that all right man we are back today with a bunch of predictions with our AFC East NFC South and AFC South uh Team predictions as well as a little talking point with Dorian Thompson Robinson uh back up for the Cleveland Browns as quarterback he is reportedly on the trade block with multiple teams reaching out we're going to talk about you know where he could land where would we like to see him land and before all that though we got some trivia that is actually going to be taken care of so we'll roll right into that all right so I'm behind the scenes but we're here for some NFL top 10 Trivia today all right and I forgot oh I almost forgot what the topic was but appreciate you KH appreciate everybody in the chat um now the topic for today is top 10 running backs in first downs of 2023 I forgot I put that but 2023 is top 10 running backs um that had uh that were top 10 in in first downs actually let me go ahead and and add that in real quick but yeah I'll give you guys some time to to think about it as I update this graphic really really quick but that is the topic for tonight how you guys feeling about this one I feel like this good test I feel like we can get swayed like there might be some people that we're not expecting on this list definitely yeah well we'll we'll start from the top we'll go from Sora you guys get three I'll be keeping count it you guys get three strikes and you're out but I also will be keeping score and at the end of this we will calculate who exactly the winner is so as you reveal them um you will see them on the screen as well so Sora give us the the top 10 one of the top 10 running backs the 2023 that had the most first downs I have to go with hopefully an easy one Derrick Henry Derk Henry was actually on this list and he was at number two with 63 first downs K what you got let's see here terms of first downs okay I don't know how basic to be here but um trying to think who is probably G to be healthy I'm gonna say David Montgomery David Montgomery was actually [Music] as I check my list here sorry technical difficulties Dave mcgomery is actually a number six so you do get a point let's go all right okay uh oh actually I got to play the correct answer twice hey so yes we do have two correct answers Tony who do you let me um I'm gonna say Christian mcaffrey gu correct yeah I felt like that was obvious yeah was that number one I actually buy 20 more first downs than Derrick Henry that's crazy crazy that the difference between one and six is only four first downs as well yeah that's wild it it's funny I have some that like might be the sneaky one that I'm just saving till after the easier ones come out but I'm now I'm just trying to think of like what's one that's stupid easy that I should be able to get um remember you got three strikes uh etn Travis etn was actually a sneaky one and you are correct sir he was at the number 10 spot oh not okay would be up next really only 53 interesting this was a down here for running backs in in regards to first downs by the way unless your name was Christian mcaffrey but yes clearly Jonathan Taylor I know he only played 10 games but Jonathan Taylor if it was 2021 you would have been right because he led the league in Russia I think he had a 100 which was the first time we seen a 100 in the long time but he's actually not on this list okay who else who else take his first X of the day um could oh I don't know oh um is Pacho on the list Isaiah Pacho is a great guest but he not on the list too um don't look at the chat by the way I'm really not looking at the through that I I did not expect hubber to be up there there but we're going to to turn our Focus now to Dorian Thompson Robinson um boy DTR he's he's a young talented player who is both mobile and has a loose cannon on his arm I can't see myself okay there we go um it went to the Dante cam it was just nothing D realm DTR with the Browns is in a very crowded room with uh with with deshun Watson and and jamus Winston and so he is reportedly on the trade block the Browns are not only um willing to listen to offers but reportedly have already received multiple offers for DTR um I mean let's let's get into it about where we think he could go you know is he a player who a team could actually use right now as we're only a few weeks away from the regular season starting um I'll go ahead and go for I got I got two um I feel like the obvious one I feel like we can all agree here is Minnesota yeah yeah so I'm just going to go ahead and KN out the obvious one Minnesota right now their darling porcelain doll JJ McCarthy is out for the season now granted we already thought that Sam darnold was gonna start but you know Minnesota has just gone through the rough patches some of it they can't control like with Kyrie Jackson That's obviously understandable and obvious you know injury itself can't be controlled but they've lost JJ McCarthy um Jordan Addison you know with the DUIs and he's also had some injuries other just injuries in general Lewis sign dude's always injured so Minnesota now kind of looks towards Sam darnold who again we thought a good chunk of us up here thought he was going to start anyways at least for the first three games now you don't really have a choice so you look at the quarterback room of Minnesota do you go back with jiren Hall do you go with Sam darnold um I can't I just can't remember who the other guy is but DTR does make sense just to add some competition to it give you more of that Mobility that you would have gotten with Sam darnold now do I think the Vikings see to make this trade no I don't I think they'll be fine with Sam darnold you know maybe they're hoping to get a high draft pick in general and just boost o line defense whatever the weakest need is besides quarterback because you fortunately do have quarterback locked up it just happens to be that he had a season ending injury which much like much like with what I said with ar that might be as weird as it is to say that might be the best thing to have happened to him because now he has an entire year to do nothing but learn the Playbook and recover on his own time he doesn't have to worry about conditioning doesn't have to worry about any of that he has time to learn the plays and work on his mechanics during recovery not having to worry about going out there and facing the likes of like I don't know we'll say like Quay Walker or something just for the Packers just off the top of my head but you know other defensive lineman like a Jaylen Carter I almost said Aaron Donald just out of force of habit like you know a bunch of different defensive positions doesn't have to worry about getting hit doesn't have to worry about all that he can learn on his own time and it's like he still has that extra year of college except now he just it's just him learning um but outside of the obvious answer of Minnesota sneaky one that I do have is going to be the New York Jets because Aaron Rogers isn't getting any younger who knows if he's going to play the entirety of the season and the backup that you got in Jordan Travis is also a guy who unfortunately gets injured a lot and you're looking at playing for the Jets in MetLife Stadium the stadium known for breaking bodies I mean it's who who really knows how well Jordan Travis is going to turn out he's just going to be the backup he's just going to be learning but you were hoping that Aaron Rogers could tutor Zach Wilson now you have a chance for him to tutor DTR who can be like a Jordan Travis so that's a competition that you have now between DTR and Jordan Travis and Aaron Rogers able to me Mentor both of them that to me is a situation that you cannot lose at You' got two young quarterbacks learning under a future Hall of Famer and Aaron Rogers and then when it's time for him to go you've got two young quarterbacks who both learned under the same guy battling it out that to me I I don't see how that is a losing situation because they were mentored by the same guy they've learned the same Playbook because let's be honest even no matter what happens I doubt coach Saul is gonna get fired he might be on the hot seat but I doubt he'll get fired I just I don't see how you can lose for the Jets having DTR learn under Rogers and then if Rogers does go down you have him and Travis battling out this year and then for the future to come to see what happens I just I don't see how that's a losing situation yeah I mean let's let's not pretend like like Aaron Rogers isn't 40 years old and just and is coming off of an Achilles right he's he's shown that not only like is you know he's talented right we know that but listen as as can only do so much I mean let's just let's be real here yeah I I I think that that's that's a really good uh thank you yeah iasa but New York's got to be up there um another team a couple teams I'm thinking of I mean I know that Gardner muu was just I guess announced as probably the starter over over Aiden mconnell for for the Raiders but I mean I think that's a potential you know landing spot mchu is pretty much a bridge quarterback at this point in his career has been for almost its entirety I mean even in Jacksonville he was so do they believe in Aden o Connell at this point do they stick with him do they do they move on already I think that adding DTR would be a happy middle ground of you're not really making a a you know set decision on AOC at this point you're really just giving him more competition to further see is he the guy or is he not right so I think that's a a pretty good landing spot for him and I also think the one that might be a little underrated and not talked about is Dallas I mean you have Dak Prescot who may not be retained Beyond this year especially if you sign both Micah Parsons and CD lamb to massive deals and then you have Cooper rush and Trey Lance who has looked abysmal ever since they brought him in so to me like even Lance has just looked abysmal in general not even with just with Dallas right but I mean like espe even even after this you know change in scenery and and scheme and everything for him it it hasn't gotten better right so with Dak potentially out of the picture right you're in the market for a new quarterback bring in DTR see what he can do because he's going to give you something that Lance can't which is at least like a third option if not even a backup can like pushing Cooper rush for that spot so I think that Dallas Jerry should Jerry should make the call right if he hasn't already um I I mean especially like if if Dak does go down with an injury or something right like I mean you never want to see that but do you go with Cooper Rush because you can't rely on Trey Lance or if you trade for DTR right you can at least play him to see what you have in him right because then if Dak does leave town then suddenly you kind of know you have a guy who can compete with that roster who can compete and is competent as a quarterback in this league which trance has shown like no signs of being so I think that Dallas and and Las Vegas are two options here that you know for DTR I think they make sense and for the teams it also makes sense to bring in a young and talented quarterback who you know is available on the trade market it's not very often where you can you can swing a deal for for cheap for one of these types of players I also just thought of another like really somewhat sneaky one but I'm gonna let Tony go first just in case if it is his but I feel like everybody has like two teams that we can think of and thank you for saying Dallas by the way because I agree with that yes sir I I genuinely think if you got to look at backup situations that are like teams that don't have really good backups one Green Bay M Michael Pratt and Sean Clifford are not they have failed as backup experiments imagine if Jordan love goes down with an injury who would you rather have Sean Clifford or DTR in there I feel like he would fit that system a little bit better as well and also it would bring a little bit more Comfort to the Green Bay organization to have somebody like him there um also another situation kind of the same boat uh Tampa Bay um Kyle tras has had two completed passes as a pro at least DTR has more game experience let's just calm down there real quick all right bucko let's just slow this down but I mean you are right he hasn't had much time to show and thankfully because you know Brady and Mayfield haven't been injured a lot so yeah and and Fields look great since he's been in Tampa Bay but I feel like they would be more comfortable having a guy like DTR backing him up um just I feel like those are two great situations in case you know things don't work out with their starters as well not GNA say anything else about Jordan love uh but I feel like both of those would be great and also honestly he would be great in any situation he ends up with because I feel like he can work for that job and also he could push anybody if he needs to if he need if they need to have somebody else come in there for a starting job DTR can be that guy shoot I'll take him back any day of the week I know that would never happen but still um no another one that I was thinking about like could could potentially be a sneaky one but also I doubt it would happen would be Tennessee just because will L is still that much of a question mark and you look at kind kind of the quarterback room for Tennessee will Levis basing Rudolph and Malik Willis I mean behind will Levis who's still a question mark you really don't have much we already know what Malik Willis is we know what Mason Rudolph is I don't know I just think Tennessee would be kind of an interesting room or an interesting addition to that quarterback room yeah and one last team I want to throw out there for us to talk about really quick um before we move on and that's Miami do we think that he could be a that Miami could be a potential landing spot behind Tua who has shown that he you know he's missed a few games like of his most seasons in his career right he's he's shown that injuries can be a problem do we think that this is a good landing spot for for him with Mike White and Skyler Thompson as the other quarterbacks behind Tua on that did you say but the Muay Thai I did I said but the Muay Tha Lord I was about to say K you got I was I was going to wait for you to say the miamis but I looked at the chat and the second you said the Raiders I was like yeah all the Raider fans in our chats are like oh okay yeah sure uhuh but honestly por space Beast Isaiah now yeah I'm not I wouldn't be mad if he ended up in uh Vegas because he he would be a great backup option for those guys as well um let's not find his way starting I like Aiden o Connell but I think Gardner mchu he can he can car carry that team for a little while but having a guy like DTR in there could change their fortunes hopefully they they look at it hopefully they look at it yeah I I think Gardner M muu showed last year when he had to step in for AR for the Colts that he can be a bridge quarterback he can lead a team to a year success they Raiders aren't going to be no world beaters they're not going to be um 12 and five as some people like to say but uh um that's a slight to no in the chat you if you know you know um but yeah g Garder muu has shown that he can lead them to like kind of the middle of the road maybe a wild card spot I don't know yeah and real quick Don just mentioned the Saints in the chat that came to mind and honestly just um the Saints could be an option but I personally I'm a big believer Spencer rler yeah because because of Rattler being there I don't know if that's if that would be a the best destination for DTR on his side of things but uh because I mean again I'm a big believer in ratler but I do think just as a from a general manager standpoint you would be stupid not to at least call the Browns see what he's worth even the Philadelphia Eagles right you have Jaylen Herz yes yeah yep you have Jaylen Herz we all know what he's capable of but you have Kenny picket and tan Tan mcke in that quarterback room Tanner mcke has looked better than picket right you traded for pick this offseason call the Browns about DTR I I don't care what team it is call the Browns because I mean like like I said earlier this is this kind of player is hardly ever available for trade so I think all teams should do at least their due diligence and reach out see what the Browns are kind of looking for and I I agree with what Dylan was saying as well for this week this will probably be where you see DTR a lot in the Browns preseason game I don't know if the Browns are planning to play any of their starters like DeShawn because it's the last preseason game and get ready for regular season if so after that it's probably just going to mainly end up being the DTR show even with you know some of the starting wide receivers second string nothing I mean yes you'll see him with third stringers but I feel like you're also going to see him more with a starting that way it's like it doesn't diminish his trade value being like I mean he's throwing to a bunch of guys that won't have a job the next day like Jerry Judy who's on the starting you know yeah see what he can do with with starting NFL caliber Talent around him is going