these are the lifts at frasers at the Manda Shopping Center in wolver Hampton City Center and uh these are a set of cone monop spices and the capacity is 1,600 kg 21 persons and uh these lifts were built in 2017 now before we go onto the video there is a bit of a history of these lifts and of course the UN uh which occupies frasers now as you know frasers wasn't the original tenant to the Manda Center when the Manda Center first opened it was known as Owen Owen which was a department store and then it became the Liverpool based chain of discount department stores TJ Hugh and TJ Hugh had a con M series lift now the con M series lift uh for example wasn't filmed because obviously Jo's bus train plane lift Adventures didn't exist in 2011 TJ Hughes entered Administration and the wolver Hampton Branch closed its doors for the final time it was then reopened under a company called home living home living lasted until 2015 or 2016 and then it got taken over by deams in 2017 and uh TW and when deams opened in 2017 they installed these cone monor spaces but however the floor numbering was different to what you now see in phrases deams called their floors lower mle upper mle car par and car park but in 2019 deanon entered Administration for the first time and then it announced that there will be closing the shop uh in wolver Hampton uh Manda Center uh in early 2020 and however frasers submitted the bid to take over the unit it was delayed opening throughout 2020 due to obvious reasons and frasers moved in in in 2021 and they changed the floor numbering so the lower mall is lower ground floor upper mle ground floor whilst car park is first floor anyway here is what the lifts uh were from 2017 up until 2020 e e e now then this was the TJ Hugh shop here in wolver Hampton's Manda center now this picture does not belong to me but credit to the original owner as you can see there's the frontage of the shop itself and you could see all the closing down signs because that was pictured for TJ Hughes closed its W rampton branch
