Hill makes 30 technically this is his average annual value so this is like for instance Tyreek Hill got a $120 million contract for 4 years M so his annual average is 30 million a year so going by off of contracts because all their contracts pay at different years you know whatever the case is but his average is 30 million a year uh he's the number one paid the next is Devonte Adams which is a top receiver at 28 million Cooper cup 26 million AJ Brown 25 million Stefan Diggs and DK metf tied at 24 million Debo Samuel 23 million Terry mclen 22 million so here's one thing about this list while we pocket watching right so Tyreek Hill is the number one paid wide receiver in the NFL right but the next the next step that nobody really gets to talk about that I wanted to talk about is Devonte Adams Cooper cup let's just do two and three devant Devonte Adams is getting paid in Vegas U which I'm not really sure how their tax laws are but Cooper cup is getting paid in La AJ AJ Brown Philadelphia Stefan Diggs but New York uh Debo Samuel California so let's just say six out of the top 10 highest paid receivers are in a state that taxes like a [ __ ] right so that was my thing like when I first found out Tyreek Hills contract and [ __ ] and I found out oh he's the highest paid receiver I was like yo like he's the highest paid receiver and he's bringing home the most money mhm right 30 million a year I don't think I don't think Vegas Nevada I don't think they have state income tax though they're not that bad right so I don't think they have any state income tax so then Devonte Adams bank account it's it's assets but like if you if you make millions of dollars like that and you are holding 80% of your 80% of your your your net worth in in just a bank account you're [ __ ] up what do you mean you said what like if you're if you're rich like that and you're holding 80% of your money your net worth just in a bank account not doing anything not working for you then you're [ __ ] know like what how did they get that information because you can buy assets and other names you can buy assets in trust you can buy assets and businesses names and it could not be linked to you so what's Tyreek Hill's net worth if you had a GU well so how many how many years has he been in how long how many years so here's here's what I will say he had a big come up right cuz we were talking about he's the highest paid receiver 120 million four-year contract with Miami he's currently in his second year of that the when he was on the Chiefs 3year 54 million contract that's a big difference 3year 54 million total yeah so 54 million and then um what is he at right now 4year 120 million so he's making 30 million a year right now yeah before that was but but he's he's only played one season right for the two seasons he's in his second second season second season but he's only played one full one though yeah but his it's back ended like like I'm uh his first year he made a little he probably made 20 20 something this year he's making 23 million next year he's probably making 36 okay so so we'll say so far he's made 45 million off of that he's made 54 million from the Chiefs yep know that had to do the emergency landing cuz one of the emergency exit doors blew off whatever the case is and then suck the other one off yeah yeah that's what we do here so we're here for a little followup because there's some more information that came out yeah so basically after that whole situation happened they grounded all of the um all of the 737s for that the same model and everything they grounded all of them and they required all of them to get inspections what was the company again Alaska Airlines Alaska the yeah Alaska Airlines um but they required all of them they grounded all of those planes and they required them all to get inspections because there was previous times that they had um there was multiple occasions that they had this issue or some ISS not this issue but they had issues with like the door not latching correctly and they're having issues with it and uh from the investigation they found out that uh at least from what I heard last it's probably changed because they still been doing inspections that five of the planes also had loose bolts on the door bro so that means that there could have been five other times this happened cuz that's what happened they said the the the the the bolts that held the door in place they loosened so like it was kind of like wiggling back and forth and then because of the pressure that [ __ ] [ __ ] ripped the [ __ ] Bolt off damn bro see that's what I'm talking about when it's like all it takes is like if there's any point of and I know there's so much redundancy and FL air air travel right I know there is but you know what though so I already know where you're going but to just already like debunk that the thing is this is what I love about the aviation industry because this happened that means all of those planes that have that issue now they're going to check pretty much every single model part is going to be checked for this issue but now those models specifically I don't know if they've actually announced it already but I guarantee it's going to happen they're going to require every EX amount of hours those bolts be checked and torqued to spec now yeah and that's perfect that's how they do say Okay so the bolts are coming loose the Boeing's going to have to figure out a solution to it they're going to have to be like okay the reason why we're changing this we're switching bolts which we're adding a new thread lock we're adding this so we're going to be doing something like this to fix it and then fa is going to be like okay and to follow up with that every 500 hours every 250 hours every th000 hours Tor disect you're going to you guys are going to have to inspect it and make sure that they're torque fact to make sure that they're not that they're not loosening at all that's that's wild cuz you know what you're more of a handyman than me and all I think about is every time I try to torque some [ __ ] how many times do screws get [ __ ] what is it called stripped stri bro if your shit's getting stripped it's because you're using the wrong tools probably really yeah all right so shut the [ __ ] up right unless you're putting too much pressure on that [ __ ] H you can you can over you can put too much pressure on something to like over torque it and and strip it or you could be using the wrong tool a lot of people don't realize they use like the wrong like sockets is a big one you have like us sockets and you have like you have metrics and you have standardized sockets and a lot of people get them confused and they use one that fits and it Wiggles a little bit and you're like oh that's fine it fits click click click click you put pressure on that [ __ ] slips when you have a socket on there should be no [ __ ] movement it should be stuck there schooling and [ __ ] like that yeah you know what you know what's a fun thing to do whenever you think you're making good money anybody that's making good money uh or you feel like you're making good money uh a fun exercise cuz I I do think whenever you start making good money you stop thinking hourly like a lot of people stop thinking hourly like you you got businesses and stuff you're doing great this and that you're not thinking hourly you're thinking jobs you're thinking per event what am I making per event per week per month whatever right same same with me I'm doing a 9 to5 whatever the case is we also salary though okay cool so I'm salary and that's that's the thing I'm thinking about per year I'm thinking about per check those [ __ ] get over those [ __ ] get so much overtime that's stupid bro yeah but fun thing to do is like what is this hourly because you know what the last time those that think like the last time I thought about my hourly wage was like like when I'm looking for the you know $20 an hour $22 an hour 2 Bet oh I can't make there's a lot of professions though that do hourly anything that's like skill trades automatically hourly when you're a corporate world that's that's going to be salered but the thing is though there's a lot of these [ __ ] that make 45 an hour but with their overtime that they make time and a half bro that [ __ ] making a lot more money than the person that like uh one thing like when I was like debating going to an accounting firm uh the the rate at the time it was an internship it was like 55 a year right because of the hourly rate and then if I got the job whatever the case is but so I probably wouldn't wouldn't be able to work more than 40 hours a week as an intern even if I did it didn't matter the job wasn't you make 55 a year the job was you make this much an hour M and when you work for like C like a CPA firm or your Law Firm or something like that you're billable hours like you get paid for the hours you work so one thing is is like what is my hourly rate if I work a perfect 40 hours a week so actually my hourly rate drops if I work more than 40 hours a week because I'm salary right but those that those that like that's one thing I will say cuz like I always [ __ ] on like I'm I'm very happy I didn't do accounting firm because like fam you you need to get a CPA just to make more than just to make 100 Grand yeah yeah yeah yeah like to be at that type of hourly rate you need a CPA and it's like that's hard you need a masters just to hit the 80 grand Mark hourly rate or whatever like cuz they're very it's like a hospital but for accountants um but the thing that is the Pro on that which I did weigh and I was like eh but cuz then it's like fam so that means I have to work more more than 40 hours a week for the [ __ ] to be worth it [ __ ] that but on the other side is cool your hourly rate gives you 65 a year but fam if you're working 45 50 55 60 hours a week you making a lot more than 65 a year oh yeah you know even if you don't get time and a half just every hour you work that's your rate yeah exactly you know so I don't know it's kind of interesting it's something