to be much more telling of where he is as a player especially against maybe some starting defensive players compared to DTR with surrounded by the backups the guy who will be at Walmart in like the next season this may Dante needs to be stopped also because just because I saw it in the comments um yes Tony is unfortunately wearing the Dion uh shaders those are the Dion glasses get the camera on this man listen come on now yes they're the Dion Shades but they're great Shades all right I'm trying to do my do my due diligence all right that is actually a good question by torque um would you rather henen hooker or Tony I'm G start off with the U on that one because that is a good question I I I think I'd rather DTR I mean just because I've seen what he could do on the pro level so far uh hidden hooker I still need to see a little bit more that's that it's just as simple as that yeah kind of going off of what I mean the tough thing with hooker again like like Tony just said we haven't seen what he can do at this level and so we're really just going off of college tape primarily his last season at Tennessee where under Josh hoel he was really just airing it out had Jaylen Hyatt all those other guys to to throw it to and that incredible incredible offense for Tennessee I would rather have henden hooker because of his abilities as as a passer um again like I I think here DTR is someone who possesses great upside right but hooker has I believe he can put touch on the ball right I think he knows when to take gas off um DTR at least out of college especially um and when we saw him play in his limited snaps with the Browns um during regular season action that he could kind of struggle to take a little bit off the gas put a little touch um rather than you know what he did was he just W like one speed letting the football out of his hand no matter where it was on the field I think Kendon hooker is much more refined as a passer at this point um I'm not saying that DTR can't get there but I do think at this current moment if a healthy henen hooker and a healthy DTR had a start for my team today I would choose henen hooker yeah that's the if he is if he were 100% fully healthy yes I would go with hen hooker the problem is we've just seen more of a sample size of DTR collegewise though you ask me like if they were both in this draft class class same College coming out you know we had to redo the draft and you're asking me which one I would take then yes it would absolutely be H and hooker I just that is that is a good question though torque I just think this bro you just gota just be you bro I just I just think as of now from what we've seen of The Limited you know everything limited that we've seen of these two the health of these these two I just think you got to go DTR now if you to throw in Joe Milton takeing Joe Milton over both of them just saying anyway taking taking hooker backup over the NFL Smiley Joe I don't know what his nickname is but that dude is always smiling and yeah he's got he's got an armed talent that neither of those other two guys dude just because he's in just because he's in the chat I'm quote fishing football on this one dude got a nuclear missile it's hard to control that thing yep that is facts let's get on now from our DTR predictions to our AFC East team record predictions um we're going to be starting with Dante I don't know which team we got here um you throw up a team all right we're starting with the Buffalo Bills yeah right here K myself I got him finishing second in the division N9 and eight all of us having all of us have them finishing either second or third which is really interesting no one had us finishing had the bills finishing as the top team in that division automatically earning a playoff spot Don is the highest on the bills with 10 and seven while Dante and Hayden have the bills going seven and 10 um I'll jump into my my stuff for the bills right here um yeah so N9 and eight their weapons I I mean you look at you look at who they have surrounding Josh Allen on offense and it's it's not what Allen's used to these last few years drafted Keon Coleman um which is going to be a big boost to him but maybe not compared to having Stefon digs in town right this is going to be Josh Allen's first year in many years I think since 2019 without Stefon Diggs how is he going to respond right because before Stefon Diggs came into town Josh Allen was a fringe bust right and then once he got a Bonafide star at wide receiver Josh Allen blossomed into an MVP candidate and being regarded as one of the best quarterbacks in the league can Keon Coleman the Florida state product you know replace that production that Stefon Diggs had even if it's you know still like 900 or a thousand yards in his rookie year I think that'd be pretty impressive but I just I don't know if that's going to be the case considering his other weapons the other starting wide receivers are Curtis Samuel and K Shakir it's going to be easier to hone in on Keon Coleman even with a guy like Dalton kingcade um out there at tight end and James Cook in the backfield this offensive line is it's all right which kind of worries me too for the running game still uh I don't I don't know man like buffalo buffalo seems like they'll be a solid team but they I struggle with a secondary they lost so many pieces they lost travius white they lost their safety tanm and Jordan puyer and Micah Hyde and they replace him with rul Douglas who they traded for mid-season he had four interceptions in nine games with Buffalo so he was productive right I think that he could be a solid addition and then they add Taylor rap and Cole Bishop rap from the Rams and Bishop in the draft I don't know if they're going to be able to maintain that like that quality that Buffalo had for so long the secondary they were able to rely on on white Hyde and puyer for for the entirety really of Josh Allen's career and now suddenly they're gone Matt Milano is hurt with long-term injury that is a massive loss for them uh Dante just shed a thug tier backstage I'm just that it's a massive loss and and not to mention right they lose their Center Mitch Morris who is really solid for them and Tyrell Dodson and Leonard Floyd on the defensive side of the ball so I I like some of the addition they made right but I think that they lost more than they gained and I'm really just interested you know to see how does Josh Allen fa without his star Receiver right he's fixed his mechanics since his first two years in the pros that's there's no doubt about that but the last time he didn't have Stefon Diggs the passing game was bottom 10 in the league and they were top 10 in rushing the problem now is I don't know if they'll be able if they would be able to replicate that rushing that rushing Rank and they also finished 10 and six that year due to an elite defense which in my opinion they no longer have right the defense isn't quite there it's gonna come down to is Josh Allen really still legit or was he really just relying on Stefon Diggs and is Keon Coleman that guy because if he can be that guy that Stefon Diggs type player for Josh Allen this team can probably finish around 10 wins again if he's not quite there yet and if Josh Allen really did rely on having a number one wide receiv receiver that much I I see I see the bills struggling to to catch up to keep Pace with the dolphins this year spoiler letter I I listen I agree with everything you're saying but I think the rushing game will be fine with James Cook and Josh Allen it's the very much unknown with the receivers of because you lost Stefon Diggs you don't have your anchor there you don't have the guy who had even brought the Swagger and the leadership in the locker room that he had there like he used to we just we don't know which what version of Josh Allen we're going to get this year as well like you he has to refigure out how he's going to get the ball up and down the field um you know a sneaky guy who could possibly break out again this year is going to be Chase Claypool I know that sounds wild to say but oh the top three wide receiver yeah yeah listen you know what he's done the last three years he hasn't had much production I think maybe like 50 yards the last three seasons yeah it's not been pretty with he has an opportunity to show up and show out just like Keon Coleman does just like Khalil Shakir so all those guys can show up they they can all they can do something drastic like they they could be there but there's some very big powerhouses on the top two of this Division I that's what I'm saying yeah um I I think you know KH brought up a really good point with when Josh Allen didn't have Stefon Diggs he was a it was bottom 10 passing offense and they had that Elite defense you don't have that because again like K mentioned You've Lost Your both of your safety in free agency so right now your starting safeties are Taylor rap andar Hamlin I'm just going to go through the free safety room alone Demar Hamlin right now is injured Cole Bishop right now is injured Mike Edwards right now is injured leaving Terrell bergus um we look at what is what's Von Miller gonna look like especially after coming off of injury and that major contract that he had because that's where you know a lot of money was also chewed up um the offensive line there there's been some been some uh changes to it as K mentioned pretty much they still got their anchor left tackle and Deon Dawkins they almost lost him which would have been a huge blow but none of none of these are as bad as a blow as losing Stefon Diggs who was Josh Allen's number one wide receiver was the most reliable Target and was despite what people want to say was the reason why Buffalo was winning games because as good as Josh Allen is he can just as easily lose you the game with an interception or a fumble because he is also the main running game yes it will take two people to bring down Dosh Allen he is a talented and gifted Runner and just a big dude in general so it's hard to bring him down but it's not impossible as we've seen so many times again as how he's led the league in interceptions before how he's always top five in turnovers before or not before but like always top FES in turnovers every year he is a highrisk high reward uh type of quarterback because he he could just as easily lose you a game as he can win you a game uh Keon Coleman you're asking a lot for your rookie quarterback right now or not rookie quarterback sorry rookie wide receiver we've seen you know some problems I know we had that one drop in the end zone um the last preseason game which you know that's stuff that's going to happen he's a rookie you know let let the kid live but you know Curtis Samuel right now week to week khil Shakur um he's healthy you've got as we mentioned Chase Claypool Mack Hollins which he had a somewhat okay year at Atlanta uh Justin shorter he hasn't really done much mvs I think he said he's probably like retiring something along the lines I know he's injured right now but yeah he has really made an impact in Camp so yeah he hasn't made an impact in camp at all um I it's I will go ahead and say for Fantasy Dalton King Kade is going to be Josh Allen's best friend right now so that would be a good pickup in fantasy but it's it's gonna have to rely on Dalton King Kade and Kon Coleman and you're just asking too much for your rookie right now um and again that defense is that defense is probably going to be a bottom 10 defense this year I just I hate to say it but looking at everything that they've lost he they're probably going to end up being a bottom 10 defense and it just it really just depends on if you're going to use James James Cook and Ray Davis in the Run game a lot more than you have been because Josh Allen you just can't afford to have Josh Allen be your leading rusher you can't you just can't afford that especially with Miami who again like C said spoiler alert I don't know if you can do this with Miami but Miami always finds a way to kind of Choke away this division to Buffalo who knows what the Jets are going to look like they kind of coin flip this is just this might be one of the worst divisions in football I'm gonna go ahead and say right now yeah RP Matt Milano he will be missed I mean that's probably yeah that's that's definitely the biggest loss on this defense F remembers I remember P Farm yeah this this this Buffalo team is going to look a lot different holistically and know that a lot of us have have them with a winning record here but if you have to bet on any record 9 and8 that ECG record if you're gonna put money on it that's the one right there um that's you know pretty much the average of all of our records for the Buffalo Bills we have them finishing in third in the division we're going to move on to our next team here I will say I do find it funny that um what's his face Buffalo is 10 and seven for Dawn and still number three I just I think that's kind of interesting yeah well we're gonna go on to the Miami Dolphins here and we all like them a lot with you know four of us having them finish first place in the division Donna and Tony with them in second Miami is kind of in hm this this weird spot where they had a lot of a lot of roster turnover right they added a lot of guys they lost a lot of key contributors but their core on offense Remains the Same and you know McDaniel is reloading certain positions right he you saw that he reinforced running back with Raheem moer getting up there right how long does he have as a productive running back does he have much left in the tank right because you know you have hn who was incredible when he played one of the most efficient Seasons from a running back not just rookie running back hot take let's hear it if Devon aain didn't get injured we'd be talking about him a lot more than we we than we would be talking about Bean just saying 100% 100% before injury dude was better than bejan yep argue with a [ __ ] wall ah hot take again before the injury he was a top five running back in the NFL that I mean look that scheme got the most of his talents lot of that outside Zone and and slashing that way because he's so fast I mean we know that this offense is predicated on speed with Tyreek Hill Jaylen wle you know Raheem moster Devon Anan and they added Jaylen Wright who's got another 4340 they added Malik Washington and they resigned Braxton baros at wide receiver this offense is predicated on on Tua being accurate getting the ball into the hands of his Playmakers quickly and H making things happen deep down field and quickly after the catch right right around the line of scrimmage so Tua is a perfect quarterback for that this team is in my opinion like I know I have them winning the division here this this team is is on defense really going to be kind of where I I don't know how good they're going to be on that side the ball right they lose Christian Wilkins who was the anchor of that defense very productive defensive lineman had over 100 tackles over the last two years and what was that I said avj Andrew van GLE oh yes and and Andrew van GLE was a very underrated piece um rushing off the edge right they retain Zack sealer which is going to be key because they need some continuity on the defensive line Emanuel ogba is back they drafted chop Robinson in the draft to go with Jaylen Phillips and they even signed k Campbell from Atlanta so in my opinion like the pass rush should still be there the problem is the run defense because Christian Wilkins that's that was his thing right he could rush the passer rush the passer my goodness but it was in run defense where he was a force he was wrecking havoc in defensive back fields and they also lose linebacker Jerome Baker they don't return retain him and even on the back end of their defense right in the secondary you lose guys like zaven Howard and then a pair of Texas Longhorns and Brandon Jones and DeShaun Elliott at safety right you keep Javon Holland but losing three other key contributors in the back end of your defense is difficult to replace they bring in Kendall Fuller and Jordan puyer though who we just talked about and they also added Jordan Brooks former first round pick by Seattle in that linebacker which I think is an upgrade but the defensive additions in the secondary I don't believe are upgrades Kendall Fuller and Jordan puyer I'd rather have Howard Jones and Elliot compared to those two but this team I think is it's going to be it's going to be the same offensive show right they they had a record-breaking game against Denver when they played earlier this past season but the defense Ah that's where I get kind of tripped up because I think this team could be like a 13 maybe even a 14- win team but the problem for me is the secondary and the run defense I think they'll have trouble against some of the top teams in the league um they do play the Rams uh the you know they're in the same division as the the the bills and the Jets they play San Francisco they play at Houston uh I think that's where quite a few of their losses are going to come from but I will say I think that they're going to start off really hot I have them starting six and0 and last year let's not forget that McDaniel and the and the Dolphins started