4 pm because I am the host nmc I will be starting the show I'm going to be the first performer of the night I'm gonna open the show with a number and then I'm going to be on the microphone and then I will introduce um and and and do a little comedy number comedy set and you know kiky banter with the girls we're going to have so much fun I can't wait to see everybody I will be at the Texas latinx pite festival September the 14th on Saturday and then also I would love to officially let you know that I will be one of the special guests the esteemed recognized special guest for Dallas Pride on Sunday in Dallas I will be writing in my very own oh they sent me all the photos and I'm going to be riding in this car and it's such a beautiful car it's like a vintage the car is so special it has its own name the name of the car her name is Stella Stella I'm gonna be writing on Stella and they told me luses make sure you bring some heels or some shoes that you can easily take them off because this car is such a rarity you cannot put your I can't put my shoes shoes in the car when I get in the car I have to take my shoes off there will be a special cushion for the doll so that I can sit in the car in the back of it it's a convertible and that way my booty my precious booty that way I don't scratch or you know leave a stain or you know whatever the things whatever the things happen with mouth is going to salivate because I'm so hungry I haven't ate anything we're not going to lens we're not going to lens no I was going to do two pieces of spicy chicken two thighs dark meat you said four I was going to do two and then I was going to order mashed potatoes with gravy I was going to order a six piece Jalapeno Bombers because I'm so starving right now because I went to the gym and I hit it hard and I was going to order a biscuit with to drink of water to drink of water and remember girls I'm intermittent fasting so it doesn't matter if I eat a couple more calories than usual because I hit the gym and I'm not eating a lot of food right now I'm currently intermittent fasting I think that's not that bad the churches the churches okay but now we need to hear from you the have you eaten today already earlier like it was like around 11 okay you already ate so so then you you so then you'll just accompany me to go get Foody yes and maybe you'll get a little snack Chipotle is another it's a 40 it's a 35 minute drive and then it's going to take me 35 minutes to come back I can't do it minutes that from here from my house it's going to take 30 minutes to your house takes 30 minutes I timed it before with traffic and everything by the time we get there 30 minutes like chicken wings there is a Wings Stop but we had chicken wings the other day I don't want do need to rest because let me tell you something girls I didn't get my eight hours of sleep I did not get my eight hours of sleep and now that I've been really focused hyperfocused on my body and I'm you know I'm eating healthy I'm drinking a lot of water I'm not overeating I've been hitting the gym pushing myself at the gym I need to make sure I sleep my eight hours because if I don't sleep my eight hours I feel it I feel it girl you wanted to eat girl know I had I had a million things to do that's all I'm GNA say that's all I'm GNA say I had a million things to do so I stayed up really late and I only slept like four hours sister I know I live like around 4 in the morning I only slept like four hours so um I need to I need to get at least at least a two hour nap for me and then I'm GNA wake up fresh I'm GNA wake up ready to go but first we need to eat and you know what I think I think no one's giving me no one's been giving me any good advice because I think I'm going to go to church house and I'm going to do the two pieces of chicken I'm going to do I'm going to just eat my life because today I burned so many calories at the gym today today I went in at the gym oh and I have an update oh I'm so glad this makes my heart smile girls my mom has been going with me to the gym today was stay tuned for her yesterday she did 40 minutes today she did 30 minutes and she wanted to start going she want she was like let me get on the on the master I said mother I'm going stop you right there she said what I think I can handle it I said no you don't need to handle it I don't want you to over exert yourself and do more than 30 minutes because now I'm I'm I'm becoming a trainer I'm practically a trainer now and I told my mother I said mom you're not don't do more than 30 minutes she said but I can do it I said yes I know you can do it but I need you to save your energy because you're about to run a 21-day Marathon she has committed to me that she will exercise for the next 21 days straight because she wants to build a habit of daily exercise she's been seeing my journey and now she wants to go on that Journey with me and I said mother I understand that you want to use up all your energy you feel great today but remember you have to walk tomorrow and you have to walk the next day and you have to walk the next day and the next day and so I don't want you to go in at the gym today and then you feel so tired and so destroyed that tomorrow or the next day after tomorrow you don't have enough energy to go walk and to go exercise and to go do what you want to do so I need you to I need you to understand that right now you need to just it it doesn't matter and I told her this too I said right you just started your journey and this is advice for everyone who's watching the first 30 days you need to get it into your head that you're not going to lose a sing single pound you're not going to lose any weight for the first 30 days if you lose weight great that's a win but if you don't lose any weight at least you already set the expectations and the reason why I tell you this is because the first 30 days it doesn't matter what you're doing when you exercise it doesn't matter if you're running it doesn't matter if you're doing weights it doesn't matter if you're lifting and it doesn't even matter if you know what you're doing if you don't know what you're doing that's fine the only only thing that matters for the first 30 days is that you are aware of what you're doing so you can build the habit every day you have to push yourself to make sure you show up showing up is the only thing that matters for the first 30 days but also being aware I told my mom every day when you when you when we're going to the gym I want us to say it out loud and repeat it today I am going to go do something that is going to heal my body if you are aware and you are doing what what you're doing when you believe it you are GNA actually be able to do it but you need to remind yourself I'm going to exercise today because I'm going to go with the purpose of healing my body it's all about the intention and with that intention you're going to be able to build the Habit it doesn't matter if you're if you're losing weight right now it doesn't matter if you're exercising right right now it doesn't even matter if you're exercising enough or if you're walking enough none of that matters if all you can do is go and walk for 15 minutes that's fine but just remember as the days keep going you're going to start feeling better and you're going to be able to start adding a little bit more but start with what you can handle and remember look at the big picture the big picture is my goal is to build a habit how do I build a habit the science shows that in order for you to build a new habit you have to do it every day for 21 days so if I want to become a person who is able to exercise I need to build the Habit which means I need to go and exercise every day for 21 days I have a 21-day Marathon how do I run this Marathon you run it by going steady don't start running like crazy and then on day 12 you you killed yourself and now you can't go back and exercise anymore so don't get I told my mom don't get distracted and don't start feeling all like oh today I did 30 minutes and I feel fine let me let me go in and do 40 don't do 40 minutes only do what your body will let you to do the the the the standard is 30 minutes but if you can't do 30 minutes girl feel do don't do it don't do more because right now it's not about doing more it's it's not about pushing yourself so too hard it's about it's about the Habit it's about building the habit and it's about being aware this is a good habit for me because this habit heals me this habit is positive this is a good healthy habit that is going to make me a better human being because it's GNA it's going to heal my body this is good for me it's GNA it's going to it's going to start taking me down a journey of fitness and exercise and health and I need it and so as my mom goes on this journey um I want y'all to send her your positive vibes and your well- wishes um because I'm going to challenge her I'm not going to let her fall off because I know that there are there will be moments where she's going to be like I don't know if I can do this anymore I don't know if I want to do this anymore I'm too tired I don't want to go and I'm GNA gather her and I'm going to get her together because I need my mother to go on this journey with me I need I need her to go on a journey of self-discovery a journey of self-discovery and eventually Kiana's going to get on that Journey too eventually Kiana's gonna join me at the gym at 12:00 pm every day s sure one day you're going to join me at the gym yes um girly
