The Championship Round-Up! #16 + My Midweek Score Predictions! BIG GAMES, GOALS & MORE!

Intro so I've come back to another episode of the championship round that we got a lot of action to go there in today's video we've also got a full fixture list coming up in mid week as well which we were predicting in the second half of today's video so as always get all your thoughts in the comments down below as to what you made of your team's performance we've got a lot of talking points to go interesting ones going on in midweek which could have quite an influence and have a Championship table shape and all I'm interested or score predictions for those games are a couple of tricky ones going on in there but like I said one football how the recommends link is in the description down below you hop into any of the games I will include your guys comments on screen now 70 of you did successfully manage to get any of your score platoons correct then fair play I just got the Walden correct this weekend that being the Lewton again swinging game which did finish 2-1 so not the best not the worst week from me but without any further ado let's get into talking about for these games so starting out with frying that Millwall 2 Forest 2 it's gaming what's the game it was at the dead-ending - - between Millwall and Forest it was certainly Millwall who started as do better the two sides first for the first off just didn't get going and I was a little bit surprised looking at their lineup you know looking at some of the options they had on the bench the likes of Lewis Grubb and Kjell Qvale Oh Jarrell alia DOMA it was a bit of a weird lineup for forest and they weren't really clicking going forward Mill will certainly have the better of that half they took the lead after 15 minutes obviously being a set-piece specialist that they are I got that goal from the corner Williams putting that in and they had other chances to go with more than one lock in that first Isle but the game really changed in the 62nd minute when forest made that change and introduced Lewis grub and into the game they brought rough Amir off who I don't really see what he offers for that far side but Lewis growing with his first touch gets Boris back into the game after the changes first were looking a lot better and going for their movement was a lot better although Mill will still have their fair share of chances Jay Cooper has a fantastic chance to make it 2-1 a free Heather inside the six yard box but Sunday the good save and eventually a lot like Bosh went on to win it in the 88th minute some nice work from Amy OB who before that was a little bit lucky not to give away a penalty with a bit of a clumsy challenge in the box but he set up grab and to make it 2-1 a lot like forests were destined for all three points but as it is the championship there's always gonna be like drama involved Williams line though quite a spectacle of long-range obviously school won the other week so why not go for it son Bert sort of fumbled the ball into the path of a brain and then he slowed the way to make it 2-2 and in the end the points were shared some obviously could them bear with that but you can't really be too critical of him because he has been far best playing this season so far probably he's been excellent but very drafts again nonetheless Lewis grubbin definitely up there for the best championship strike is I'm at Lee's Leeds 2 Barnsley 0 beaten hooded field by two girls still leaves now winning their last six matches in the championship they've got an eight point gap to third place follow and things looking good filiz at the moment yeah it has to be said for the first off there wasn't altar which is between the two sides you can tell the quality difference and that was really shown by the chances that leads took for this one but all this yield also had their fair share of chances and one thing that does need to be highlighted yes again least 20 games into this season have only conceded 10 goals absolutely staggering record another clean sheet for them in this game as well and Kiko Casilla was forced into quite a few safes to this one you know he made an excellent save from munier the head of the he made tip that one over the bar : grunt had the chance which was well cleared by Luke ailing as well in the second off coach Unger had a chance was excellently saved by kassir as well so and on the right thing with later father season has been their defense and consider in the world without Carlin Phillips for this game as well a big three points for them but an excellent goal to take the lead in the second off I had a waitress of half the score she heading leads to make it to now lead Ron absolute roll at the moment and consider informed loss this weekend they'd have to do a lot to blur from here I think the consistency that Leeds have got for them at this point it's hard to look past leads and West Brom for the top so it really is because looking at all the teams below then I'm just not sure if anyone else has got that same amount of consistency let me Blackburn 1 Derby 0 applaud them beating Dolby by Wang golf nil and the championship is an absolutely bonkers league a few weeks ago we're speaking about on the championship round off is Tony Mowbray the right man for Blackburn you know they'd spent quite a bit money in this summit and they were sold