five- one so they started hot last year too but they did finish 11- six I think it's going to be a very similar trajectory this year I think they'll start off hot and then his teams kind of you know figure out how to attack him and how to keep up with that offense or even stop it I think towards the end of the season Miami will kind of Trail off again but I think they'll still win the division I I think Miami this year offensively is probably one of if not the most dangerous team on offense let's just start Tua he is he's still trying to prove that he is one of the best quter in the NFL just the accuracy has to be there but you have a dual headed backfield of Raheem moer and Devon hen you have Jaylen Wadd you have Tyreek Hill you have braxon baros and then you have a sneaky one and Odell Beckham Jr Odell Beckham Jr who's not healthy yet but once he gets healthy could help that offense so much uh and also a sneaky uh you got jonu Smith in there yep yeah like that offense is dangerous in different ways now the big thing like everybody else has said already their defense is very it's a big question mark because of the health of a lot of the big names like a Bradley chub um a Jaylen Ramsey and stuff like that we don't know what it's going to look like week one and we don't know what it's going to look like throughout the season can they get healthy can they stay healthy and be able to to stop teams down the line because they do have one of the tougher schedules in the NFL it all depends on health and if they can also put up numbers because a lot of the season they won't have the strongest defense they're gonna have to put up numbers they have to in order to in order to get through this the season like that's really what it is yeah so I I I think it was kind of already beat on the head about how explosive this offense could be the problem is and I know torque had mentioned it in the torque mentioned a couple things I do kind of want to bring up of don't forget about Odo Beckham Jr the problem is this o obj currently has an injury that he hasn't been able to practice yet and McDaniels has kind of kept it vague on what's going on with that so you I don't think he's gonna do much this season personally well still but like you look at it and it's kind of like Tyreek Hill jayen W which they're both dealing with injuries right now Tyreek Hill's got something going on with his thumb so you look at it and outside of those guys it gets pretty thin you know braxon baros he was he was pretty reliable so you can look at him but you know River I'm pretty yeah Craycraft okay I thought that was typo Malik Washington Anthony schwar so you know it gets a little kind of Bleak there um and Miami Miami's biggest problem last year was when their starting center went down against the Titans is that old line just crumbled they needed their starting center that was their whole you know focal point which is why I really thought they were gonna go Graham Barton in the draft they didn't which was a bit shocking but you know it is what it is but you look at you look at Tua yes he's had his issues you can hope that he can figure it out especially when you've got you know Tyreek Hill and Jane Wadd you got two amazing weapons there you look at your running back room I think we can argue Miami's got one of if not the best running back rooms in the NFL Raheem moer who literally LED in rushing touchdowns last year Devon achain and now you just added Jaylen Wright in as the third and torque again another uh comment that he mentioned his hot take that he has is Jaylen wght takes over the backfield at some point this year that be very possible Jaylen Wright is that good and we've seen it so far in pre-season um you know you just you gotta hope that that o line can stay healthy and it just doesn't have a collapse even after losing one player last year like they did but again another which probably like with what we said with the bills Gotta Give flowers or not Gotta Give flowers but got to keep the same energy there Miami might also have another bottom 10 defense because you've lost Christian Wilkins who was your best defensive player you've lost avj You've Lost Your defensive coordinator and Vic fio you're not gonna have Bradley chub for a while because Mike McDaniels didn't pull him after y'all got obliterated by the Ravens and then he tore his ACL and he was out you've lost xaven Howard so now you've got somebody else outside of or on the other side of Jaylen Ramsey who is also dealing with injuries and still coming back from that big injury that he had two years ago yeah new strong safety in Jordan puyer Javon Holland dude's amazing top 10 safety not worried about that Jordan Brooks new linebacker that you're bringing in to replace um Jerome Baker Jaylen Phillips dude looked good when he was playing so you gotta hope that he can take over for what you've lost with avj Clay is Campbell is no Christian Wilkins that that is just going to be a massive massive loss um you got to hope that chop Robinson which I think we've mentioned it multiple times I thought he was the best Edge in this draft class you got you gotta hope that he can come out of the gate swinging especially with it's just it's it's gonna be interesting again I think think AFC East is going to be one of the worst divisions in the NFL this year and I'm trying to find Miami right here so going into the buy and their by week week is week six I had them four and two beating Jacksonville they lose Buffalo they split against Buffalo they beat Seattle they beat Tennessee who knows what New England looks like man that that could honestly as weird as it say that could be a coin flip they come out of the bye lose to Indie they beat Arizona again they split with Buffalo Rams will be S uh sneaky good this year Las Vegas who knows what they look like um they beat New England or sorry yeah they beat New England Green Bay is a toss up I think they'll beat them the Jets they split against and then you got Houston sand Fran who knows what they'll look like by the end of the year and same with Cleveland so again I just I'm I'm interested to see where the 12 and five comes from but this this defense is just again I think it's going to be another bottom 10 defense and they're going to have to rely on their offense uh offensive starters to stay healthy and to just do nothing but score points almost every drive if you can put up 70 every game like you did against the Broncos then shoot we got no problem here yeah they they they also brought in sha Barrett this off season but he just retired a week ago or so so that's one less pass rusher that they have and they brought back um another person they brought back was Emanuel ogba who you know his best careers or his best days were in Miami but that was a couple years ago so it's just yeah yeah I know man and you you point out the health of the offensive line they had nine different players along the offensive line play over 390 snaps that's that's insane now they they lose Robert hunt who was signed to a massive deal by Carolina Conor Williams was just signed I think just a few weeks ago it took a while for him to come off the market he was their Center who was very crucial for them but and then once they lost him it just yeah it all fell apart now they do add uh Aaron Brewer Tennessee who should be solid for them but this offensive line their health and whatnot is going to directly I mean I think you apply this to any team but especially Miami with the the how predicated this offense is on you know the rpos and the type of running game they like to employ right the offensive Line's performance and health directly correlates to wins and losses right I know you could say that about any team but Miami especially um especially with Austin Jackson on that right side the tackle for for Miami he was a former first round pick out of USC he has not lived up to that first round billing and remember two is Left-Handed that's his blind side right as important as the left tackle is for most quarterbacks that's the right tackle position for Miami he's the right tackle and he has not done a good job at protecting his franchise quarterback this offensive line you know it's a little revamped right they're hoping for more Health as well but if they can't get this offensive line unit figured out they are not going going to make a Deep Run in the playoffs they can have regular season success like they have the last few years both under McDaniel and Brian Flores but until they get it figured out they're not going to be a Super Bowl Contender yeah it just it's I don't know that defense needs some major fixing and you got to also wonder if because last year twoa did not run as much as we were used to so you got to imagine if he's going to stay in the pocket more try to become more of a true passer and then scr if he needs to but I mean again like you said they don't have the best right tackle which is in this case that's to as blinds side because like you said he's left-handed so that's gonna be the Blind Side also I would gonna be interesting I would love to see how many like Gadget plays they like try to like draw up because they want to see how how many ways they can get Tyreek Hill the ball Tyreek Hill hen Raheem moer all those speedsters even Jaylen Wadd they're gonna they're try to draw some plays yeah all those guys they're going to try to get them the ball one way or another doesn't matter if it sweeps like Slants any screen passes they're going to be getting the ball I could see Wildcat formations left and right like this Miami team is g to get creative to be able to get the ball down the field yeah yeah and it's it's one of those things like you know when you're playing NCAA 25 and you're running the triple option like they've got the talent to do that and for Miami the key for them to win is by having a very long methodical Drive which they've got the speed to do but they've also got the speed to make this you know quick like oh Tyreek Hill 75 yard bomb down the field all that stuff but it's like with the way this defense is and with all the fast offensive weapons you have just the offensive weapons in general not even talking about their speed you have the luxury of doing a very slow methodical drive and then if you need to go fast the 75 yard bomb down to like Tyreek Hill or jayen W whatever you can it just I don't know yeah and as they're they're searching for a wide receiver three you know I know Odell has been thrown out there but don't sleep on Malik Washington a sixth round pick out of Virginia he was he's 5'9 like 180 he's a small guy but he was one of the most productive wide receivers in all of college football last year racking up I believe it was 110 catches for over 1400 yards he is probably the answer over Brax and baros if Odell doesn't start the season healthy for why Brax and baros was pretty reliable when they needed him he was he he was but you you kind of know what you're getting in with him great return his his ceiling's kind of capped right Malik Washington could develop into a very reliable and sneaky good wide receiver three for this offense because if you're focusing so much on Tyreek and Wadd and that running game because you have a three-headed monster of 43 42 speed you know Tony you mentioned jonu Smith right watch out for J new Smith watch out for Malik Washington because Washington I don't know how he fell so far after four years at Northwestern he exploded onto the scene last year but this is a guy who could easily take that wide receiver three spot and people are gonna forget that Odell was signed by Miami don't forget Taj Washington Taj Washington I I like me some Taj Washington but Malik Washington's my Odell's already been of just signing just to live the Miami lifestyle yeah nasty work I wouldn't put it past him but n careful he G he gonna tweet at this now careful Lord have mercy it's nasty word we're gonna move on to our next team after Miami in the AFC East here let's see who going to be we have the New York Jets who we are all all over the place for this team we have them ranging anywhere from first to Third from 10 wins to or sorry from 12 wins to six now keep an eye on that ECG record but first we're GNA talk about where we have him because I think Tony I think Tony needs to start with this with you take it away because Tony You by far as the highest record out of any of us had a small little sampler of what Aaron Rogers sorry 43 seconds to be [Laughter] exact no but seriously let this be a lesson out there for you never let a woman tell you 43 seconds ain't enough that had New York Jets fans on life support all year oh my god oh but listen we only we literally didn't even get a chance to really see Aaron Rogers on the field his highlight was carrying the American flag across the football field um so we we haven't seen what could happen um they still have a lot of young players they actually did retool on the offensive line signing uh John Simpson Moses uh Morgan Moses and Tyron smell look it's they had holes you can laugh but they had holes at the offensive line and they no I was just laughing at this was the most generic like NPC John Smith I know very generic name I'm sorry no you're right though but they have all the all the pieces in place to actually go to the next like to become a Super Bowl Contender it's just they got to stay healthy that's the biggest thing like Aaron Rogers I I predicted on the positive side I think they could be a a like a a definite Super Bowl Contender but knowing how ACL I mean how Achilles injuries work you're going to be putting a little less pressure on one side where the wherever the Achilles injury was and you're going to put more pressure on the other side it's going to mess up his knee and there's a real chance that he can like tear an ACL or an MCL on the other knee just be prepared to watch out for that I don't care how much how much of whatever he's smoking he whatever he's doing it ain't gonna help him what's gonna help is having weapons like Bree Hall Garrett Wilson even Mike Williams on the offensive side of the ball and defensively potentially Dev not Devonte Smith Devonte Adams oh Devon oh yeah Devonte he could get traded mid-season all the Raider fans just hit dislike on this video sock yeah pretty much listen Raiders fans just know that that's probably going to happen this year he may not end up in New York but he may end up outside of Vegas like I have to be the person to say that like it just doesn't make sense ain't the only one don't worry but battling it out of the trenches right now hey oh my gosh no but they need to figure out Hassan reck's contract situation like Lord have mercy I hear about this so often and I just want him to figure it out or just leave like I I feel good for Eagles fans because they could just point at the Jets and be like like freaking yeah we can oh my God go I'm smoking that Hassan pack right now [Music] defensively defensively they're pretty good you got quinnon Williams on the line Germaine Johnson uh I actually still love CJ Mosley at the middle linebacker position top five linebacker top five linebacker period like I just think so positively of like Robert Salah and this team that I think they can go deep I this Jets team certainly in my opinion has the ability I think they have the jimmies and Joe's especially on the defensive side of the ball to any given week they can beat any team I just don't think they'll be able to do it consistently right like so I I kind of understand the such the wide range of of of record predictions we have here from six wins with Dante to 12 with UT Tony like I I understand it because even I'm kind of I have a lot of feelings about this team for me no pun intended here the Achilles heel of this team is going to be the offensive line right primarily the Interior right they they let go of Makai beckon their failed project at at tackle um he's now with the Eagles playing guard but you draft Olu fashanu to learn behind Tyron Smith right and you sign Mor you add Morgan Moses who is a really solid tackle in Baltimore right your tackles are set especially for the future you know once Tyron Smith inevitably either gets hurt or retires right ol Fan's right there to step in but the interior to me isn't my cup of tea Elijah Vera Tucker right a former first round pick he was really solid in his run blocking this past year but not great in pass Pro and then Joe titman who was there this past year and John Simpson who they added weren't great in their like last season either so the interior offensive line well they added different guys at least based off of last year's work they aren't great so a little worried about the interior of that offensive line but look if they can put it together right and protect Aaron roders and set up Bree Hall and brayan Allen and Israel AB banaka for a good season then you know the Jets will be cooking however right I just am not confident in that happening now on the flip side the defense in my opinion is going to be a top unit for this like again I know that the whole Kur fuffle with Hassan reic has gone down in a way that you know maybe some people didn't see playing out right if they had Hassan reck in here they would have one of the