Watching Tim Burton’s Classic *Beetlejuice*

hey guys to the review show my name's Austin welcome back to another movie commentary before we get into this one if you guys have not been keeping up on the channel at least when it came to certain newses wise or you didn't check out the previous commentary last week um but isn't part of the series or any form on the channel anymore unfortunately and um it sucks I have a whole entire video going into um reasons why and all that I I have to uh just just REM mention that because I don't remember if I mentioned in the alen in the aliens commentary because I haven't edited yet at the time of recording this um and it still hasn't gone up so I don't even know if you guys are liking these AMR I hope I hope um but yeah it's unfortunate but today we're going to be getting into Beetle Juice um and I'm by myself on this one so I've been really looking forward to this film I really like Beetlejuice Tim Burton is a great director hasn't been great in a while though you know you got dumbo that wasn't very good um but you know clearly this is for this video is going to be for the new Beetle Juice movie Beetle Juice Beetle Juice and that's gonna be a confusing title um but yeah I I really like this movie I think this is my favorite Tim Burton movie it's either this or Coraline it's been aent since I watched Coraline but I believe I either watched this last year or two years ago because I know for a fact I did a review on this movie um when I went and saw it in theaters uh my theater does like Tuesday night Classics where they show really old movies and this was one of them and it was a good movie it was a good movie theater experience so we're gonna get into that today all right Beetle Juice Here We Go soundtrack in this movie also is awesome the the music choices I if you're gonna if you came here to listen to me quote music I'm not very good at that I quote movies though probably going to get copyrighted for this though this movie scared me as a [ __ ] kid it really did and you know they don't really make stuff like this anymore so I'm hope that's why I'm hoping that Beetlejuice two has the same level of creepiness as this one does because I want to get back to showing not not scarring kids or anything but like you know showing that uh to parents it's like it's okay to show your kids these type of films St you get those back in the theater and like but also original so not have to be these God dang sequels Rod Rider yeah she's has came a long way from the where she's came from what was was this after Resurrection or before I think this was before Resurrection yeah start like you start thinking like oh my God there's big spiders in this town see that would not be a town I want to be in it's why I'll never go to Australia no offense to Australia people out there I don't know how you [ __ ] deal with those this [ __ ] gross is it a dildo it's a big dildo let's use the dildo real quick come on it's that [ __ ] Ian to to leave us alone Jane see died so his parents just really [ __ ] hated him or something or it's like they're in the birthing room and it's like all right what do you want to name your kid today and it's like our kid uh and they they see a beetle off like Beetle and they see I don't know orange juice or apple juice like a juice Beetle Juice it's like the doctor's like uh you're already off trying to sell the house we've only been dead for 24 hours do you not hear the music playing I feel like she would be able to hear the music before I'm down there oh man honey you're you're a really good in bed there okay I might be dead but this is still my house how is how is buers beers beers how do you say his name berer berer that's buer uh who's said that you can unpack this kid she was supposed to be in our box still yeah no buer to mess with me it sucks jeez I'm G to give you a bad review on Yelp that b our situation GS you seem very excited about this I mean I guess you need to entertain yourself while you're dead not really like you can get an orgasm or whatever so you can't have sex fun imagine if they actually could see her like that it's like oh my God hopefully other causes don't have dead bodies in it moving on gosh that that scene is just [ __ ] gross get out of my chair you bastard you don't like f bu well I'm gonna well I'm gonna be a lot worse what are they doing oh so the one weird thing about that whole sequence is that the dad was in the kitchen right and the kitchen was downstairs but why did it look like he was on the second floor my favorite Channel even through my butthole that's how we enter there be like a Drake and Josh situation Drake where's the door I was going to go get it I would not see this man as a bird watcher he is too insane bird watching is just a too it's too peaceful for him really this is a cover up it's like I see you berer what is the of coming I'm trying to figure out where ber is he's ditching school again that's the only reason why we came up here now he brought his family into the whole entire situation I probably can guess how you died that's yeah too much dick to suck I'm sorry just to oh that's me the dick sucker hey baby can I get world that's how you end up after death like you know like how the lady showed her suicide scar like you know so the way that they died they died in a car crash that fell in the water why are they still not wet maybe Alec Bowens has not been good in bed lately but we weren't told to come in here yet but how how are we going to start out Simply if they can't see us no no no he's a terrible family would suck well that's one way [Music] to it's like I don't want to talk about ghosts what do you want to talk about start [Music] singing [ __ ] love this scene like she's like oh you can possess me any day you want what I can't dance normally whoa see food is supposed to be eating not you not you supposed to be eating by it gosh what have you been serving at that I think you might have killed them they're actually dead no no no that's the one thing I do not believe in I'll believe in goes more than your work nice view right here ah so I I guess you can get horny while dead but there's no blood blowing so how do you get blood down there I am not happy gosh this this movie is dark this is PG dealing with suicide death [Music] e well now you can't grab anything you have eyes for fingers I know that Adam always wanted to try uh try something but my mouth could never fit it is it bigger now Adam gosh he goes like please stay like that after after we do this how do you see anything when and your eyes are literally on your fingers you're probably going to get nauseous like like moving your hand like that you're you're going to scar for [Music] life they just turn this this is the one weird part is like these uh two people turn into like little kids it's kind of weird like oh my God like God they're like just a maze and they're dead oh that's fine honey I never needed a jaw at least yours still good well at least your are is being somewhat useful I guess and yeah that's well now now you have worms now you're going to of a worm problem while living here yeah Beetle Juice wasn't in this movie that much from uh that I keep I like every time I forget that I don't know why and um he's like a character that is like the name of the movie and has the like the least amount of screen time in the whole entire film I think it's like a record I'd have to go back and keep track of how much time he was in the movie but it's not very much [Music] Shake sh sh now this is about this is the one that was about sex maybe the other one was too but this one is about a girl stripping and like time okay I believe you that doesn't really hold up very well now does it so yeah wow I really I really like Beetle Juice a lot uh that was a that was a good movie there uh watch again for the sequel see that's the one thing that the sequel is g to be a little I don't think the sequel is gonna be as good as the first one usually never is unless it's top G mavick um but this one this one was just so good um it it it's going to live till the end of time I don't know about this I don't know much about the sequel and it kind of brings up the question of like how does Beetlejuice get his head back how's how can he interact with the real world again even though he died died again so it's like it brings up those questions um but I hope that it brings this spe sense of style of T like really old Tim Burton which it seems like it's doing the first the first Trail got me interested in next one they release more it's like I don't know I don't know how I feel about that um and it seems like they might make beju a good guy because it seems like he's in a terrible situation I guess he C screw someone over and um yeah I don't I hope that he I don't want them to make him a good guy because he's kind of like a bastard so I don't know we'll we'll have to wait and see on that but uh yeah hopefully you guys enjoyed and yes it's probably weird to see me doing stuff like this by myself and bring new people on it's unfortunate but it's kind of how we're gonna have to do things around here because I still want to do the commentaries I really like the commentaries um but I'm I will have to refine my ground on be able to do it by myself but yeah anyway guys thank
