AT&T made the biggest mistake in their business earlier this year the Telecom Giants suffered a major data breach instead of being transparent they struck a secret deal with the hacking group shiny Hunters the hackers initially wanted $1 million but AT&T bargained them down to 370,000 this is where it got worse for AT&T the hackers had to provide video proof of them deleting the records but after one of the hacker accomplices leaked that video to a major news site revealing 18 secret deal to the public what AT&T should have done is inform the public that they paid the hackers to delete the data and not try to hide it from their customers