best pass rushes in the entire league with him Germaine Johnson Michael Clemens you know former Aggie he's very underrated after being a mid- round pick and then quinnon Williams on the interior with Javon kinlaw and Solomon Thomas both former 49ers they have dudes on that defensive line dudes and not to mention right they they have CJ Mosley still who is who's incredible that at linebacker you know he's defied you know defied father time and he has gone on to still put up Elite numbers on a defense that is itself collectively putting up Elite numbers and then of course the guy you see on the screen s Gardner in that loaded secondary with Chuck Clark who is incredible in Baltimore Tony Adams DJ Reid and Michael Carter II that defense is loaded I don't have any reason to believe that they won't be a top unit they there's little turnover on that side of the ball compared to last year like they They're bringing back the whole gang I like the proof is in the and last year they were Elite I have no reason to believe that this same defense with little turnover can't be and won't be elite again I do like on offense their addition of Mike Williams and brillan Allen so back up Bree Hall um well not Mike Williams just just brayan Allen and then Tyler Conlin is an underrated tight end right he's very solid and you know if Rogers stays healthy the offense you know they have the weapons but again it is all going to hinge on this offensive line and in my opinion I see them I see that interior struggling um and who knows if U fashanu right is thrust into some early action if Tyron Smith gets hurt Smith has had health problems the last few years so if if fashanu is inserted into the lineup earlier than he's ready for then that's one more guy you have to worry about on that offensive line I gave the Jets like a nine and eight because again they could they could beat any team in terms of talent especially with that defense but I think that offensive line is going to prevent them from being right a a a Super Bowl Contender and I don't know if they make the playoffs or not but this team is going to live and die by their offensive line 100% yeah um I mean that's pretty much exactly what I was going to mention as well you talk about Tyron Smith and Morgan Moses great additions in the offseason app that interior line is going to be a problem um even if Aaron Rogers stays healthy I mean dude is almost 40 years old common off in of Achilles you've got Bree Hall you've got brillan Allen to look at you know take some pressure off of him with the Run game you've got two really good running backs that's great Garrett Wilson really young up incoming wide receiver that's great Mike Williams it depends because the Dude is constantly injured as well when he's hot he's hot but when he's not he's injured and he's missing like six weeks and then after that you've got Xavier Gibson Malachi Corley Al Allan Lazard so I mean it's an all right running back room but you're basically banking off of Garrett Wilson which you know that makes sense you're also just off go ahead can can I can I just say something real quick I know I'm not this is not my show but well I mean it is but go ahead I I had I had to just mention this Devonte Adam coming to the Jets could he could make not only gar Wilson so much better but the talent that Malachi Corley has as far as a yak guy and Devonte is the same the things that he could teach him would be they'd be a trio to watch out for but that's that's all I had to say okay I'm go back on be immaculate mean Devonte Adams is one of the best know maybe Devon Adams will be traded to the Jets you know it's that's speculation that's just happen which would boost the wide receiver room and just the future of that wide receiver room with Garrett Wilson Malachi Corley like Dante just said would be Immaculate otherworldly they would put these in the history but I don't know I'm just rambling at this point um you know Tyler Conlin Jeremy ruer not the best not the worst for tight end rooms but it's it's mainly going to be the defense which has been their bread and butter it's what Robert Sal is known for it's going to be a top 10 top five unit yet again even without Hassan Ric um but yeah you look at Germaine Johnson Will McDonald Javon kinlaw who they just got Quinn and Williams um you know ontic if he actually shows him play um but you know you look at CJ Mosley and Quincy Williams CJ Mosley top five linebacker Quincy Williams I also own him as a top five linebacker some might not but either way these are two top 10 top five linebackers Chuck Clark amazing safety for the uh Ravens you got Amed Gardner DJ Reed you know Michael Carter there as the as the slot this is just it's going to be an amazing defense yet again it's going to be what keeps them in games if the um what's if the interior offensive line of the guards in the center if those don't struggle as much as we think they're going to then yes the Jets can absolutely get to that 12 and5 record that Tony has them as I just I don't see that happening I don't see as much as I hate to say it I don't see Mike Williams staying fully healthy again especially playing at MetLife everybody knows how cursed that field is I just scary and also for Hassan reic out there here you know you you look at that situation there's some good and bad to it let's just look at you know what Adam shefer said about newly acquired another newly acquired Ed rusher Matthew judon for Atlanta uh judon goes the Atlanta Falcons don't know me as a football player they know my history so I can't demand something that I haven't worked for talking about you know why Atlanta didn't automatically give him a new contract that is absolutely the player mentality that you should want you should not be expecting this however to hass's point he made it very clear to all to all 32 GMS howy Roseman when he was with the eagle and all 31 other GMS before he got traded that he was not going to play even in Philly the team that he loved the hometown team because he was from Temple without a new contract Philly said we're not going to give you the new contract he said fine for my for any of the 31 other teams out there I will play for you I need a new contract so the Jets very well knew that he was not going to play without the contract he made that very simple and they still didn't do that while I think cassan needs to do what Matthew judon did I can't entirely put full blame on him when he made it quite clear what his intentions were that's on Joe Douglas yeah I mean like you said he made it clear when he was with the Eagles still it it's not like this was a mystery or even a secret that the Eagles kept to themselves that oh Hassan only is going to play if he gets new contract like you said he made it clear as day and that's absolutely on the Jets even if I I appreciate the way judon went out went about his business but reck made himself 100% clear and the Jets still traded for him and still did not give him a contract offer he still hasn't shown up thinking about it who needs Assan you got Will McDonald do you see that man jump over that card nasty that was real life Spider-Man right there consider that all right let me see you jump over a car then Dante no I'm saying bro thex go ahead and jump over it voice in the sky appears once again keep my WRX out of is Buffalo was also n and8 so just remember Buffalo and jets are n and8 but the Jets are at second this is more I like to see and this is a team we all really agree on that you know whether it's five wins or two wins the Patriots are not going to be good and will finish in a very clear dead last in the AFC East um Sora you are the highest on them with at 5 and 12 I want to hear your thoughts first on the Patriots F it's fine um Patriots are just a very young Team new head coach obviously they don't have Bill bich so they've got okay um yeah basically Patriots are just a new team or young Team new head coach um you know you're looking at your new quarterback hopefully your future quarterback Joe Milton I'm kid Drake May um you know new wide receivers it's it's gonna be rough for them they're gonna have to get in their lumps and their bumps um especially after losing Matthew judon win wise I can't find New England and all the letters are all right win wise you know it's it's rough they their first four games Cincy Seattle the Jets San Fran I think that's a loss Miami I think they can split in that just because of it being Miami and their history with the Jets usually they do pretty well against the Jets and again who knows if it's going to be Aaron Rodgers by week four or by week eight or if it's gonna be a Tyrod Taylor or a Jordan Travis so you know who knows really what it's going to be like with that I think as a young team if can get to five wins I don't think that's really nothing much to scoff about even if they get to four wins or three wins I don't think that's really that much to scoff about you're just new coach new everything new team you're trading veteran players to build for the future and you know you're hoping that it can work out I mean again you got your franchise quarterback Joe Milton I see no problem here just saying start Joe Milton it'll be easier uh but yeah that's pretty much all I got just very young team but knowing the division that they play in I think they can sneak out some games that they probably shouldn't have won like again against Miami and they've got a good history of beating the Jets yeah Miami in New England is and buffalo yeah Tony what you got maybe okay I am the lowest on New England I just I don't I don't see it I see them having the number one pick in the draft for crying out loud really interesting I do a two two and five the only two wins I can see them having this year are sneaky Road wins and that the two wins I got I'm looking at what I predicted I have him winning against Tennessee and winning against Chicago that's it that's it this is the saddest year you got a new head coach no bellich patri it's oh it's a very that's something yeah that's that's am I looking like I told y the logo looks like Ellen degenerous oh my God didn't realize that was her is that really Ellen degenerous oh my God that enough deserves just two wins oh my God I mean I don't I also don't believe in Drake may like a lot of people do I think something is up with North Carolina quarterbacks like you had um Mitch trabis years ago getting drafted second overall and not amounting to crap and he was a project the entire time he was in the league I feel like Drake May is going to be a project the entire time he's in the league and the difference between Mitch and Drake at least Mitch had Wheels he could run out of the pocket Drake May he's gonna have to run for his life because there is going to be no offensive line in New England I just yeah yeah that that's what worries me to is that offensive line yeah like it's rookie quarterback or jacobe brassette and you have an offensive line where you know David Andrews is solid Mike onwenu is solid but vieran low City so Chuck wuma a COR four and then you drafted leaden Robinson out of Texas A&M in the fourth round it it's not an offensive line that's set up to support a rookie quarterback whether that's Drake May or Joe Milton right and then you look at the weapons around him Hunter Henry and Austin Hooper are both solid tight ends rre Stevenson is a solid running back too Antonio Gibson maybe a good as a backup but then at receiver it's also a lot of Youth you're not supporting a quarterback with Elite options jayen Javon Baker both of those guys are rookies kaan booty was a rookie last year um tawon thoron rookie last year Demario rager hasn't amounted to much you're pretty much your veteran is Kendrick Bourne yeah they're gonna have to rely on on the tit end you're gonna have to rely on Hunter Henry and Austin Hoover guys like that but yeah I mean we know jacobe Brett starting the season out we know let's be real the MVP of this entire season is going to be the Senior Bowl Legend Keon white himself yeah it's it's just this is not a good team this year no it's just it's it's too young and too inexperienced I'm I'm really with Tony on on all mean really both of y'all for for all of this I mean we're we're beating this team like as we're we're we're really just dogging on them a lot here I mean they are going to be bad I don't really see much hope for this team this year um the offense was already bottom 10 in nearly every single statistical category and bottom three in both yards and points and now they have a new OC rookie quarterbacks and virtually no multi-year veterans at wide receiver uh this is just a formula for yeah like Tony said a number one pick I mean it's going to be top five I can guarantee you that and I mean top three I think it I think it'll be top five but yeah oh yeah yeah I'm I'm with you there so th yeah this team's just not gonna be good and book it three and 14 for the ECG record prediction dead last in the AFC East if you couldn't figure that out I mean we're here to help but figure it out because New England is not good by any means read a book pick up a book learn some numbers berries so that's it for the AFC East boy and our predictions for that division we're going to be moving on now to the NFC South this one's going to be an interesting division to predict because they have had you know a lot of medoc y over the last few years I mean they've had I think multiple divisional winners with a losing record or 500 record um over the last like last decade or so so this it's it's not it hasn't been a great division historically and at least in my opinion it might stay that way um so we're gonna get into our first predictions for the NFC stth and we are going to be starting with the that is an AFC South team Indianapolis Colts um all right baby the AFC my bad my bad my badak have been made just gotta be you bro yes sir hey it happens and we're gonna start with the Tampa Bay buckers boy oh boy we have some we have some very different opinions here wow that is yeah uh Tony yes Tony you you take us away here five and 12 and dead last in the division let's let's hear it okay so my thought process behind like because I do predict every single game I do think hands down competition in the division this is the the most like competition within the division um I could see like having a better record it's just 5 and 12 is what I sat with I I could see Carolina being a better team this year uh and some other picks are gonna show exactly what I I think but Mayfield Baker Mayfield could be either he's going to have a an MVP caliber season or Tampa is going to suffer because his inconsistency year year in year out like he could be good I just I don't I don't know um especially like you got Mike Evans and Baker they're great um I just don't have the confidence in this team I really don't I I I can't say anything less like they are I don't I don't know man like this is this is the the one team I I genuinely don't have any clue about and I apologize I should have more notes on these guys but I just I I can't see it I can't see it this year um I'll go ahead and go since I have them at number one I don't think Baker Mayfield is going to have that problem of being inconsist of being inconsistent because because in the six years that Baker Mayfield has been in the league the dude has had eight coaches he had Hugh Jackson in 2018 Greg Williams is the interim in 2018 Freddy kitchens in 2019 Kevin stefansky in 20121 through or sorry in 2020 through 2021 Matt rule when he went to Carolina Steve wils in Carolina Shawn McVey when he literally had the playbook for three days came in and beat the Raiders torque I'm sorry I just had to throw that in there um and then Todd Bulls so for four NFL teams three of them in the past few years they dud just had eight different coaches I can't really put all that all the blame on him and you know dudes finally had some consistency and he looked good in Tampa yes there were some struggles that the man had but you gota you got to look at the the talent that he's got man Rashad white and Bucky Irving at running back that's an amazing one-w combo also shout out to Bucky Irving for going to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that's just fate right there Mike Evans the only player in the well not the only player but the yeah no the only player to have a thousand yards in each of his 10 seasons dude is all dude is a Hall of Famer just waiting to retire like dude's dude's going to be in the Hall of Fame and he's probably going to have another thousand yard receiving uh season just cuz that's what he does you got Chris Godwin you got newly drafted Jaylen McMillan in the third round tight end room Kate auton Payne Durham that's a great tight end room offensive line Tristan Wars to protect your left tackle after he just got that big paycheck beautiful Graham Barton a play for your Center beautiful Cody Mack is Your Right Guard it needs some work but you have had problems with your guards since Tom Brady and they're finally getting addressed the interior o line is actually getting undressed something that the Jets should have done but it's getting undressed it's young but it's better than what it was before so that