[Music] a we unexpected drizzle [Music] he is so tired look at him he's so sleepy you ever seen a more worn out perfectly smooth soft puppy no you haven't good morning well I guess it's afternoon now happy Saturday a little weekend in my life it's been a nice morning we walked Fergus to the groomer left him at the groomer cuz he's been very stinky and very smelly and he also needed his first haircut first big boy haircut ever we dropped him off at the groomer we stopped by the farmers mark on the way home not as many vendors were there today I think cuz of the weather we got poured on and I think maybe it was a bad weather forecast or something but there weren't as many vendors there as there are usually so we didn't get too much I just got back from bringing Fergus home he smells so sweet he smells so nice and sweet and he got his first ever haircut just like a an outline trim and then his paws and his like paw pad shape and everything and he looks so handsome right now I can't wait to just like he I guess you can't see him right now he is so precious but I just got back we took a taxi home rather than walk cuz it's a bit of an like over a mile long walk and I didn't want to walk him over a mile home in the dirty City when he's just had an everything bath you know so we took a taxi home so he would stay nice and sweet and fresh and clean by as not as possible and now I am trying to decide my order of events for this afternoon Matt is playing a touch tournament like just for funsies this afternoon and I was going to go because there's food and all there's food and all of the friends were going to go and have a picnic and everything but I just feeling like I need a Saturday at home we've been very busy most weekend since we moved which is just unusual and I know before I moved I told you guys that I wanted to take full advantage of the summer I wanted to be outside this summer and really enjoy myself because when winter comes and those 300 p.m. sunsets come um I know that I'll be grateful that I spent so much time socializing and doing things this summer which is true and I've been doing that but I'm definitely needing to introvert a little bit so I am trying to decide my order of events I could have an everything shower exfoliate everything now fake tan do a hair mask and then clean while my tan and my hair mask are marinating or I could clean now while I'm still kind of grubby cuz I just got poured on so my hair is like a tangled wet mess I don't like I just got drenched outside and then do my everything shower afterwards and then marinate in my fake tan while reading a book or something like that I don't know it's 1:00 right now so I have time to do either other consideration here is that Matt and I talked about going to dinner tonight I feel like there's an 80% chance Fus he's doing parkour settle I feel like there's an 80% chance of that happening and a 20% chance of one or both of us being like I'm tired let's stay in but for right now I'm going to proceed as if it's happening so I have time to do both I don't know the thing is sometimes when you clean you get sweaty or at least I do cuz sometimes if you're really cleaning like you're really getting in there like I'm going to mop floors I'm getting in there maybe I shouldn't do that while I'm fake tanning maybe I should do it now and then I can see yeah cuz then I can like sit in my fake tan while I watch a movie or read a book or something that sounds nice hey loud boy talking to you did you have something to say cuz you were sure acting like you had something to say [Music] [Music] window to see they were home each of them [Music] [Applause] [Music] that took a little bit longer than I was expecting cuz my parents called me in the middle of bit so it's about an hour later on in the afternoon than I was hoping it would be but I think I still have time to do my full little glow up so I'm going to going to do a pre- shampoo hair treatment and let it soak in this is a prey it's a bond repair treatment this is a Holy Grail hair item for me this has been such a game changer when it comes to not having my bleached hair just break off and keeping my hair relatively as healthy as it can be you know when you're bleaching it so you just saturate your hair with this and then you leave it on for a while I usually live it on for a few hours and right now I'm going to put all my hair things in so they can marinate for hours I'm going to jump in the shower exfoliate and then do my fake tan and then in a couple of hours I will wash off the tan and then wash my hair at the same time I learned about epe through Abby Young's channel oh you know what I could do I could also use a toning conditioner I have a blue or no it's purple I got this from TK Maxx this was 20 lb for this giant AMA bust your brass purple conditioner and then I also have a blue redkin conditioner and my hair is is dark so usually if you're toning on a brunette you would use a blue because violet and purple is for blondes I'm just kind of mixing them because there are lighter sections of the bleach and then there's darker sections I think I should use this toning shampoo too just like total glow up this afterr DM I always put extra Bond repair in the very front of my hair where I have breakage which is like these parts when I look at old photos and videos of myself and I see how thick and healthy my front pieces were even while I was still bleaching just back before back when I I guess was first starting to love the Blondie bits in the front my front pieces were just so healthy and so strong but I have known to blame but myself but yeah I always put extra Bond repair in the front just because these are the bits that also get the most heat damage cuz obviously the front parts of your hair are the parts that you want to look the most styled so they get the most heat damage they typically are the lightest cuz you want the most brightness around your face if you're dying your hair and so it's just hard to keep them I keep mine pretty short like I was having quite a bit of breakage and then when I got my haircut last I asked the stylist to almost give me a faux curtain bang like fade the breakage