the is he doing the summer no go ahead and that breaking news focuses on a lawmaker at the state capital as we look live in downtown Sacramento this person is the defendant in a sexual harassment lawsuit that lawsuit was filed just yesterday and we learned about this lawsuit just about an hour ago in fact we just finished reading through it thanks for joining us at five I'm cousin yeah I'm gon Dart thanks for being with us the details in the lawsuit are simply too explicit to explain really in any manner of detail on air but here's what we can tell you the suit was against this person Marie Alvarado Gil now she's the lawmaker you might remember who last month changed her party affiliation from Democrat to Republican the lawsuit by the way was filed by Chad condid he had been Alvarado Gill's Chief of Staff he is now claiming sexual harassment quid proquo now specifically he claims that he was pressured by Alvarado Gill to perform sex acts on her while she was his boss other claims include sexual harassment for creating a hostile work environment discrimination retaliation failure to prevent harassment and discrimination and or retaliation and then just violation of State labor laws so we need to be clear here these are the claims fil in okay by the way I like the title here way more listen to this folks yeah state senator Force Chief of Staff to perform sex acrobatics that contortion how was it really a Miata I don't know but I'm assuming because he's describing nothing you can do no no because well wait a minute if she's got a Suburban or she's being driven around Sacramento you can figure that out I me you know she's saying in a car he had to contort himself so one is assuming that there was limited space I mean that's just it and you know gymnast and apparently he pegged the lay things so I'm not being that guy but you rarely hear the female sexually harassing the male I would listen I wouldn't I'm not going to HR I'm going to go to the hospital foring him to perform oral sex Adam did you have anything to say about I thought we were for the first time ever I'm going to decline to go to the juvenile Behavior segment of this I do believe we have a clip of her uh giving the immoral authority of why she left the Democratic party though but did she really this is August 3rd or I'm sorry three weeks ago August 6th where she announces that she is leaving the Democratic party and becoming a Republican and she appears a what year this year weeks ago play this clip Rob this is gone from a democrat in California to a republican I mean what's the reasoning for the move from one side of the aisle to the other well that's the big question of the day um and the answer is really simple I've been a lifelong Democrat and the Democratic party of today in California I do not recognize it and so I can't in good conscious with the values that I have and my commitment to represent the voters of California continue to call myself a Democrat those are the values that we're bringing to the repic she just got hotter for me app was trying to find one straight male so by the way is she married that's the question I got I'm emailing her after the man the so the person involved the guy that's claiming Gary condit's son the chief of staff is married and I don't know if you guys remember Gary cond his story wait a minute he was the California congressman who his Aid disappeared Shandra Levy and it was the biggest story August of 2001 everybody thought that he had had something to do with her disappearance 911 happens nobody ever talks about Gary condid again it turns out he Gary condit's son is the guy who's accusing this woman of forcing the sex on him he was you just got it to get weird Rob got weird I'm going to I'm emailing her after this WOW but by the way she is Vinnie has alled to single Vinnie sing she has six kids and she's acrobatic I mean you got to give her credit she wants you to be acrobatic is acrobatic we have not verified she watches the Olympics you mentioned the fact that you've uh looking to uh fill this open position uh in your no I'm just saying like you never see it happen the other way I I don't know I don't know I don't know about by the way here's the part look she's a leader the the the part about like some stories are just funny this is a funny I mean of course she's probably not finding this funny it's very funny to have a story like this but the main thing with this here's here's the part that we have to think about this is what sucks if this story is 100% fabricated every time you look at her yeah you're going to gymnastics 100 no matter what like the landing and then the stick yeah 100% no no I actually want you say in 2028 you go to Republican debate and you're standing there what's her what are you going to do you see her she's this this is the moment because you're going to run into her you're going to she's going to like hi who are you oh I'm a