o line is going to be good defense yes I agree there are some problems in defense but you just got back Jordan whad after he took off and played for the Jets for the one year and then came back you've got the number one safety Antoine Winfield Jr yes I said it number one safety in the league ECG overall perfect score perfect score it was beautiful it was perfect you know you're hoping you could see something from kija cany but you've got Vita as your nose tackle you got Yaya diab uh diabi which you didn't really see much last year but he's coming you know he's looking a bit better Levante David you kind of already know what's happening there that's just your that's your um staple at defense so yes defense is a bit worrisome but this is a good team this is a team that has you know has stability that they haven't had since Brady left which I know you know wasn't long time but even last year when people thought they were going to be one of the worst teams they made it to the divisionals in the playoffs and I mean they've got they've got a rough schedule in the beginning but they can kind of turn it around you know they start off with Washington that should be a win Detroit who knows what Detroit could look like like it could be a coin flip Denver Philly I think they could beat Philly I think they'll split with Atlanta New Orleans I think they're going to sweep spoil alert I don't think no is gonna be that good this year um leading up to their by- week is a bit tough because you got Casey and San FR but then after that Giants Carolina Vegas Chargers who know what they'll look like by this time of the year Dallas who know what they're going to look like by the time of the year and then they're going to close off with Carolina and New Orleans at home I just I I can't see the five and 12 yeah I I'm kind of with you there I mean part of it is like Baker Mayfield is going to be able to will you two games right he I know there's this meme of like the cycle of Baker Mayfield of everyone believes he's great then he does ter right like but Baker Mayfield can can will you to some wins and I think that the addition of bucky bucky Irving in the backfield I mean I could see him taking over for Rashad losing our minds when that draft Pi happened this like Bucky Irving going to them is a perfect fit because he's going to bring efficiency and pass catching ability to this offense that is going to take attention away from the stud receivers of Chris Godwin and Mike Evans but also it's going to leave room for jayen McMillan to cook as wide receiver three the problem with the offense this past year was that they were dead last in rushing yards and dead last in yards per carry at 3.4 yards per carry which is abysmal as a team so look Rashad white was the lead back really weird because Rashad white was not that bad right he he wasn't it's just like I think that adding um adding grah Barton out of out of Duke in the draft great great pick they needed that on the interior of their offensive line right adding Bucky Irving with Rashad white and even Shawn Tucker now you have three young running backs you can rely on and in my opinion Bucky Irving is the future of that back field and on the defensive side of the ball they were top 10 against the run right that defense was really solid the only problem was they were bottom three against the pass however they were they were Bend but don't break team on defense they allowed the ninth most yards but the seventh least points so this defense they they would allow the the opposition to move down the field but when it came to scoring points it was hard to come by against this Tampa Bay defense um I do think that they they do need to add some more beef to that defense especially uh they they need to have another another guy at linebacker at off ball linebacker with Levante David I mean he's getting up there you know how many years do you have left with him they thought Devon white was going to be the guy he was his first year but after that kind of trailed off and now he's in Philly um I do like the addition of Chris brazwell in the draft I think that as an edge rusher he is a perfect scheme fit for this team lining up along like alongside kijah cany and Joe Tron I think that those guys off the edge will provide some juice um and I like ta ke Smith in the secondary out of West Virginia um I I think that these are also out of Georgia well yes play West Virginia but then transfer he played at West Virginia interviewed him yeah yeah I I guess I kind of think of him as a West Virginia player but yes he did transfer and look this team they I could see them maybe getting like seven wins I think this team is going to be similar to the Jets but for different reasons I think this is a team who really could beat anyone I have them beating Philly right like I think this is a team who like they can contend with anyone as long as the defense holds up their into the bargain their offense you know it may not seem like it's this like fir works like every single Drive offense like Miami but if their defense keeps them in games their offense is generally going to be able to keep Pace um they just need an improved running game right Bucky Irving is there to do that to bring efficiency and like bring like really just a d dynamicism if that's even a word that you know Rashad White had but I think to a higher degree right the offense line needs to take a step forward especially the interior because we know that Tristan wors is one of the best in the biz so I think if they can fix that up the running game then this team is going to be really scary um for anyone who they play against they play against some some teams with offensive Firepower just aside from Philly they play Dallas they play Kansas City San Francisco they play the Chargers they play Atlanta twice a season they play Detroit I mean even Denver could be you know you don't know what you have in them so this is a team that it's a lot of a lot of question marks kind of up in the air right so with that though ECG you know we have them at 10 and seven number one in the division if you're putting money on it that's the one I know we had a little bit of a of a wide range there but 10 and seven is the ECG record prediction Tony out here trying to Tony out here trying to mess up the uh the gra the data over here being the all no I'm kidding next up we are going to move to not me our next team next up we're gonna talk about KH baby we're gonna be talking about the Atlanta Falcons here we have a little bit of know more a wider range again a five game difference betweeny will go first again by the way six game range Tony and Dante keep in mind this was done before Justin Simmons yes 100% and Matt on a lot like my my pics have ch I still will probably I still will keep them at here I am just letting it be known it it's just with the with the additions of um Justin Simmons and Matthew junan that's GNA change their they needed defense and that's exactly what they got I don't necessarily agree with my numbers anymore what what'll happen on social media we'll we'll update the records this is just things were already pre but go I also I feel like Raheem Morris coming in is going to do help big time also the most confusing thing for me is signing Kurt Cousins and then drafting Michael pinx Jr what do you want to do guys I don't know like homie looks amazing they both and the crazy thing is they both look great um I could see a lot of things happening like they have a they still have a lot of great players they still have guys like Kyle pittz Ray Ray McLoud uh Drake London bejon agular uh oh my gosh this team is still they could still be really good but it's the question of how will those new pieces spit in with a defense that had a lot of struggles last year uh don't get I love a guy like AJ Terrell on the defensive side Grady Jarrett uh but we just we this is the big question mark for me that's why I only put him third also just for reference every one of my picks is under 500 for this division man wow that's interesting I mean it's it's not out of character for this division especially in recent memory this division has been pretty poor holistically this has been one of the worst divisions yes uh that's why I felt safe saying that every team was going to be under 500 cuz well [Laughter] youin um yeah I mean I guess I'll go because I've got them at number two just one game behind um Tampa I don't know why I couldn't remember the team that we just talked about so yeah they got kurk cousins top 10 quarterback in free agency they were able to sign him to a long year and then they got a very young Michael penck Jr to back up just in case if something goes and dudes looked amazing in preseason I feel like if Kirk Cousins has goes down for whatever reason I don't think Atlanta fans are gonna have to worry much with Michael penck yes it was heads scratching at first but long run and just seeing this dude in practice and also preseason dudes looked amazing uh talented running back room with bejan Robinson Tyler alir the wide receiver room to me still needs a lot of work yes you have Darnell Mooney and Ray Ray but let's be real you've got Drake London and hopefully for once for once Kyle Pitts will actually be used correctly I am on my knees praying right now that that happens it's been oh so long I need it um all Line's pretty decent with Jack uh Jack with Jake Matthews and Matthew berson uh Chris Lindstrom you know it it it's pretty decent right tackle got some question marks defense though looks a lot better AJ Terrell is good but to me there are times where he could still be up and down you've got the best safety Duo and Justin Simmons and Jesse Bates I I was just about to say that yeah you know and now to help them out you've added you know some help on the line of Matthew judon um you know you've got Matthew judon Grady Jared like interior defensive line could still use some work it sucks that Brandon dorles is out that is very unfortunate because we were all big fans of him in the draft but I mean that secondary got a major boost just by having Justin Simmons and Jessie Bates I just still feel like defense and their depth at wide receiver is going to be what is what keeps them out of some of these games because you know who knows how Kyle pittz will be used hopefully correctly but even then you kind of look at Drake London and Kyle pittz kind of easy to take them out of the passing game you know what what's What's it gonna look like would be Jean and Tyler Al there's just some question marks this is still a very good team I think they can I got got them at 10 and seven they could just as easily get in at a fifth sixth or seventh seed I think they'll still be in a playoff team but I don't know I just I feel like bucks get one game over them to win the division just because they have more depth in certain areas that will get them a win yeah this this team I mean you you mentioned like the defense and to me that's that's the overall strength of this team uh Zack Harrison David animada Grady Jarrett Eddie Goldman kavia Street Lorenzo Carter Arnold ebi eie kti and of course Matt Jon all in that that front defensive line I mean it's just that's that's a lot of talent a lot of underrated players right and their main concern going into the draft season was was as was geeez Edge rusher everyone thought they were going to take uh Dallas Turner out of Alabama y they didn't obviously they shocked everyone taking Michael penck but they add Matt judon in the end and then they bolster that secondary with you know with the addition of Justin Simmons Mike Hughes also coming in with AJ Terell D Alfred Clark Phillips and Jessie Bates already there probably the best safety tandem in the league and I don't think it's particularly close um between Simmons and Bates and you know like like we talked about right the the quarterback situation Kurt Cousins and and Michael penck you have your quarterback of the future who arguably was already the most Pro ready quarterback in this class due to his accuracy and his vision of the field Michael penx was just like he was the best pure passer in in in the class and he's looked the part in preseason they're already sitting him for the last game of of the preseason because they they don't need to see anymore seen and and and Kurt Cousins right I mean we talked about a couple weeks ago he was playing at an MVP level before he got hurt in Minnesota right dude was on Pace to throw for over 5,000 yards and and oh my goodness I I cannot stress enough how good Kurt Cousins was before he got injured right and that was also without really a defense now that he has what could be one of the better defenses in the league Kurt Cousins is going to like I mean sure he doesn't have necessarily the same weapons around him but he's going to have suddenly he's not going to have to carry his team to wins week in and week out he can rely on a good defense now getting to what probably the best I was just gonna say this is probably the best defense kir cousins has ever had in his career undoubtedly Kirko chains is in the best situation that he can be in all right listen you're gonna wear that many chains on a plane you should be in Atlanta and guess what he ended up in Atlanta it's the best situation for him yeah I mean from his times in Washington and Minnesota I mean they didn't have have great defenses they had a couple solid players on the defensive side of the ball in his time there but they never had one cohesive unit who they could confidently say hey Kirk we have you a defense that can not only get you to the playoffs but maybe even make a run in the playoffs now looking at its offensive line Jake Matthews you know and Chris lindström are regarded as some of the better players of their positions but Matt berson and especially Caleb McGary at right tackle I mean they're underrated pieces this offensive line doesn't allow many sacks right they're their top half of the league each of the last few years with Arthur Smith in charge I know he's no longer there but this unit even if they don't have the big names they do play like a top five offensive line um week in and week out these last few years will they continue to do that now that there's a little bit of a scheme change right without Arthur Smith we'll see um Sor you mentioned the addition of Darnell money right and how it's you know not just Drake London maybe Kyle pittz actually gets used as a receiving threat rather than an inline tight end this look the the weapons there I agree they need to make another upgrade at wide receiver because Drake London is pretty niche in what he can do and so is Darnell Mooney now granted they compliment each other very well but I think you still need a a Do-it all wide receiver someone who can uh you know isn't just going to be like you know Drake London is a big guy you know he's primarily viewed as a as a Red Zone threat or a jump ball Target right not really a rack guy Darnell Mooney is your smaller Speedster right who's generally been used as a downfield threat right like just running past guys I want to see them get a receiver who can really do it all and you know I know that that's more of a a wishless thing than a projection but I I want to see him you know get another receiver before I really say that this is an elite group of weapons granted I think that they have a really good running back Duo and be Robson and Tyler alir and I'm hoping to see increased production not just in total numbers but efficiency primarily right bejon rushed for 4.6 yards per carry which isn't bad by any means granted especially he was splitting carries but especially in this offense you hope to see more last year right Tyler air also logged over 200 carries but he went from you know being the starter in averaging 4.9 yards per carry in 2022 to 2023 splitting with beon and averaging 3.7 yards per carry that's a whole yard less per touch like per carry that's 200 yards less right and even Cordo Patterson right he is in Pittsburgh now followed Arthur Smith you know I don't know why he was getting as many touches as he did especially after drafting beon in the first round but he went from a averaging 4.8 yards per carry to 3.6 so the efficiency of their running game decreased and you know Arthur Smith is gone so hopefully that changes right I want to see more efficiency from this running back room we know that beon can also be used in in the passing game um Tyler alier is probably a better Red Zone threat he's just a a denser guy and more of a downfield lower your shoulder Runner while bejan's more of the make you miss I'm gon plant my foot and get around you um so I I like that running back room right Kyle Pitts you still have to unlock him but we'll see if that happens I think that K Kirk has excellent weapons you know he doesn't have a Justin Jefferson but he still has excellent weapons and like Tony said holistically this is one of the best landing spots he could have ever asked for right even though they drafted Michael penx right your successor you have an elite defense right so the only thing I'm worried about this off like this team for is depth at defensive tackle aside from Grady Jarrett and at linebacker right I think they need another