into front pieces so it would look more intentional I've actually really liked that you have to let the bond repair soak into your hair for a little bit before adding anything else so while I'm waiting for this to sat before I add my next product I'll just show you everything else I'm going to use I guess you guys already know this but when I exfoliate I love a Korean exfoliating glove nothing exfoliates my skin as effectively as Korean exfoliating gloves linked on my Amazon storefront on both my American and my UK I have two now so in my bio and in the link in my bio like in my Comey and in my description boxes now there's two Amazon storefronts the American flag one is the American one and the UK flag one is the UK obviously this just rubs your skin raw in the absolute best way it's my favorite thing to do before a tan and then for the actual tan where is this dog okay now he's fine can never be too sure put a little extra here too you are supposed to like soak your hair with this AR Fray stuff so unfortunately I do go through it kind of quickly which is a shame but it really is amazing it's worth every penny which is annoying cuz it's expensive but unfortunately it's really really good I hate it when that happens when it comes to the actual tan you guys know I'm a d hard tanologist girl and this has been one of my go-tos it's the tanologist self-tan mousse extra dark 1 hour looks like this this is my tanologist tan that I have at the moment but and this feels crazy to say cuz you guys know how much I talk about tanologist I have two other tans that I got that I wanted to try I've used both of them once already and so I'm going to keep trying them this feels so crazy because you guys know I'm such a DI hard technologist fan I feel like I'm cheating on them um but I have these other ones that I've been trying when I see a person with an incredible glowy Flawless fake tan I just have to ask what are their secrets and these ones have been recommended to me so I've been trying these this one is the St Trope St Trope self-tan Ultra Dark Violet for a natural deep Olive tan I bought this one after I heard someone say that s Trope makes these undertones and this purple one is meant for olive skin and this actually does give a really really natural looking Tan on me I've tried it once it looks like an actual suntan which is really cool I did not like how much it transferred I mean I know that's inevitable you put on any fake tan it's going to transfer and there are like there are things I like and dislike about every single fake tan um I will say this one what I like about this one is that it's a true Olive tan it looks so natural the undertone door I guess I need to get that as I was saying this has one of the most natural looking undertones on me that I've ever tried the other one that I got was the Bondi Sands Arrow air rated self-tanning foam in Ultra dark and this one was recommended to me because it dries Down super fast and it's a really Express tan it is a 1H hour and you have a great color Express tan so I'm going to use this one again today just because it's already mid-afternoon and I think I'm going to dinner tonight I do think it dries fast I do think it Tans fast I've only tried it once so I feel like I can't really review it until I try it again I don't have any complaints about it so far why does the back say leave on for at least 6 hours oh I guess maybe that's for maximum color is this not the fast hold on I'm confused cuz when I thought this was the 1H hour one and when I tried it last time I only left it on for an hour and I did feel like I got a good color is this not The Express one I don't know I don't know I do think this one dried down really fast though I'm going to use this one I'm adding my second hair product now this is just the OGX damage remedy coconut mirror oil Extra Strength penetrating oil so I'm going to soak the ends of my hair in this and this is just so that when I shampoo my hair the ends of my hair are protected against like the stripping cleansing properties of the shampoo it's just on the ends and it's just so like the length of my hair doesn't dry out with the shampoo another Abby young tip and product recommendation really like her hair videos she's a um what is it called a chologist she just has really really informative videos she makes really educational hair content and I have bought so many of her recommendations I've used so many of her tips and then when I wash my hair later I'm going to go on with my Bondi boost HG for faster hair growth what is better than an everything shower a fake tan and a cleaning session on a Saturday afternoon when your dog is freshly groomed and you went to the farmer's market maybe I'm not depressed this will be in my hair for a couple hours take off all my stuff I can't take off most of my bracelets but I always I even take off my wedding ring which I like never take off except for stuff like this of all my jewelry sometimes I'll see fake tanning videos online and girls are fake tanning with their necklaces and rings and stuff still on and I feel like I just be over stimulated whenever I see cool girls with lows of jewelry online do anything with a ton of rings on I'm like how are you not getting overwhelmed I admire that I'm wearing the towel I'm not naked fake tan tips I've faked tan with you guys a zillion times over the years so you've probably heard me say these things before if you've been following along but in case you haven't my personal fake tan tips you want your skin to be bone dry after your shower you don't want your skin to be damp at all and if you can help it don't fake tan in a humid bathroom like let your bathroom also dry out I just feel like fake tanning in a humid environment makes the tan not dry down in the shower you full body exfoliate I full body shave if fake tan tends to collect in your hair follicles or in your pores I would shave after you tan but I don't really have that problem so I shave before and then I don't moisturize anywhere except for my hands and my face I'm just using Road barrier restorer cuz it's simple and lightweight and I just put a thin layer on my hands and face but any