left center field that'll get back to the track in the wall Machado headed to second base as a leadoff double to start the home half of the second inning boy this is a beautiful swing from Machado who loves the ball middle of the plate in and up on to third goes Machado but now with two down in the inning Machado at third and it brings up Luis campisano cisano pops it up and that ties the Major League record that A-Rod s when he was in Texas laus scratches the popup and Canan a will to work around the lead off dumble by Machado keeping scoreless after two JD Martinez single to center field in the second inning JD snapped at 0 for 11 stretch with that base hit Martinez drives one deep to Center back goes Merill looking up and it's out of here JD Martinez puts the Mets in front his 15th home run of the year and martinz breaks the ice it's one- nothing New York so JD dropped to sixth in the order for just the second time this year at a base at his first time up and now he drives one swinging a miss and he struck him out a one two three two strikeout inning for Estrada just the third hit of the day for the Padres well the tying run is board and now jerks and profar who had an infield hit in the first then grounded to short in the third McCoy runs profar lines one wood hop is stepped on the bag he tries to roll into first but what an incredible play by Aus who was covering the bag had to reach back to snag it and then somehow kick out his leg to get it to the base in time for the forest play this one of the best plays I've ever seen with proar at first and two out two field Nimo going back it's over his head and off the bottom of the wall gets it back in quickly towards second and hits so hard it's just going to be a single for Machado Jackson Merill gets the Madness walked off at Petco Padres win it 32 Jackson Merrill with his second walk-off home run of the year and the Padres come all the way back and beat the Mets 3 to2 it just keeps getting better for Jackson marrow
