hey everybody hello it's Greg again it's the unbreakable podcast and it's Thursday August 29th listen you make my pants want to get up in dance listen my pants want to get up and dance you know when you think fondly of the disco ER as I do um you think of the great B's they're they're great they were great maybe you think of d s too and you have to think of this song you make my pants want to get ridiculous this is you make my pants when get a Dan little things like that you know when you get old like me 118 years old little things like that make you happy it's like getting the mail every day getting the mail how many freaking times times do I ask did the mail come is the mail here is the mail come sometimes I find myself sitting in front of the the front door looking at the screen waiting for the mail that's what happens when you get older you do crazy [ __ ] like that anyway it's Thursday August the 29th and yes hello to all my Twitter fans who watch me listen to me every day they're so loyal and hello to the my new Facebook fans I just figured out how to put this podcast on Facebook so you'll get to you'll get to like me you probably are saying what the hell right now but you know all you need to know about this podcast for now is you know the Kelsey Brothers they just signed a big deal like what hundred million dollars like their podcast is up here my podcast is down here in the muck in the gr of podcast that's all you need to know that's it anyway the other reason why I was playing you make my pants when to get up and dance was because I needed a little fun and this podcast is all about fun and spreading joy and happiness and SP we got too much bad stuff in the world grief is a take 15 20 minutes out of your life what else are you doing and and just sit back and have fun and here's the thing I needed that today because I underwent a very traumatic experience just to yes yes let me tell you that I I need a deep bre I was at the ball game yeah it was pretty bad I was at the ball game and you you go to a game it's an afternoon game you think you're going to sit there and relax you think oh this is going to be nice you're out there it feels like 104 degrees which is pretty stupid to go anyway because it's really hot and humid but you got the tickets and you say all right we going to the game we know we're probably gonna lose because number one the Phillies already took the series they don't care about this game because they're looking ahead at the Braves coming up which is a big big series starting tonight right and they're like yeah yeah the Astros yeah so you know the Astros don't want to get SWAT yeah know they have no Pride so it's like all right they're probably gonna lose anyway and you know you got Taiwan Walker the great Taiwan Walker h you so you kind of figure it's going to be a losy effort it's a scheduled loss as they're call it you know when this guy pitches so we knew all that so I about the game anyway and I'm enjoying myself there and the first batter comes up that stinky rotten little PK Jose Al the cheater the cheater he comes the back all right so you want to give tywon Walker a chance you know because couple days ago the Press were asking Rob Thompson manager why is tyan Walker getting another St well Rob Thompson says well his velocity is up and he's earned it and he's experienced what he's not telling you is we don't have anyone else and we're paying this guy $18 million to pitch for us this year1 18 freaking million dollar so that's what he's up to so we you got it all out there you can't yeah yes we're in a penit race yes we're serious about winning Series this year and yet we're throwing freaking time on Walker up there every fifth day okay so here's the scene I'm have to do stinking a Jose on 2v comes up first lines a single in the left field and he's a good hitter nothing against St he's a punk and he's a cheater but he's a good hit good hit all right so he's on first base so I never heard anything like it you know how the crowd does the wave in unison because all R st the crowd yesterday all all in one go oh no it's happening again yeah like everybody in my section they all turned and look at each other and we were like oh no here it goes yeah like everybody knew Taiwan waer was going to melt down you know we all were waiting for it and then he walks somebody and all of a sudden it's 10 to nothing Astros the thing about it is not only does suck to keep this guy on the team that's the key word here suck because not only does Tai Walker suck he sucks the life out of everything he sucked the life out of the team the team was like M and like zombies out there no energy and they didn't even get a hit until the eighth inning and he sucked the life out of the crowd we were all like like dead people like those cardboard people that they put in the stands during the Pandemic those cardboard people had more life than we did I mean between the weather and Taiwan Walker we we were just there there's nothing left of us so any So eventually gets to be 10 nothing they the Astros have like 16 hits we have zero zil NADA and I'm thinking you know what we might see