I want to turn your attention now to January 2829 um of 2022 um you recall those dates I do you've been living with those dates for the last couple of years like a nightmare joh O'Keefe's body was found outside your friend Brian Albert's house on the morning of January 29th 2022 correct yes question is you know quite a few cops in Camp I do you're pretty good friends with as a matter of fact maybe best friends with the chief of police former Chief of Police Kenny burkewitz correct yes uh you know Brian Albert he's a Boston police officer yes you know his brother and work with his brother at K PD correct yes uh so it's fair to say back to my original question you're relatively well connected in the law enforcement Community the fabric of that community in Kenton is that right well I think that comes with working with people is that yes or no yes okay as a matter of fact you've even given um a personal toast at one of these events these retirement events Etc correct Chief aritz yes and during the course of that toast you even said if you want to hide a body Kenny burkowitz is your man correct check did you say did you say that I don't recall that you don't remember telling that joke in front of a room full of folks I don't if you want to hide a body keny burkwitz is your man I don't um you will agree that some of your closest friends are some of the more powerful people in Canton in terms of politics and law enforcement [Music] jaction ask it differently at that same retirement dinner there were members of the DA's office though correct yes matter of fact the da Michael morrisy was there I believe he was at one point all right um and that was the same event that you gave either a keynote speech some sort of a a speech for chief burwitz his retirement is that right yes you aware that Brian Albert had got into a fist fight with Eddie Hernandez Jackson sustain were you at a Christmas party when that happened Jackson You're onor sustained his that form you can be specific have you ever been an event with Brian Albert and Eddie Hernandez and seen them fight Jack uh Christmas 5 years or so before 2022 okay the objection sustained you do know that Brian Albert has a reputation for being a fighter jaction sustain you were asked in a formal interview you recall I want to make sure I'm I'm clear about some of your prior statements you had a formal interview with some folks prior to your testimony at a prior proceeding do you understand what I'm talking about I'm tracking okay at the formal interview which is what I'm going to call that okay the formal interview you were asked about Brian Albert and his reputation were you not yes or no yes you indicated in that formal interview that even Chief burwitz a little afraid of Brian Albert all right so that is the objection sustained that's strick and I'll see you at C today we're diving back into Brian Higgins testimony and let me tell you this part is a doozy big names were being tossed around like confetti at a parade and what Higgins revealed was pretty eye openening now let's be clear the clip we just watched was only about 3 minutes long with some editing cuts to fully grasp the weirdness of this testimony I highly recommend watching the whole thing trust me it's like stepping into the Twilight Zone you'll see just how cozy Higgins is with Adam Lai and judge Beverly kenon this three-minute snippet barely scratches the surface if you've got the time buckle up and watch the whole testimony it's freaky weird one part part of the clip we just saw was When Alan Jackson mentioned the night John O'Keefe died Higgins response was quite telling he used the words it's been a nightmare and I actually believe him that's probably the only thing I believe about this testimony so let's break that down for him to say it's been a nightmare could mean a couple of things one he could be admitting that he was involved in whatever went down the night John o'keef died on Brian Albert's lawn or two he could be saying that for the past 2 years people have been pointing the finger at him and those accusations have been a nightmare to deal with either way not exactly a ringing endorsement of his innocence but here's where it gets interesting When Alan Jackson asked about the relationship between Brian Albert and Higgins it was confirmed they're not just acquaintances they're friends they've hung out socialized and even been involved in some heated situations together for instance Brian Albert had a full-blown fist fight with Eddie Hernandez at a Christmas party nothing says holiday spirit like throwing punches under the missl toe right makes you wonder what kind of drama goes down at these gatherings and speaking of drama When Alan Jackson dropped Michael Morris's name I thought to myself this is the moment when the meatballs start flying and The Dominoes start falling mentioning Morris's name just shows how deeply connected these folks are the web of connections is almost as Tang L as the excuses these guys come up with now let's not forget the most revealing part of higgins's testimony Brian Albert's reputation apparently Brian isn't just known for his festive fist fights he's got a reputation for being a hotthead and even the former police chief Kenny burkowitz was afraid of him Yes you heard that right the police chief was scared of Brian Albert no wonder no one wanted to be the one to interview him that morning it all makes sense now no one wanted to go near Brian Albert's house the morning John O'Keefe was found dead the police officers who did show up at the scene initially thought Jon had been beaten up but suddenly the story changed to Karen Reed running him over it's almost like they were handed a script to follow but think about it if even the police chief is scared of Brian Albert it's no surprise no one dared to knock on his door and here's a little nugget to chew on the morning John O'Keefe died there were some very odd phon calls between Higgins and Albert Yes you heard that right good old-fashioned accidental calls but wait there's more at one point Adam Loi objected with such force that he didn't just say object no he practically angrily barked object your honor it was like he was commanding the judge to shut down the questioning immediately and guess what the judge did just that I mean is Adam L the Puppet Master here and judge Beverly the puppet because it sure looked that way it's the strangest thing I've ever seen in a trial it's like watching a bad TV drama unfold except this is real life and the stakes are Skyhigh so let's Circle back to those Infamous words from Higgins it's been a nightmare now we can see the real significance behind them Higgins was at Albert's home the night John died on Albert's lawn Higgins and Albert both conveniently got rid of their phones weeks after John John died however in the very early morning hours on the day of the incident when johon died they exchanged a few of those mysterious phone calls lasting for just a few seconds combine all of this with Brian Albert's reputation and it sure sounds like a cover up you don't need to be a