lingering near the bottom of the championship after the recent run they've got on four wins on the balance there are two points off the playoff so it just goes to show that if any side can put together a bit of momentum you really can't prop yourself or believe but blood and beating dog or nil I think the school lines a little bit generous to Darby to be honest to hold the blood with a better team throughout this one they created the best chances in the first off have a couple and we're unlucky not to be in front going into halftime eventually Adam Armstrong did take the lead with an absolute fantastic strike from outside the box top corner rifle that in pass been Hamer and from that point onwards Darby was so poor in this game going forward they were lacking any real creativity or ideas they had one shot on target in this game and that came in stoppage time so I know that dub you've struggled away from home all season but collectively on the recent run that they've gone on it's just me a lot of mediocre performances lately for Darby and looking at their squad they're capable of so much better Jack Murray was on the bench again I've been surprised that he's not gotten more game time so far this season but switching back to blood but I thought they were excellent and we're lucky not to get more than one goal they got to be only two points off the playoffs who knows what's gonna happen this season send me a car that beats involves Lee by three goals or two a game which sums up bonsly season to a tee so far really good going forward but when they came down to crunch time just couldn't hold on to her at the back bones he did take the lead a nicely work golfer on kind of Chaplin breaking through a nice finish from him not lead lasted all but three minutes his car that got back into the game swinging the ball into the box and if link got in ahead of Diaby and whether it went down there's no goal in the end I'm not so sure but that made it 1-1 but after then bonsly responded well and they ended up first off well they would create a lot of chances they then carried that momentum into the second off until the lead early on that second half and they continue to create chances but just couldn't get off their got to kill off the game coach so far I think of a decent on the Neil Harris but I think that many Carly fans would admit this probably wasn't their best performance they weren't really creating much going forward and for a quite a few spells bonzi were on top but couldn't take full advantage of that one player we did speak about in the prediction video there was Lee Tomlin and if cars were gonna win this game he was gonna be central to that really underrated player for them so far this season but brilliant footwork from him to slip in Ward for the equalizer he makes it to two and from that point onwards Karla then go looking for the winner and it comes in the 94th minute this time Lee Tomlin getting on the score sheet with a brilliantly taken goal just wait for the ball to fall to him inside the box hits it on the volley and it's devastating for Banzai he was still with that other way when this season bought Cardiff turnaround fed plates then a massive Fulham 1 Bristol City 2 three points for Bristol City as they beat full and by two goals to one away at Craven Cottage now experts say that the referee was not the most popular man in this stadium by the end of this game ball gets that a little bit later Burchell says he did Ted Earley Josh Brown he'll open the screen after 26 minutes brilliant ball in from the lights and another assist for him this season bronze will also had a hand side which I'm really not seeing anything from the moment they've lost their last three matches and in terms of heart and wanting to get back into games moving things forward I'm seeing much more from bonds at the moment of hopes of stoke bonds he may not always have the quality but at least the desire to get back into the games at the moment which Stoke there's a complete lack of anything like that they did leave those son vocal and actually say can go out to be fair to him it was whips in and then there the header we're sort of going back in himself having a back cross goal but from that the best player in the championship this season he's at least in the top three more than good enough for the Premier League someone's gonna take upon him eventually I was there at the cake if you weeks ago when the absolutely ripped apart North End and he's such an enjoyable player to watch he's banging for at the moment I think in 2019 he's got more girls and Cristiano Ronaldo so Jared Bowen absolute gem of the player Luton 3 Wigan 1 then we move on to a massive game at the bottom of the table well Luton bounce back fantastically from their last outing beating wicked by two girls to one that Wigan that have to be one of the most frustrating clubs to support the championship in the moment it's absolutely baffling but I mean they started this game fairly well like they have been doing for a few games so far this season eventually keep them more taking the lead for them a really nicely work goal when you've got to strike a light key firm or you need to place where strengths brilliant ball into him and then a header really into the top corner brilliant from Kiefer more and they have a few other chances as the game went on ball with