history to that I was actually rooting for the Astros pitcher arti spaghetti or whatever to have a to get a no hitter he took a no hitter into the a p and you're thinking all right how often do you actually see a no hitter I've never seen a no hit in person so I was for the kid you know these other delusional fil fans around me are get a hit get a hit I'm like no don't get a h don't get a h i want to see history and then you know what happened this uh Alvarez guy good hitter good hit hit three home runs for the Astros now I heard it after again oh but he hit it oh he hit it off of Michael Mado who St too and of course the one and only Taiwan who did he hit him he hit the ball you have to hit the ball and it was a all three hoverers were crushed crushed into the into the Phillies bu pen and stuff you know so I was rooting for uh Alvarez to get up and get into nth hitting because how often do you see a a player hit 400 runs in one game it hardly ever happens so I wanted it so there was like history all around but it never occurred so like the whole day sucked you know I was like Jesus all right so today I'm glad the Facebook friends have joined me today for the first time because today I officially Proclaim Taiwan Walker reti yes we're going to do our best on this B podcast to talk Taiwan Walker into retirement so here it is here we go Ty Walker I know you're out there come here I want to talk to you let me get a little closer here the wheelchair closer all here we now hopefully a lot of you are listening to this rather than watching it because it's not a so all right now here I'm just going to name on the brother you you really now listen why would you want to stay with the F okay you cond them out of $18 million a year for what four years or something okay okay it's only bunny but here's the thing what about your pride we know the Phillies were stupid idiots for giving you this money John Middleton is a great guy but he's throwing away buy like a drunken salor you know and then Dave de Broski is just stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid he's the guy who gave you this money and this is the worst Sig ever but you know what's going to happen is if you stick around you're going to get booed just like yesterday and you probably don't care I mean you your body language was terrible the way you were like roping around the now like always be deie down deie down that's what you and so what's GNA happen to you the Phillies are not going to release your ass they're not doing it they're not going to cut bait because that's $18 million and Dave stupid deasi is going to admit that he made a mistake he's not doing that what he's going to do is they're gonna bury you in the bullpen we're never going to see from you see or hear from you a again for the rest of year which is f but do you want that you want you're your family your mother do you have a mother you have a mother who's living right me well what what is she thinking right there yeah you weren't even that good on Mets and they come over to the Phillies and do this did you ever watch Game of CLS the Walk of Shame that's going to be you when you come out of the Dugout every time and go to the bullpen before the game starts with the other levers the Walk of freaking shap everybody's going Bo you just getting out of the DG out and walk into the bull pad for God's sakes think about it man so you know I mean think doesn't your family miss you don't they don't they want you home or left with them I retire like me and go out with dignity and Grace retire and have your own podcast oh God God forid sit there on your front porch in a rocky chair and wait for the movement just just do it your family must miss you they need more time with you Jesus right I don't know I don't all right so that's that's that that's that Tai one Walker God bless you God bless you so let's hope that he retires today I doubt it but but the Phillies have a big Series tonight against the starting tonight against those sticking atanta boies now this is a big one because uh you know the Phillies could just about put away at Lanta if they have a good Ser they take three out of four or even sweep if the Braves take three out of four or sweep it's trouble it's trouble um I don't think they will you know they don't have the horses they don't have the horses to do they have a good team I think they're going to make the players but I think they're GNA win with theion that's just good so really all the Phillies need to do is split the series because if they split the series that no win no no loss it's it it is what it is what the Braves are like six games back down and uh that's four less games that the Braves have to catch up you know there's but but 29 games left in the season so they're running out of time so Phillies take care of business this weekend and then we're not GNA have to worry right all right so uh the next thing is uh yeah you know for the people who are just watching me for the first time oh oh oh oh oh I need to do something that I usually do every show but uh I was so worked up out about uh you dance with the pants thing and you know what that