EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING

e e [Applause] [Music] my bad some audio troubles there [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] take the M take the [Music] [Music] [Music] excuse [Music] me all right welcome back everybody it is that time again just now issue here you may have heard it on some other weather apps or if you are on the Discord you should have just heard it from the Discord there as well uh brand new excessive heat warning just got issued here uh I know my volume on my mic is not really working that good um uh I'm afraid you're just going to have to turn us up here for now we will definitely get that audio fixed uh and we were just about to rearrange the studio as we gained some more equipment here um just a bit here uh so let's go ahead and get this covered for you here uh welcome back everybody um it does look like they also updated our SPC so we got two things to look at service has issued a tornado warning I I do not know how that happens every single time I don't even know uh there my bad there I keep forgetting to switch that over that's two times in a road today let's hope we don't do that again uh so it does look like our SBC was changed out does look like much of the Eastern portion here uh is going to see uh See mainly uh that moisture dissipate here but uh as you can see again uh right around here um it does yeah take a look at that still do have that marginal risk there as well as this area right here can still see some showers and thunderstorms you can see that scrolling across the bottom of your screen now we do have a an excessive heat warning take a look at that as that happens here um if I can get that over here there okay uh so as you can see see that see that uh that dark pink that V or that purple that violet color color that's going to be our excessive heat watch rest of you in the orange over here are going to be in that uh heat advisory uh but again excessive he watch going here for the Nebraska are for the Lincoln Nebraska area uh here as well uh that going on for another 7 hours and 53 minutes there as of that current time you can see uh there all here's all your current alerts that are affected for that area three different heat advisory markings it looks like so definitely some uh issues here with the time frames and everything but we do have three layers of heat advisories on top of that brand new excessive heat warning uh so we will keep posted on what happens here but uh we can go ahead and take a look at the sky cam uh actually outside we'll go ahead and turn on your your sky cam here uh just really quickly take a look at what's going on outside uh perfectly clear conditions uh if we look here move that camera a bit down there uh perfectly clear conditions uh does look like a sunny Sky especially if I tilt that up a little bit more where there's not too much fog out there you can see right up here you can see I'm looking out here it does look like we got perfectly blue skies with a few clouds coming here and there uh so this Saturday is a perfect day to go swimming as heat and disas are now reaching uh let's see 89 here in the Lincoln area that is a oh boy I can bring you back here and I can show you uh what's exactly going on here take a look at that uh heat IND disas uh sticking at uh 89 here in the Lincoln area as they pushed through the '90s uh we're going to we're going to expect uh again expect heat indices uh anywhere from the 90s into the hundreds we could expect 103 to 108 for the top heat industy today as well uh here so we will definitely keep you tuned on tuned in on what happens this is just a quick weather forecasting update uh as we get that excessive heat warning coming in only six 6 minutes again I think we've hit a new record for shortest streams um or not I think we've had a 4 minute stream before too uh but again we just do quick updates on streams as well uh so uh we will we will definitely come back on here uh if anything else happens um there's anything else that gets posted we will surely update you uh but we will uh we're most likely going to stay offline for a quick minute as we rearrange the studio here uh I think we're going to push some things over there this it's a small room but uh we can do some things with it so uh yeah that is all for this update though let's go ahead and bring you straight to your credits I'm chief meteorologist Caleb eing have a wonderful rest of your day [Music] [Applause] [Music]