Wigan I mean I said in my prediction video I think that we're gonna to billet Italy for this game and then loose it'll turn that on later on that's exactly what happened in Wiggins last eight games they've conceded nine goals in the last ten minutes of matches which is a baffling stop Luton's equaliser coming in the 87th minute it was a bit of a scramble of a goal but in the end got over the line McManaman with a nice finish and then George monkey in the 93rd minutes to win it for loose and after Wigan had had to play sent off to a dunk Lee for a second yellow card I don't think he will have too many complaints about that brought some on back as they were going through on goal the goal was a real hammer blow for Wigan it was a smashing finish from monkey but the result is absolutely massive falutin mentally you know bouncing back from a 7 nil defeat that now puts them four points above the relegation zone and above Wigan as probably I'm really lost for them at the moment they found themselves comfortably in the bottom three now and you feel like Paul Cook gotta be on borrowed time Middlesbrough 1 Charlton 0 and the massive result for Middlesbrough still then beating jolted by one goal still the Georgia stubble girl coming after about 50 seconds being enough to secure all three points before who I think is that today worthy much better than this one throughout really it was a Samba longer who had the original shot which was sort blocked actually Fletcher managed to keep the ball alive and then George Savile arrived in the box to make it one now from that point onwards Charlton didn't really offer anything going forward and I know they've had obviously this awful injury crisis lately but two wins from 14 now they didn't really have any noteworthy chances in this one you know Gallagher sort of had one in the second off but even that wasn't harmlessly over the bar one positive take from it was Lyle Taylor returning back he came on for 45 minutes but I think he's gonna take him a little bit of time to get back up too much speed for Middlesbrough probably should report this game to bed sooner really they had quite a few these opportunities which we were just learning over the bar timing they have one put on a playthrough but somehow he put his chance over the bar at some longer Fletcher and subtle as well all had more chances but it just wasn't to be their day putting the ball in the back of net but with Charlton not offering much the one goal was not in the end it's season four points above the relegation zone for Charlton they've slipped all the way to 17th now really has been a drop-off for that I let me I keep y'all beating North in my two girls nil crushed and have now lost their last four matches and we've been tumbling down the championship injuries have played that part but we're capable of so much more than this at the moment keep y'all taking the lead after 17 minutes it was all about si today I actually a really intelligent goal not gonna lie about this I think it was Nike well to a drug Paul Huntington that a possession and then it was burn pace and he was a lot of man Martinez a as Huntington without opposition as they could see that they were space to run this North End side I'd like to see Josh hat being brought into that number 10 role though a gift some like Andre green the chance at left me because McGwire at the moment it's not happening for him keep your minute tool in the second off as they from the penalty spot I've I mean we just weren't getting back into this game keep y'all had not kept a clean sheet this season so of course they keep their first well again stores presence best chance probably came late I'm Billy Bowden how to get that boy a great save by Joel only in fairness it was oppression so I completely / ideas going forward but fair play to keep y'all they really needed that result then we told Cardiff 3 Birmingham 2 Birmingham beat and wreathing by three goals to to narwhals back in the homes like going into this one but Birmingham more than prove me wrong up until yesterday I've completely forgot that Birmingham it's signed Josh McCarran but here in midfield really made the difference in this one it was his first was full start for Birmingham and balanced our side actually him sandwich and Bellingham seemed to work well feature the jib Bellingham I thought was excellent once again he had and in most of the 1 beating Brentford by two goals one typical of the championship I said this in a preview video but after the result of brantford were coming off it doesn't surprise me because the championship is the most unpredictable league in the world for them to lose this one but they did leave them for the first off they were by far the better side actually they were playing the better football and B mu scoring after 29 minutes not the sort of goal either associate him scoring but he was on the end of a corner to make it one nil and then that first off the shipper Wednesday midfield was just a bit overrun really they were playing themselves into the game like we know they can and if friends they did get that second goal on that first off they could have killed off then and there but Shepherd Wednesday for the second off much better you can clearly see the reaction from halftime Steven Fletcher a player who have been causing problems throughout this game d get them