off ball linebacker um but aside from those two spots I think that this Atlanta team could be really really good I think that they could win a game or two in the playoffs though so it's a sneaky good team and I I can't I can't doubt Kirko let's just say that I also stand corrected it was not brayan dorles it or Braden dorles it was brillan tce that was out for the uh season with the injury both guys that we like that went to Atlanta um and also shout out to Kirk Cousins for the uh birthday practice playlist man had the divorce man had the divorce dad Rock and I Vib 100% yes yes that playist is crazy that I'm looking at that and I go I've listened to all those songs I have that on a play somewhere that I mean it was it's it's it's fun when you get some of that us or like the fan engagement on social media with stuff like that um I hope other teams follow suit because that I mean it brought it it brought some joy to my little heart being able to be like man Kirk you got good taste you know what I mean I say Kirk Cousins jam out to D Maria count me in Jersey in the cart right now stroking backstage put it put your money on nine and8 number two in the division but we are going to get moving on to the Carolina Panthers is our next team in the South um the Carolina Panthers you know entering year two with their quarterback Bryce young we don't like him too much we're not too high on him uh Hayden is he thinks they could pull out you know seven wins this year but the ECG verdict is dead last in the division at 4 and3 I however only have him getting a total of two wins along with Dante and Don so I'm going to spearhead this real quick um look first of all I will say I'm a big believer in Bryce young I think he's a great player I think he's talented he has it he has what it takes the problem is right what's around him now the offensive side it's not terrible at this point they draft JT Sanders to go with Tommy tremble and Ian Thomas at tight end they draft Jonathan Brooks right who you know I know he's coming off an injury but he looks you know he was regarded by many people as one of the top running backs in this draft class to go with chuba hubber and my Sanders in that backfield it's solid but not great at wide receiver you add Deontay Johnson and draft Xavier Legette out of South Carolina to go with Terrace Marshall and Jonathan Mingo so you have some guys at Wide Receiver right the offensive line they spent big money bringing in Damen Lewis Austin corbette and Robert hunt on the interior while keeping their tackles in iky aanu and Taylor moton this offensive line in my opinion could be really solid um the problem here is everything they lost on defense they lost so much Brian Burns right star Edge rusher who's now with the Giants but he in my opinion he's not even the the most important loss the most important loss is linebacker Frankie louu he is he was so productive for them this past year it is a massive loss he had the most tackles and second on the team in sacks and then you lose Von Bell who also had I believe over 60 tackles linebacker Kam gruer Hill who's hey from Hawaii but uh like you lose him he was very productive CJ Henderson out a corner you lose him yur gross Matos and Jeremy chin you lose both of them it's a lot of production that's lost on defense and while you still have Derek Brown you sign J Daven Clowny you still have sha Thompson you bring in Josey juwel you still have JC horn and Dante Jackson on the back end they did not replace their key departures on defense with notable Talent right I'm not saying I don't like the players they brought in but they are not in my opinion going to be productive enough to make up for what was lost now Derrick Brown a beast on the interior of that defensive line he had over a 100 tackles as a defensive tackle you don't see that very often but this defense just loses so much I don't know how like the offense might be okay this year but their defense is going to be abysmal this year like and another thing I just the statistics around this team are super weird they were dead last on offense in yards and second last for points but I mean they ran the 10th most plays right they was were not efficient and then on defense they allowed this third most points yet they were they allowed the fourth least amount of yards so they allowed a ton of points but barely any yards and they had the best passing defense in the league in terms of yardage you hardly ever see that from like the worst team in the league that they had the best passing defense and I'll tell you why it's because opposing teams didn't have to throw the ball against them they could just run the ball and you know count on turnovers and poor offensive play to get the ball in great field positioning which is why they scored so much like this team is losing too much on defense as much as I believe in Bryce young and a revamped offensive line I like some of their weapons this defense just loses so much that regression is bound to happen it's bound to happen so I I I really don't feel comfortable giving them more than maybe like four or five wins is like very generous in my opinion I see them only winning two um this so yeah I can I mean it's understandable even looking at this I was I was hard pressed not to join you on the two um my wins for Carolina is pretty much just going to a good chump chunk of them are coin flips of New Orleans and like Arizona and I think Atlanta will probably rest their starters at the end so I think they'll beat them so that's three wins um you know who knows what Arizona is going to look like who knows what the Raiders are going to look like by week three so that's kind of where I've got some of the wins there um yeah that defense is just gutted though and I know you mentioned JC horn but like can the dude stay healthy enough to actually you know yeah perform or perform anything but like do anything you know of have a healthy season you got jvon Clowney I mean that's a good pass rush but it's no Brian Burns this isn't Prime chavon Clowny with the Texans Derek Brown is going to have scoliosis by the end of the year the way he's going to have to carry that defense I mean it's just that's how it's going to be I mean offense you look at it Bryce Young I don't think that if they get two wins or five wins I don't know Hayden has at seven wins I ain't going that far but if they can get to that two if they can get to that two to five win you can't really put the blame on him because I guarantee you every win that Carolina gets it's because Bryce young had to carry that entire team on their back chubba hubard I mean as mentioned in the trivia not that bad of a running back pretty good solid running back then you know backing him up is Jonathan Brooks mil Sanders you got Adam theland as your reliable veteran um Deontay Johnson I just you don't know what he's gonna look like there I mean You' you've saw what he was like at Pittsburgh there were times where he was great and then there were other times where he just stared at his teammate fumbling the football and just kind of looked at there and went that's a damn shame and I mean that that was just that was Deontay Johnson right there just stared at the ball watched it watched the recovery happen didn't do anything thing um you know Jonathan Mingo Xavier Legette teris Marshall Jr these are still young guys that you gotta hope can build a rapport with Bryce young um it's a new coach they spent some money on the offensive line but they didn't addess it barely um during the draft so it just it's it's G to be interesting I think if they will their way to five wins it is just because of Derek carrying the defense and Bryce young having to carry the entire team I want to see this dude succeed dude is just unfortunately in a terrible terrible positioning on the team that he's on I'm sorry your owners have failed you yeah I mean I I'm gonna I think Dave caneles could definitely help out with Bryce young this year like developing his game and making him like a better a better quarterback in the in the long run because he did he helped out a lot with Baker Mayfield last year in Tampa Bay um but at having guys like uh chubba hubard and Jonathan Brooks there they're gonna I feel like they're gonna rely heavy on the Run game even though they do have guys like Deontay Johnson and Adam Thiel OG Adam thielen but I can see them at most getting five five wins this is still a very young team a very like we don't we genuinely don't know what's going to happen with this you got a guy like Robert Woods too on the on the offensive line but is it enough kind of help that they have their defense is like also a huge question mark um you got Jordan Fuller uh you got Dane Jackson those guys could help but they they did like KH said they lost way too much on the defensive side of the ball Frankie louu Jeremy chin those were not my God those are not guys those were major losses yeah so in the long run and of course Brian Burns oh God Brian Burns is uh I could see them like sad sad Spider-Man noises in Carolina yeah very much very much like Carolina's gonna be it's GNA be another year another down year that eventually they'll be back but it's it ain't this year guys yeah yeah but even after the year you had at five wins I that's improvement with the brand new head coach and so much young talent I can't Panther fans got got to be in this rebuild for the Long Haul because I think it's going to take a couple Seasons to reaccumulate defensive talent I think I they did a good job at you know giving giving Bryce young more to work with but that defensive side of the ball is just is so so thin that it it's going to be a tough season for them in my opinion but we have one more team in the NFC South and that is the New Orleans Saints and we have a lot of different opinions here Don has them and Don and Tony both have them going eight and nine and Hayden not too high on them at 4 and3 Tony what's up this New Orleans Saints this Saints team they have the capability of being really really good or really really bad and I feel like this all stands with Derek Carr and if he can become a productive quarterback in New Orleans not productive as in like stats-wise as in a leader of this team and getting the guys around him to play like just better football um Alvin CRA is still there oh my like you also got Crystal La um those are those are gonna help him out in the long run I just I have very big question marks with this team um especially es like just healthwise like Jawan Johnson is questionable at most uh he's often often hurt during the year um Alvin K can he stay healthy uh and also if Derek Carr doesn't play good football who's to say that Jake Hanner and Spencer Rattler aren't going to be well yeah there's Spencer Rattler aren't going to be ready there and the biggest weapon on this team has to continue to be that weapon and that's Tamm Hill the Swiss Army Knight of Mormon Co sorry um Tamm Hill is one of the best just in general like he can do everything that you ask him to do but offensively like they can do it as a defense how how long how much longer does Cam Jordan have Pete Warner's great Willie gay is great it's just there there's a little bit of inconsistency Tyron Matthew's getting up there in age I don't know how much more how many more years that he has on him this team has to do it now or they're not going to do it and they're going to rebuild next season period yeah I really don't know what I don't know what we're gonna get from from the Saints team I mean they conflict me a a lot because I feel like they have some good players but I mean you mentioned like the the quarterback play I mean the weapons around him especially the offensive line in my opinion is a cause for concern Trevor Penning hasn't really panned out Ryan ramche is on the physically unable to play list he's hurt so they drafted Tois fuaga who is a stud from Oregon State Lucas Patrick Eric McCoy Cesar Ruiz on the interior but I mean their their weapons aside from Al Alvin Kamar know Jamal Williams and Kendra Miller at running back I like them then tight end and wide receiver they don't have any like studs outside of Chris olve so you know Derek Carr hasn't been given much throughout his career um you know beside from Devonte Adams um in terms of weapons it's it's been a little a little tough at times and I don't like I like him as a guy but as a player I just I don't know what I'm going to get from him I believe in Spencer Rattler he could be the quarterback of the future of this team but he's not exactly set up well because it's not like if Spencer Rattler steps in maybe he can Elevate people around him that Derek Carr may not be able to do but he still has the same guys blocking for him the same guys to throw to the same guys to hand the ball off to and then on defense I feel like they have some solid pieces and Cam Jordan uh like Brian Brey and kayin Saunders they signed Chase young Demario Davis is still Elite they signed Willie gay they drafted Jaylen Ford out of Texas they drafted Kool-Aid mckinstry to pair with Marshon Latimore and Tyron Matthew and Debo's also really solid this this team though has such a brutal schedule yeah they play Dallas Philadelphia Atlanta twice Kansas City Tampa Bay twice they play Denver they play the Chargers they play Atlanta twice they play Cleveland and they play you know maybe not the division like not Atlanta and Tampa Bay twice they play each once and the rest of those teams all before a bye like Dallas Philly Atlanta Kansas City Tampa Denver Chargers like Atlanta Cleveland all before the bye and then after that they play the Rams the Giants commanders Green Bay Las Vegas Tampa Bay like it's a brutal schedule and I think that you know they'll be their defense will keep them in some of these games and maybe they'll be able to squeeze a couple out but I just I think they're gonna struggle on offense and with that schedule you you can't really win games with a below average offense so I I just don't know what to think with them because I I don't know what to expect from from Derek car and Company you know all right uh are youall able to hear me yeah yes you can hear you now okay I don't know what happened all audio on my headphones I I literally like when I typed in the chat I went death like EV all sound stopped working but it was still like picking up that noise was happening and all so I had to just quickly switch to different headphones and I want to make sure the mics I have no idea what happened straight up oh no it doesn't help that these are noise cancelling so I can't even hear myself talk right now um yeah for the Saints I just to keep it short and sweet I have I don't have a lot of faith in Dennis Allen and Derek carrr I think Alvin CRA and Chris alve is enough to kind of will you to some wins and I think Derek Carr is gonna have some good games but I mean obviously in the long term you know dude's 30 something years old so you're not worrying so much about longterm but kind of even short term I don't know how much Derek Carr really is going to be able to win you games especially when you have Atlanta and Tampa Bay in your division um you know you also have a rough schedule I mean you start off Carolina week one that's a win then you got to go to Dallas then you play Philly Atlanta KC Tampa Bay Denver the Chargers Carolina Atlanta and Cleveland and then you finally have your bi-week in week 12 I have them winning two games up to their by week in week 12 and then even after then it could be a flip who knows what the Rams are going to look like who knows what Vegas is going to look like but I got him beating the Rams I got him beating Giants I got him beating Washington they lose to Green Bay they beat the Raiders they lose to Tampa but even after then who knows what they're going to look like this could easily be the the two- win team and the potential number one pick I mean you just kind of look at I mean outside of Chris olve you don't have I mean Cedric Wilson Jun but we haven't seen much of him Rashid Shahed I mean he's good when he comes in but I don't know at Perry while we may like him dude is still young yeah um and you know I it's as ironic as it is to say kind of like how we talk about the Cowboys aren't really gonna win as long as J Jones is there you could say the same thing with the Saints about tasm Hill because they're always going to try to find a way to incorporate tesm Hill and yes he will get you some exciting plays he will get you conversions touchdowns he may eek out a win but the fascination with tesm Hill to use him in as these packages for majority of the game is a bit ridiculous your offensive line still needs some work I mean Eric McCoy is the only Center that you have listed right now Caesar Ruiz he needs work Trevor Penning young dude tiis fuaga I thought he was the best offensive lineman in the trp you will get no tiis Vaga slander from me but the dude is still a rookie and he's protecting Derek Carr's blinds side it's going to take work defense is defense is interesting you got the honey bger you got Marshon lore not a big fan of Koolaid mckinstry um Pete Werner I know he just got his contract extension you got Cameron Jordan shout out to the senior B fit Infamous fit