How to Create Professional Signature from word for Outlook?

hello everyone I'm Amit from M smartly today in this video I will walk you through stepbystep method how you can create an professional email signature using Microsoft Word for Microsoft Outlook now here I'm on my Outlook classic so first you need to click on this new email or you can also use crol n keyboard shortcut to open the new email window first you need to select your message body and put your cursor blinking on the body now you have to go to the insert Tab and you will see under include section here is signature when you click on it simply select the signature and you are redirected to the signature and stationary dialog box now the first step is to select the email account for which you need to create your customized professional EMA email signature so I select this account now the second step is to click on this new now here you need to type a name for this signature so I type the name of my company which is mail smartly click okay and see your mail smartly signature is added over here and this is the area where you need to create your customized signature but I will show you to how you can create the professional signature in Microsoft Word so before that I will also show you that Microsoft also have few templates for you and you can very easily download those template and edit those signature and use them for your own purpose so simply click on this download I will also share this URL in my description section you first I need to enable editing here now you will see email signature Gallery templates you will see there are lot of different different signature templates available for you now I will take this signature number five as a sample signature simply copy it and paste here now you will see the signature is added in my Microsoft Word now I will simply create my own signature using this format and I have already downloaded few things like you will see these logos which I can add in my signature I can also add my image here now first I will show you how I can change the image to Simply click on the image click right Mouse button and here you need to click on change picture now my picture is in my system so I simply use this device select my folder simply select my own image click insert and you will see my image is added over here now you can also modify or add some effects in my image simply select picture format you will see few options over here which you can use so you can also expand this and see these are the options you can use to customize your image that look or suits your signature so I use this one it's it's look look slightly different now I will change my name my company name so here is my company that is mes R power now I need to change the email address I need to add the phone number and mobile number you can add your own number here now my address this is my address and and I need to add the website of my company so it's my own website and I can also add my YouTube channel name here these logos these logos are the my social media I can add my social media links over here but in case if you need to remove any one of it you can simply select and use your delete key that will remove from it it and if you want to add or replace this it simply click right right Mouse button change Pit again go to this device now here is my Logos so I need to add my YouTube logo simply select it hit insert my YouTube logo is added here I want to change the Facebook logo again click this device select Facebook now insert and I also want to add the location so I use this location logo simply hit insert so these are the few changes I made so I also want to share where I will get these logos so there is a website which is icon finder this website can help you to Simply type your icons say Facebook select it and you will see few options here these options are free to download simply select the one use for 48px and simply download it that way you can very easily download your logos and use those logos in your signature but that's not the end of it so once your signature is completed you can very easily select your name or your company name change change the font change the color change the size according to your requirement the size over here I remove Italian and here is my changes I can also change the color red color it's look attractive so that way you can very easily create a professional customized signature in Microsoft Word now it's time to copy the signature simply select the signature using this option that will select the entire signature use keyboard shortcut contrl C to copy now in this signature box you need to Simply use your control V to paste the signature entirely now the important part you need to add the hyperlinks hyperlinks are very easily added you need to First select YouTube logo now here here go to the hyperlink option now here you will see you can very easily select the URL I have already added the URL in the address bar simply cck click okay now for the Facebook select it again go to the hyperlink use this I have already added in your case you must simply paste your url over here and hit okay and this is my map I location and here is my location as well click okay now you will see my website address I need to First select the entire website address again go to the hyper link my URL is already added click okay now hit okay now I will show you my email signature go to the signature again here signature select my signature over here and hit okay now see my email signature is very easily added in my message body so that way you can very easily