back in it from the half but Steven Fletcher once again he's back in the girls at the moment I think that's five girls his last four games now but it was a superb reaction from Sheffield Wednesday who now find themselves in the top six of the championship and it's so open at that plug at the table at the moment I Thursday 5 Swansea 5 learned to finish the weekend off we heard West Brom 5 Swansea City won off some of the football at West Brom playing at the moment is an absolute delight to behold the athlete all Swansea a part in this game the opening goal coming from Sevilla Jai Karl Bartley heading that one but across goal but every goal after that absolutely stunning from West Brom Pereira with one goal and three assists in this game Barrera got the second for West Brom he tipped off a fantastic passing move some storage did get one back for Swansea but that was fairly short-lived as I made it 3-1 before half-time Robson Carlos lips in fantastically by Pereira and the second off they were really turn their skills and showboat a little bit dying on that absolutely rings to Pat's Cal Naughton like some of the stuff West Brom were playing throughout this game was absolutely outrageous by following the best performances we've seen the championship so far this season if not the best for some of their football actually being played grounds made the mistake of the fourth goal but water ball once again from Pereira it was so nonchalantly just chipped in to the far post and Phillips was there to make it four and at the end of an ash counters I can move Ferrara once again into Edwards he makes it 5-1 West Brom that I think quite rightly went back to the top of the championship because playing football like that the effect that villages have on this team has been absolutely staggering Pereira's to go for the championship we were having this debate before with Jared Bowen about who's the best player in the championship ball Pereira I mean he's rattled they're more than good enough for the Premier League West Brom were unbelievable Swansea slipped down to 11th now but those are all the Goal of the Weekend games that went on this weekend in terms of my goal of the weekend I think really give it to Bella from Birmingham for that fantastic free kick against red in and then for my resort of the weekend it's gonna have to be West Brom one of the best performances we've seen from a score predictions so go into my Midweek Score Predictions midweek score predictions Bristol City going up against Millwall won't make it easy for them but Bristol City seemingly on a really good role at the moment I'm just edging towards them I'll say to one but Millwall wouldn't be an easy game charlton going up against Huddersfield neither sigh plain particularly great at the moment holders field dropping perilously close to the bottom three but Charlton still with a relatively thin squad I'm gonna go for a warm one drawing that one ladies going up against Hull I'm gonna go with Leeds I'll say two one because they're on a funtastic winning streak at the moment but I won't be surprised to see Hall put a spanner in the works especially with Howard Rathbones playing in the moment first going up against Middlesbrough I don't see a lot of goals being school in their first I've had a couple of games that this city run where they have come on stock but I think they will have enough to win this game I've just edged them for a one-nil victory fresh thing going up against Fulham formed were great this weekend but would the players they've got going forward and the amount of injuries that we've got to our back line if Fulham are on form they could tear us apart mitchum it just got a ridiculous goal scoring record against oppression so he's almost guaranteed to score in this one ad I'm not so confident I'm gonna say to unfallen stoker going up against Luton I'm gonna say to two that's a big game with the bottom bonds Aguilar begins reading I think that bonsly and their survival hopes really are pinned on that home form with their seemingly inability to pick up any points on the road so for this one I've been back them you know I'm gonna say to one bonsly I'm doing against keep y'all that don't see a lot being in that one both sides have been showing lately that they can score goals as they obviously get in back to his best at the weekend I'm gonna go for a 2-2 draw in that game Brentford go in the begins Cardiff Cardiff still unbeaten on the Neil Harris spot not the greatest performance at the weekend but they've still got the job done Brentford seem to turn on when they're at Griffin Park I'm gonna go to on Bremen in that game Darby going up against Sheffield Wednesday Darby left a lot to be desired with this performance this weekend but with that still decent home record I'll go for a warm one drawing that game Swansea against Blackburn to really contrast inside at the moment Swansea not on a good run Blackburn at the moment playing some fantastic football they won their last four matches it's Swansea you feel like have to turn it around sooner rather than later I'm gonna go for a warm one draw in that game but I wouldn't be surprised as plug for Nick yet and then finally we got Wigan goes up against West Brom and if I can only see one thing afternoon I'm gonna go for a little wet run for that game sorry Wigan fans but West from