but this is just this is somewhat of an empty team man this is I think this is uh Dennis Allen's last year and Derek Cars last year as well no matter what happens this season the Saints desperately next offseason need to figure out that salary cap situation if they're not going to be able to sign the players they want to sign unless they get well they have the worst salary cap in all of the National Football League and I think this is like the last two or three seasons they need to figure something out because they're not going to be able to play the players they want like that they they could have had Andre Pete back this year but they couldn't sign him because they didn't have the money for it no that dude sucks still listen it's still would have helped him I'm sorry I was not expecting the ghost in the in the shadows to say something after the ghost in the show yeah this this team is uh I mean that they're talented at different places but I mean with a brutal schedule and you know an un some uncertainty at offense maybe a lack of weapons too it's it's going to be tough I think for this team to overcome that that schedule that they have and put together a winning season but you know we do have them going seven and 10 as our ECG record finishing third in the division only ahead of the Carolina Panthers you know definitely have to hear Hayden as to his four- win total for them but uh it's not like I was that far off either that wraps up our NFC South though I need to hear leaves us one more division in today's episode and that is there boys we're at the home you guessed it the AFC South four more teams thank you for everyone who's still here with us man we really appreciate y'all and the tonight we are going to be starting off with the Indianapolis Colts this is an interesting one three of us with losing records but just barely Sora you have them all the way up at 12 and five and winning the division let's hear why you're so high on Indie I mean it's it's the same thing that I was talking about earlier with JJ McCarthy I truly think the injury as weird as it is to say the injury that happened to Anthony Richardson where he was having to be Sid led the entire season was a blessing in disguise dude is an athletic freak but he needed one more year in college to really learn and develop he got that and he was able to get that after having four uh NFL games under his belt as experience um I mean I think this dude could even be comeback Player of the Year like I and listen I have had my ups and downs Anthony Richardson is the Florida fan Lord knows that everybody knows that so it's not even like oh he went to Florida all that stuff I have my ups and downs with him um but I just I truly think getting those four games of experience in meaning in meaningful games and then having the rest of the year to learn under Shane stiking because there was no there was no coach uh changes it's the same Playbook so he was able to already work on what was worked on learn more and perfect needs to be perfected then you just kind of look at the running back room Jonathan Taylor when the dude is healthy the dude has been top five um Josh DS I know he's a bit questionable um recently just added Greg Ward who was also familiar with Shane Sten so there's some famili familiarity there uh Adon Mitchell he's been looking good in training camp was a rookie receiver that was brought in and then Michael Pitman Jr cons I guess I'm the only one that likes Michael Pitman Jr because everybody else likes to hate on that dude I don't think he's that bad I think Michael Pitman Jr gets a lot more hate than really what he deserves um you know you look at he's just not reading anything I just think he's the number two wide receiver in the league I think he's good but that's it yeah I don't think there's any slight to him I don't I just don't think he's taking that next level to be elite in my opinion okay I'm going great voice I mean I wouldn't I wouldn't I wouldn't say Elite either but I definitely say he can be wide receiver one on a couple of teams in indanapolis being one of them tight end rooms a bit interesting KY kylin kylin granson Mo Aly Cox I mean and the noise cancelling headphones that was loud AF and I'm deaf now um I don't even remember where I was at that discom all right tight end needs to be worked on there's some desire there you look at defense though with quiddy pay deest Buckner I mean this is this is a good defense Kenny Moore still on there Julian Blackman still on there this is just some good defense in a very weak conference the only question that's going to be is what are the Texans going to look like in this conference and how is AR going to look like and again I think the dude can end up being comeback player of the year I I truly think that experience or that injury was one of the best things to have happened to him where he can just take time off Perfect The Playbook the time that we thought he needed in college he got NFL experience and he got another year of knowledge without having to worry about playing an entire NFL season and having wear and tear on his body am I bing a lot on Anthony Richardson yes is that a risk I'm willing to take also yes F this team has definitely one of the best offensive lines in the league in my opinion Ryan Kelly and Quinton Nelson in the middle I mean like you can't get anything better um also Anthony Richardson coming back healthy could win a most um comeback Player of the Year with who was it Joe flacko won it last year if I'm correct or most improved like also with his veteran experience learn like learning from Joe Flo is going to help him in the oh my having that kind of knowledge of a Super Bowl winning quarterback behind you know knowing what he's gone through through the game like that's you can't measure that kind of knowledge like and also the defense it's pretty good it's pretty it's not it's not great um but there there are some holes there I will say um I agree with Sora on Michael Pim and I think everybody hates on him way too much Adon Mitchell That's My Boy Tony Adon Mitchell hookham horns uh I think he could be definitely one of the best receivers hopefully rookie receivers in the league um Al and this this this team I have him second only because of another team in the division looking really really good in my opinion this year and also [ __ ] Alex Pierce I'll never forgive you and revamped Alex I don't care yeah he's not worthy of he's not worthy of getting his name right he do the Colts conflict me even more than the Saints like there's a part of me that wants to say that this team could win the division right there's a part of me that thinks that they could win over 10 games to be close to where Sora has them right but the defense and more specifically the secondary and then Anthony Richardson Hold Me Back start with with that offense right again I agree with Tony one of the better offensive line units in the entire league Jonathan Taylor as we know very talented back and Trey Surman is a pretty solid backup who's also young although my personal favorite running back in that running back room is Evan Hull out of Northwestern he's going into his second year he was do it all back at Northwestern um multiple like he had a few games I believe where he had over like 200 rushing yards and over a 100 like receiving yards as well like he he's a pass catching back Hull is oh I wish he just got more opportunities right um obviously he won't unless Taylor something happens to him but Jonathan Taylor is one of the best running backs in the league they add ad Mitchell at wide receiver with Michael Pitman and I I think he's going to eat out there right like again I think Pitman is a good receiver not great I think ad Mitchell you know I I think he could transcend where Michael Pitman is right now um the question though is do they have someone who can bring that all together right enter Anthony Richardson who has all of the physical abilities that you could ask for right he has he has size he has speed and power and he also has you know a cannon of of an arm he can launch it like 80 yards downfield or whatever it is and the thing for me is just his accuracy at processing and decision-making that it's gonna take time to refine you don't just come by that I think he's a he's gonna be a good player I think he's gonna have a good year I don't think he's gonna have a great year though I think he could right like I know Sora you mentioned how you were really high on him and you think that he's gonna do a lot of the things he could do I'm just I guess I'm just on the flip side of that I think he still could do those things I think he could lead this team to 12 wins or whatever it is but listen it won't be the first time that it won't be the first time that I was hyped up on Anthony Richardson and that he's broken my heart all right I've got I've got the damn hoodie in the closet bro I've got the official AR-15 merch it won't it's not the first it probably won't be the last and and he's going to be a part of the running game too but I think that running game is and leaning on that offensive line and Jonathan Taylor is still gonna be the focal point of this offense I just think that the decision-making and accuracy of Anthony Richardson as he you know you mentioned Sor he's only had four NFL games under his belt he's going to need another season or two before you know I think he can college games as he had under his belt that's true like he he needs more game experience to really become a seasoned vet and become a more refined passer to really get the most out of his physical abilities right the raw talents all there but he needs to put it all together and it's going to take time um on defense as a whole statistically they were bottom 10 in terms of yardage and scoring I believe and they also could not get off the field they had the second most plays run against them this past year um and their secondary you know I really like Kenny Moore and Ronnie Harrison and Julian Blackman are solid but you know Jaylen Jones you know whoop former agie uh you know I know he was a five star coming out of high school but he wasn't great in college and I he might be in line for a starting role that that secondary just gives me like reason to worry um Samson neukum on the defensive line Torres Achilles he's going to be out for the entire year um though they have linebackers are pretty solid and Z Franklin had 179 total tackles this season and EJ speed racked up over 100 as well both of those guys could be I mean they were productive this past year I think that they could be again so again the secondary is my reason for concern on that defense because that defensive line you have quiddy pay latu latu they just drafted Grover Stewart DeForest Buckner who's again one of the better defense like interior defensive lineman in the league and one of my personal favorites another Northwestern man along with Evan Hull aduma Adare was a force at Northwestern and he's an athletic freak he ran one of the fastest 40s of any defensive lineman in recent memory and you know he's looked good in this preseason too right don't be surprised if he carves out a role on this um Indianapolis defensive line you know he's one of my personal favorites this defense is solid I think that they'll improve on being a bottom 10 in terms of yardage they just got to improve on third downs and then they gota the secondary has to get figured out because I am worried about what they're going to look like um again I think that the cap for this team could be 12 or 13 wins but between their defense uh like primarily the secondary Jonathan Taylor you know he's missed a few games each season over his career like is he going to stay healthy I don't know and then Anthony Richardson in my opinion not quite being there in terms of accuracy and reading defenses I mean I think this team is on the brink of being really successful in a really good team but I just don't think they're quite there yet this season so I have him going uh what was it like yeah eight and nine which they again they could have 12 wins but I just don't see it happening this year I I think a lot of it's just gonna and this is the last thing that we'll add about the Colts and we'll move on I think a lot of it is just going to come down to Shane siken and what all he's gonna be able to do I mean we've seen him do it in the past it's just it's got to be if history can repeat itself yeah he he makes it work with his quarterbacks uh We've we've seen that in the past we've seen it in Philly but you know it's a question of seen with Herz we've seen it with Herbert yeah for sure uh I'm a big big fan of his we'll see if he can work his magic again this year ECG record second in the division at nine and eight a winning record uh that's with the one you want to book so we're gonna move on now to our next team in the AFC South and we are going to be rocking with real quickly oh not me oh here we go AFC South we are going to be going with the Jacksonville Jaguars right here and we are not so high on them especially Dante the Jaguar the local Jaguars fan yes Tony and I hear the comments yeah this this one could spark a lot of debate um especially if we bring up a certain quarterback the ECG record is seven and 10 third in the division um I'll kick us off on this one since I'm a little lower on them have them going six and 11 uh they brought in Gabe Davis from Buffalo they brought in Brian Thomas Jr out of the draft they also signed Devan du who is a a solid receiver and even better Return Man from Baltimore and uh they draft kelen Robinson out of Texas as a rotational running back they signed Ron Darby and Darnell Savage you see the excitement level kind of going down there because just looking at their roster on on defense as they get the secondary it really worries me outside of Tyson Campbell um this defense uh I mean I like the linebackers and Devin Lloyd and Foye Alon uh the defensive line Trayvon Walker maybe he takes another step up Eric Armstead Josh Hines Allen I mean the defense is all right and then on the offensive side of the ball my primary knock on them was that they're extremely inefficient running the ball and then their passing game was middle of the pack in terms of efficiency as well they didn't do the most with what they were given and I'm I guess I'm I'm worried about this team in general because they have a tough schedule they play Houston twice Miami and buffalo on the road they play Green Bay Philadelphia Detroit the Jets Indianapolis twice and we just talked about them and how they could be solid they also play Cleveland the they need to be more efficient on offense and then that secondary again worries me Ron Derby is is all right Antonio Johnson out of trash look he was trash when he was in Philadelphia Antonio Johnson pipe down boy's ass Antonio Johnson right you don't really know what you have in him he was a late round draft pick um you know you're you're hoping to see good things from him Andre Cisco and Darnell Savage I mean green May didn't keep him uh but Tyson Campbell had a sneaky good year last year despite having one of the worst passing defenses in the league in Jacksonville to me this isn't a six and 11 roster I think they're closer to an eight maybe even nine- win roster like they had last year but it's a six and 11 team with the schedule they have like they just they're gonna go through the ringer this year in terms of who they play and they're going to play some filthy passing offenses again that was their struggle this year was defending the the pass if they can't improve there which their roster tells me that gives me no indication that they will improve I just don't think that they're gonna have a good season I know that they were you know right around 500 last year but I I'm just sensing regression and heavy regression for this team um that you know sure they gave uh Trevor Lawrence more options on offense with Gabe Davis and Brian Thomas and Evan Ingram's coming off a career year right you sign Mitch Morris at Center you make good moves on offense but it's the defense that worries me and it they weren't efficient on offense to begin with so it's like even in the running game with Travis etn so I I really am worried about this team and you know they signed you know we've talked about this a lot they signed uh Trevor Lawrence to a massive contract it's going to be even harder to build a good roster around him how are you going to invest in the defense if you have a you know a quarterback who's eating up that much cap space right you just highest paid quarterback yeah like a a fat contract right I mean we know Christian Kirk was on a big contract whether he deserves it or not right he got paid right you paid Gabe Davis to come in you've invested a lot of money in the offensive line right you signed Eric Armstead Foy luon I I just I don't like the Jaguars future outlook because they're going to have to either hit on a lot of free aen signings and draft picks on defense or they're gonna have to blow this up and move on from Trevor Lawrence in that gudy contract of his I'm just I'm not a fan of where the Jaguars are headed um even if I like some of the individual players like I like Brian Thomas Jr