So let's jump right into the highlights starting with the Rockets outside the glass, full passionate fans greeting the players and coaches as they geared up to take on the can for the first time in program history. Didn't take long for you to, to give them a reason to cheer to marches right down the field. When Tucker Gleason f the handoff and connects with Junior Vander Ross for the first points of the year later. Gleason again, goes to the air and finds your one Newton over the middle making multiple defenders miss, he stays on his feet and scores for a 54 yard touchdown making it 21 to 7 in favor of the home team second quarter after bring a fumble to lead. Threatening again. Gleeson with the fake and the toss to Anthony Torres who finds the pylon and you t is starting to run away with this game, but it wasn't just their offense tonight. You can seeking points before the half but Brandon all the central Catholic alums his first career interception and to start the season with a 49 to 10 and heading down the I 75 BGSU opening their season at home hosting Fordham, we start with the very first play of the game Rams kicking off to the Falcons, Justin P back to return and we're going to speed this one up because he finds a lane makes a cut back. And on the first play of the season BG takes the kick off all the way back for the score 12 seconds in and it's six nothing few minutes later BG with the ball again, they give it to Stewart. The running back, gets around the edge and bounces it into the end zone. Even shrugged a little for the camera still the first quarter red zone again. This time, it's Lucian Anderson at quarterback, he's got blockers around the corner and he uses them to go untouched into the end zone. And the Falcons use a dominant first half and roll to a win 41 to 17 the final and BG starts the season one and I like to first thank all the students were coming out. That, uh, crowd that we had was awesome. I mean, it was, uh, electric for our kids to play, uh, in front of, uh, as many students as we got out. I really appreciate the community coming out and, uh, it was great to get our first win and, uh, whenever you, uh, whenever you look at this game there was, uh, some positives but, uh, when you look at it too there, we've got a lot to work on too. And, um, I think if this team can continue to be selfless, continue to, uh, to be one unit. I think this team's gonna be a, uh, a really good football team. But, uh, we got a long way to go. Um, I like this team. I like our kids but we need to clean some things up, uh, and just keep moving the needle in a positive direction.