moisturizer will do my hands are just an area that definitely require a little bit more care and wrists another fake tan tip regularly wash your mitts if your fake tan is is looking gross it's not blending it looks patchy it fades weird it's just nasty you might need to wash your mitt I rinse them in the sink until they run clear and then I like to soak them with oxyclean or some type of similar laundry powder until the water runs clear and then I just throw them in the wash like normal okay I do like this applicator I noticed this one has a really deep guide color normally I'd be naked but I'm sharing this moment with you so I'm staying clothed I find that when I apply fake tan I feel like a lot of people's problems areas are knees and elbows I feel like my hardest area is my armpit because I feel like if you get fake tan in your armpit and it like I don't know marinates in your armpit then when you sweat it smells like fake tan for like a couple days like it sticks in the pores and I don't want to do that but then you also just can't not tan the armpit so I feel like even after years here's a fake tanning I feel like my armpit is my hardest area to get right I have had some luck with fake tanning my armpit but then using like glycolic acid into in my armpit after I rinse the tan off and for a couple days after because it provides some exfoliation and I guess it gets the fake tan out of your pores a little more I don't know that is my problem area also a tip is that even after you rinse the formula and the guide color off or if you're using like teist clear the formula your tan will continue to develop after you've washed it off for like 24 hours so if you wash your fake tan off and you don't feel like you're tanned at all don't worry it will keep developing and that's true for every tan I've tried and then what's another tip um I like to wear gray when I fake tan like when I when I get dressed after I fake tan I like to wear gray cuz I feel like it's the clothing color least likely to stay and then like loose breathable clothes obviously cuz you don't want to sweat or have fabric rubbing up on you while you have the tan on anyway I can't tan in a towel I can't do this I put the camera up as high as it will go cuz I am naked I just thought of more tips my legs tend to hold on to a tan corly so I like to put on the first layer let it dry down then do a second layer I'll also do that right here cuz this area of my chest loses tan pretty quickly too I only do my feet hands and face with a brush which I will show you to be honest with you I do like to do a double layer kind of everywhere I'm realizing as I'm going that I am putting two layers down pretty much everywhere don't forget behind your ears I'll go over that with a brush as well and back of the neck I cannot tan unless I'm going to wash my hair straight afterward because I like to blend it into my hairline cuz I feel like otherwise it just doesn't look good for doing your back this is the side of the mitt that has fake tan on it because I reach around like that and I tan with the back of my hand that usually helps me get all the spots I also just give a pat at the end of the tanning process anyway just to make sure there's no streak marks okay for feet face and hands I use a brush this is an AIS of paradise brush really work it into your brush like this so that every bristle is coated evenly sometimes I tan my whole face but I'm going to Contour today and again I just like put it in my hairline so I just can't tan unless I'm going to wash my hair then it's good cuz you just come out of the whole process feeling like literally a new person always do the nose hands are pretty easy I feel just kind of do a gentle claw and buff little circular motions make sure you get the sides of your fingers and make sure you don't tan while your hand is straight cuz tan won't get into the wrinkles on your knuckles and then it will look really obvious I also rinse my hands pretty early on my hands just soak up faked hands so like even with a normal nonrapid formula I wash my hands after like an hour and with a rapid formula I wash them after like 20 minutes it's interesting to talk through this entire process because I really I do it in such a certain and like specific way and I never stray and it's just interesting cuz you don't even realize like how particular you are until you're explaining it another tip I have is I never ever tan directly under my boob like in the crease of my under boob even when I am tanning my whole midsection because you will sweat that off at least I will sweat that off and it will show on my clothes I'm wearing something White tan just doesn't last there cuz my boobs are obviously like hanging I have a little on my Palms so I like to take a microfiber cloth with some my cellar water and clean my Palms quickly before the tan starts Dev developing regular water doesn't do it for some reason but my Celler water does it I don't love being on camera like this cuz this is this is a look but I have a haul it's not it's not a super exciting one there's some clothes so it's a little exciting but most of it's just Amazon stuff I restocked on Bondi boost HG not even sure what I got to be honest I don't think any of it super exciting stuff external hard drive lift and shape boob tape like a sticky bra situation except it's just a sticker um I do feel like I have saggy boobs I'll say it decided for myself if I were to have a child one day and breastfeed I would get a boob lift afterwards cuz I just already feel like they're a little saggy venison he loves medison and rabbit and poor Clara Clara obviously has a bunny paully and she came to the house and she saw the rabbit treats and she was like but he loves them I give you some right now you can have some venison treats good boy scatter some on the floor so he has to hunt for them what's in here I got The ghd Bodyguard cuz I've heard really great things about this thermal protectant and even though I do do a lot of bond repair and I I try try to minimize heat I do use heat I actually also bought a straightener cuz I don't have one and sometimes when you're doing your hair you just find yourself