H heav Sava going in for his second try and he certainly was half not half happy there second try of the game for SAA canra refused to concede in this game will catch side catch by MC Doyle and uh they continued to throw the ball around and attack St George and uh there's a a chance that these two sides may meet again in the Grand Final there's Bole going in for his second try and the referee awarding it there a very good performance by St George but canra shed enough in this game to suggest that they may come back for another meeting keeping the ball alive here intercepted and Sava away again and just gets to the goal line here chased all the way by the Winger for canra in Jason kaker but a very good try to sa one of the good players that very good win 30 points to 10 that final score that's promising for St George for the future isn't it certainly is they haven't had much of a season in first grade and of course their their coach Craig young sacked just two weeks before the end of the competition but they've got some Bright Young Players there keep your eye on Ian Heron the fullback I thought he was absolutely outstanding and Evan saver the uh young Greek boy in the cers you'd have to have some ability would well he would two tries in the game and set another one up but I mean what do you expect from a Greek all right I've got nothing more to say look