should be the Philly's next song forget about this dancing all my own it's not a good song get it we need a new song for the films H so they can get over right so I'm gonna write into John Middleton I say I'm gon to recommend why don't you play the classic song you make my parents want to get up in and then this way all the players are dancing around the doctor B in the in the locker room after they win the music how about it's never going happen but I'll just say uh what I usually do at the start of every podcast is I show a picture of budbud by H faithful old dog there he is Tong there the patriot say of this podcast there years the reason I do this is because I've recorded over 360 of these shows which if you really want to torture yourself you can go on YouTube type in my channel unbreakable Spirits Channel and then all 360 are there with all the categories what the shows are about we talk about sports and what we talk I try to stay away from politics because it's like you want a break from that you know who wants to get involved with that crap you know know you want to break this show is about laughter and joy and happiness and uh yeah so I try to stay away from that but when somebody does something really stupid I have to say something about it like today so um so we talk about sports we talk about poliy we talk about like whose birthday it is today like gez y Paul River would have been 285 years old today if he knew uh you know we talk about the national day today is National Ice Cream Day go out and have a school and then just stupid stuff like that but you know and stuff in the news but uh it's it's something to keep us happy we got to keep happy in this world spread hope and joy and love yeah I got to talk to you about this I I can't I can't St this Donald Trump guy all right here all right about this Arlington ceter now that's a it's a discre I'm glad that the media is picking up on this and he's getting a lot of criticism for it because he should it doesn't matter Democratic Republican independent and whatever you don't go to a secetary do you go let's say do you go and visit let's say you have an ANM and Ed Ed it's a Twist EDM let's say you go visit Edie and you go you paying respects which is fine he went then you can't stop him from that lay a wath okay okay but you don't go and you don't bring an outside photographer with you to visit anym and you don't go and you don't stand beside her grave and put the thumbs up and smile like an idiot you don't do that you don't do that especially when you've been told don't take pictures at on adm's grave because the cemetery is a hollow hollow of grounds and it should be respected and you don't take pictures there and you don't use it as a political as a political right go there you don't even take I even take a photography go and P your Stu a big deal unfortunately CH he is told don't take it phog to he was told don't go in the section 6 because that's the area [Music] soldiers why because he feels he's above the lot he feels that do supp to do because it hasn't been challenged to dou he feels he can do whatever he wants to do that's the problem that's the problem so you know I just when again when somebody does something really stupid I have to say something because that's just stupid and it's just ignorant and it's just uh he knew what he was doing and he did it anyway I he disrespected the soldiers not only the soldiers that he took the photograph some the tuers every soldier in that Cemetery from World War II World War One Vietnam War all the way back to the Civil War the Revolutionary War he disrespected every Soldier every military person B buried in that s to and I hope our veterans are smart and they don't forget this for November the 5th and they go out and vote and they vote up the hell out because he doesn't care about that this is the guy who called our service Med woman who died in battle suckers and losers he didn't what military people who were injured in battle to be in any of his parades because he said nobody wants to see that and remember that medal that he was awarded his Dopey do doter there recently and he called it more important than the Medal of Honor and that's just you know it's just ridiculous so anyway I had to get that off of my just because it's not right it's not right what he's do I hope our vet our vets won forget so between Taiwan Walker and Trump I'm pooped I think I'm going to go take it out so anyway everybody out there I hope you have a great day go Phillies tonight uh beat the sticky Braves uh there Sunday night but it's my last regular season game of the year before the the last game that they play the Braves Sunday Night Baseball the whole world will be watching and um y know thank God Taiwan Walkin will not be pitching on Su thank God I'm very surprised that the Phillies didn't hand out and it's a good thing they didn't hand out sharp knives going through the gates yesterday but people would have used them people would have used them on on their sh it's like it was just awful Jesus all right I need something to get Alexa why you make my parants get up and dance she's gonna do it