needing one the last thing from Amazon is a pet removal brush or pet removal a pet hair removal brush cuz I don't want to just keep going through roll after roll of um lint roller that hopefully works and then I have a few things from ABY I just booked my flights for New York Fashion Week in September and I think I'm going to try to rent outfits for it again my stuff isn't here yet so I don't have New York Fashion Week outfits on hand so I think I'm probably going to try to rent some things but I also just got a couple pieces from abber crumby cuz I just love abber crumby this little top it has a square and very wide neck so it like hits here my camera's about to die so I need to go fast a completely sheer high neck leopard print top leopard print midrise jeans obsessed with leopard print it's also a huge Trend this fall but I just really really love it and I think I'll continue to wear it even after it's not fall cuz it's neutrals I was a little bit too young for neutral leopard the first time it was like a really big Trend which I think was in the 2000s and then neon leopard was a trend in like the 2010s but I didn't really like neon and now neutral leopard is back and I'm old enough for it and I love it it died switch to phone I got this and I'm so excited about it it's a gray hoodie with a pack Patchwork sleeve see that this is from the men's section I'll link everything below I got it pretty oversized so that Matt and I can share most hoodies and sweatshirts that I buy I get oversized because Matt and I will just wear them I'm going to delicately pick this up so no faked T gets on it just got a white baby tea like you can never have too many I just feel like it's a classic oh this is just a little black tube mini dress um this I might bring with me to Fashion Week cuz I have an idea for how to style it and make it cool and I'm also going to bring these jeans just for like not events or anything but just walking around like I said I just love I've been getting so excited by fall and the fall Trends because I just love fall and I think fall in Edinburgh is going to be such a Vibe decorating seasonally in this home is going to be incredible if you're watching this and you're in the UK can you tell me where the girlies are going to get the cute seasonal Decor is it home sense cuz I don't have one near me so that's actually not going to work for me but where else can I go or what online stores where am I getting if you're an American living in the UK where where's the target where is it I need like Hearth and hand right now but I am so excited about these jeans cuz I just feel like they are the perfect tone I don't know if I should place like a newly order and order it to my hotel in New York for the day I arrive or if I should try to find a company in the UK that's similar to like newly I rent The Runway because I again I just feel like renting my fits will be a better idea if Matt and I do go to dinner tonight I think I'm going to wear this and I feel like that skim rallet will go so well underneath of it with like a black skirt or jeans maybe we want to go to a wine bar so not anything like crazy fancy but I do want to dress up because I've been so depressed I can barely function I've got a full water and I put some element in it cuz I've been dehydrated I'm going to read this Chris I an ultr processed people why do we all eat stuff that isn't food and why can't we stop Chris packam says it's incendiary and infuriating Michael Mosley says it's a wonderful and fascinating expose I have seen a load of people recommend this it's about ultr processed food and so this is the type of book that my mom has about a million of in our home growing up and if you're new to my channel my parents are uh vegans and really really hardcore vegans I was raised vegan I wasn't a person with no dietary restrictions until I was like 2021 that's kind of when I slowly transitioned first vegetarian and then I just like oh it completely in fact I have five siblings and none of us are vegan um but I was raised very very very strictly vegan Whole Foods raw foods all the things and I still don't eat as much meat as most people I know I don't I I like a lot of I love a good steak I love a good burger I love a hot dog at Costco or a baseball game you know um but I don't have the taste for meat like someone who grows up eating it so during the week unless honestly unless I really go to a restaurant I don't find myself even wanting to eat meat um I don't like pork unless it's a hot dog I don't even like bacon that much even though I'm not vegan anymore I still love a lot of vegan foods I don't eat a lot of meat I do love Dairy and dairy in the UK doesn't hurt my stomach so I've actually been eating so much Dairy I've gained 4 kilograms since moving because I just like eating dairy with no limitations right now and the first couple weeks after we moved I was just going to town with it eating like multiple wheels of Bri and cam bear a week because I just love Dairy um and I gained 4 kg this is the type of book that my mom loves and I thought of her when I saw it in the health food store the other day and I'm also really interested in this topic I don't have any restrictions and I don't think I would ever like completely cut Ultra processed food out because I think it's important to not only eat for nutrition and for fuel and for your body's Health but sometimes you can just eat for fun because you just like things um and I think as someone who grew up with a really really strict diet that I didn't choose for myself it's important to me now to not have strict limitations I don't know this is such a tangent I just thought I would share because this is my book of choice and then if I get tired of this like if I read a couple chapters and I don't like it or I'm bored I will switch to one of these these are two of the Cozy crime books I showed you in my last one death in croissants and death at the chatau I don't know which one comes first I need to Google it but I if I get bored of the other one I'll switch to a cozy crime I wish I had matches up here so I could light a candle oh well anyway Fergie is chilling with me it's good vibes