out of the draft I like Devon du and Christian Kirk and Evan Ingram it's just alog together given the fin cial situation Jacksonville is just not my cup of tea going forward I will I will say here's the go ahead never mind I I I will say the biggest question mark without a shadow of a doubt on this team is Trevor Lawrence worthy of a contract that big just based on based on what he he genuinely is the most average quarterback in the NFL if he was on any other like there's a few teams that I can tell you for sure that he would be a backup no matter what but can he prove that he has earn that kind of money and can he bring this team to the promised land like the only other player that I really besides the the entire defensive line that I love the only other team only other player on the offensive side of the ball that I really love is Travis ATN but all the receivers and tight ends that they have were a second or third option on any on other teams in the NFL put together to try to put a good wide receiver unit together they all have good features but can they be can some of them be a number one I don't think Christian Kirk is a number one receiver in the National Football League I genuinely don't I don't think Evan Ingram now is the same tight end that he was a few years ago with the Giants Trevor Lawrence has to step over that line who whoa whoa let's slow the horses here I in this guy I don't know about that Evan Ingram has had his best years is Jacksonville Jaguar I I still don't think he's that guy I I in the Scout a lot of people have him outside of his top five but I feel like you can argue that but you could it's it's an arguable point and I agree I think the best signing they had this offseason was Eric Armstead from San Francisco on the defensive line he's going to be the best best thing they got going on um Josh H I'm not going to get used to saying this Josh Hines Allen um he's he is one of the best rushers in the league period happening right now I what do you mean I now my headphones are just glitching up I'm having all audio problems right now this dude talks to himself when I was so confused he do not how to use the mute button that well we're still teaching but listen the big thing is Trevor Lawrence can he do it in my opinion that's the that's the only reason I have n and eight because I'm so unsure that I couldn't there's no way of putting him 500 so I put him nine and eight you good over there bro am I good am I good to talk now am I going to talk now okay no I was asking if I'm going to talk now I muted myself um yeah I mean to listen this this cat's already been beaten dead by now um I mean let's just look at the the positives on the defense you got Josh Hines Allen right now um Devin Lloyd Eric Armstead that was a good addition but K you said it earlier you gotta be hoping with Trayvon Walker that he can take another step this dude had the greatest combine known to man and jumped up to be the number one draft pick I'm going tell you right now you would not have had all these problems if you drafted who you should have drafted in Kon cido dud that dude should have been the consensus number one draft pick how did you mess up that bad well I'll tell you what it because Shad Khan and friends they care about butts in seats they that's really what they care about you got the new going brother I know having CJ shroud coming off of that rookie season I don't think there's a sophomore slump here I at all Joe he can be I have these guys in my spoiler alert AFC Championship Game this year um I they offensively they like they came in the ey in the sky said no the eye in the sky said no um bringing in guys like Joe Mixon and Stefon Diggs to help out this offense when they already had guys like Nico Collins and tank Dell over there uh it just strengthens their offense that much more uh especially with the experience that Stefon digs has like adding that kind of of like Firepower to put under CJ strad it is is going to be incredible this year and their defense I still love I I love will Anderson um they still got they got some question marks but overall I think they are 100% one of the best teams in the NFL Point Bank Point Blank period and betting on are right you should try you should go with that ECG record always go with the ECG record as we say around here yeah I mean I can't complain I just mine is just basically off of the fact of there is you just got to wonder if CJ strad is gonna have the sophomore slump will I think he do I think he hold up brain is shutting down I don't think he's gonna have a sophomore slump but I don't know if he's going to come swinging out the gates exactly like how he did last year uh we bring up you know stacked wide receiver room Stefon Diggs Nico Collins tank Dell Robert Woods Noah brown john Mei Xavier Hutchinson there there's a seven guys right there um tight end room Dalton Schultz Kate Stover it's all on paper yes it should be a 14 and three team there are just some tough um what's face there are just some tough games in the schedule and again again I'm very high on Indie that's the only reason I don't have them at number one um I just real quick real quick real quick yeah go ahead I just want to say whenever a team drafts to for depth yeah you know that's nasty work did you just did you just Google Google image search that real quick or it on he's had it on oh yeah you have posted it on Twitter never mind yeah I've commented on those I don't know what I'm talking about um yeah whenever you draft for Depp your team's already nasty like they drafted their starters last year in a year before and now those guys have step up to the plate and the only one that needs to do work this year I'm telling y'all if he can stay healthy statistically could have been the best corner last year go look at his stats when he was in the games it yes he was absolutely incredible bro if he stays healthy Tony might be right they might find themselves in the AFC Championship might not be too far off I don't think it's the there that's you know this is their year but I just want to make that make that known when you draft for depth and not starters yeah that's nasty work and that is that is kind of the biggest question is the cornerback room because you've got Derek Stingley Jr who went healthy yes statistically is one of the best corners Kamari Lasser drafted him in the third this year you're kind of he's rookie you gotta see what he has to be done Desmond King kind of out of his prime up and down if Derrik Stingley goes down you got CJ Henderson he hasn't really proven a lot yet so my biggest question question mark is just going to be cornerback room and you know how well that wide receiver room is going to mesh because that that's a lot of people yeah so that's that's my only gripe it's a very small gripe though I mean again these guys can literally go 14 and three yeah there there's no denying the talent especially on that wide receiver wide receiver room uh Noah Brown Stefon digs mean you named them all my my biggest thing is not like the amount of Ms to feed but former Dallas Players the the sad I guess the cohesion that group had and then inserting a proven Diva which I don't think is necessarily a bad thing right I like personally I want my top receiver to want the ball to voice his concerns to give his input to the quarterback right it's good to have an ego but Stefon Diggs I I could just see that you know obviously I think he'll be productive but I could see that maybe souring not like the mood but like just the camaraderie that group has it could either really help or it may not go as planned um but again he there's no denying the talent that Stefon Diggs is and what he brings to this team Dalton Schultz played like an incredible tight end last year and then you have brevan Jordan and then add Cade Stover in the draft like come on you trade for Joe Mixon and have Damen Pierce now as number two that's really impressive and then and then you have then you bring in cam Acres on a like a a flyer and he's looking good in the pre-season I mean look the a running back Trio of Joe Mixon Damen Pearson cam Acres like I know that don't be fooled don't do it don't do it no I'm I'm telling you like I'm not saying that cam acres is a world breaker he doesn't need to be he's the third running back on this depth chart between Joe Mixon and Damen look really good I had to give him like he has and even it's you just chop it up to the preseason like he does not have to be a pro bowl player right like like Joe Mixon all he has to do is be solid this year okay like this this Rush this team when it came to running the ball wasn't great last year they were one of the worst in the entire league trading for him and even adding you know cam ACR on a pro it deal is is sending a clear message to the rest of the league that they plan on taking some of the we off of CJ Stroud's shoulders he's going into year two they like Deo Ryan recognizes that he can't put everything on his shoulders they've invested in the offensive line in previous years right Kenyan green their former first round pick out of Texas A&M back from injury right they're expecting him to slide slide right in at guard and start and contribute this offense is should be more balanced with the additions of Joe Mixon um and Stefon Diggs right I know yall have mentioned the sophomore slump for CJ strad I wouldn't say that like like he could have a sophomore slump compared to what everyone thinks he's going to do right like I think he's he's a very talented player and he could end up being a top 10 quarterback even after this year I just don't think he's gonna be a game breaker and be in the conversation of like oh he's already a top three quarterback in the league right like I don't think he's going to enter into that tier of of quarterbacks this year saying he can't in F in the future but I think that this year maybe he comes a little closer to being down to Earth but I still think he's gonna have a very good year especially with the weapons he has around him the defense I mean it's Deo Ryan's like you know being a former incredible linebacker I mean especially when he was an eagle I loved him he's he's invested a lot especially in that in that front seven I mean Will Anderson Jerry Hughes is still productive right he adds Derek Barnett and Mario Edwards and denil Hunter and then at linebacker you have Christian Harris ziz Al Shyer and Henry toot too who I mean you you add Al Shyer in new this year and uh the other two are both former Alabama products I do think that they could add more to the interior of that of that defense right I think they could still use another linebacker I think they need another D tackle or two um and then their secondary right Derek Stingley has the potential to be one of the top corners in this entire league uh Jeff UDA I wish he could just stay healthy um and Jaylen Petri I really like out at safety kayin Bullock and Kamari last year were both drafted and they still have Jimmy Ward out there so they have a lot of dudes I still think they need to add like either another corner or maybe even like an addition to that another safety so I think they're still a few pieces away on defense from really having a man this unit is like one of the best in the league type of moments right so I think that you know the offense on paper looks incredible the defense looks good maybe even great um but I just I do think that the secondary you know outside of Stingley is giving me a little bit of reason for concern um we I mean we saw that when they played the Browns and Joe flacko was you know working them right and look this this defense I think or not this defense this team as a whole I think they're a really good team right like I have them at 11 and six and I do understand like the the the reasoning for 14 wins I just don't think they're gonna be game Breakers yet this team is certainly on that trajectory right I just don't think they're quite in that tier of teams like uh like Kanas City San Fran Philly like I think they're just below them um they can absolutely compete with those teams maybe even beat them but I think holistically I think they they're still they're going to have some hiccups this year I think which is why I gave him 11 and six uh but look if they go 13 14 wins it would not Shock me one bit Yeah that's the Texans I mean 12 and five as a EC I mean I would definitely agree I would definitely agree take the ECG pick to the this no for sure I mean 12 and five that's pretty hard to argue against I mean I know that you know all a couple wins away but 12 and five I think that's very reliable I I think they're I know Sora you mentioned you're a little higher in Indie which is why you didn't have them at top of the division but I think you you can bank that they're gonna win the AFC South this year pretty much yeah and after the Texans we have our final team in the AFC South and that is the Tennessee Titans who we have not mentioned and we are all over the place with them Don and Tony have them at 5 and 12 while Dante is the highest on the Titans at 9 and8 the ECG record though seven- 10 with dead last in the division um let's let's rock with with I guess like Tony here I mean you have you and Don each have him at five and 12 um so let's he your reasoning for having Tennessee that low I mean the big thing for me is um the losing a guy like Derk Henry in your backfield he was a huge game changer is is they're gonna notice the effect big time this year um also I know a lot of people like will Levis I don't think he's um I don't think he's a good enough player to be a starting quarterback uh I think by the end of the season you'll see guys I think you'll see Malik Willis hot take Malik Willis will be the starting quarterback by the end of the season hey that is guy I'm just saying I I really I really could see that happening this year um it it feels a little bit like a rebuild and also like the question mark of when is DeAndre Hopkins gonna get healthy um you have of course you got Tyler Boyd in there um it's just this they have a lot of question marks and with the strength of the top teams in this division they're going to be just left in the back of the pack and they're they're there's no chance that they win this division yeah I mean I'm not too high on them either um I have at six and 11 I will say like they do have some weapons surrounding will Levis who you know I'm not the highest on but I don't think he's going to get replaced by like uh Malik Willis type low um like I I think serviceable and I think that he certainly has you know the talent to develop into a a really good quarterback I just don't think he's there this year they they signed Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd and Tony Pard I mean they just went Bam Bam Bam here's a weapon for you and another one on top of tayum Burks and DeAndre Hopkins and Tai J Spears right I know they lost uh Derk Henry but they were not productive on the off offensive side of the football right by any means they were 17th and rushing yards right they were 25th in passing yards and 28th in total yards 27th in total points this offense just did not get it done no matter which way you look at it even though they had Derrick Henry um so they have a lot to make up for that they have a lot of steps they need to take to get to the point where their offense is really like a threat to a lot of teams Tony Pao though I'm not the highest on personally um he we saw him Thrive as the number two back um initially in his career in Dallas and then when he was given the lead role I know that he was in the top 10 right and earlier in first downs but he wasn't he wasn't the best in terms of like his his efficiency um didn't put up the most numbers I just don't see that really changing in Tennessee where they're still like putting in a lot of effort to try to turn around this offensive line right they drafted JC leam a year after drafting Peter scony in the first round right so it's it's clear that that's a priority and then in round two they address you know another big boy and vandre sweat but this time on the defensive side of the football to pair with Jeffrey Simmons um I know that his draft evaluations are all over the place because he was really productive at Texas especially in his final season but there's a lot of worry about his conditioning his you know his weight and how effective he'll be as a pass rusher obviously he's a big dude so he's going to be able to stuff some running Lanes but is he actually going to be able to get after the quarterback um they still have Harold Landry there and ardan key but linebacker is also a concern for me like Kenneth Murray was solid in LA but nothing special they bring him in and linebackers just a really big worry for me and then they did address the the secondary though bringing in chidobe aier quandre Diggs safety a very underrated get in my opinion and then they bring in leria Sneed from Kansas City I mean they just revamped this second and this solid passing defense statistically last year should get better but they have to get off the field they also struggled to limit the amount of plays that the offense ran against them and so I think that this defense will probably make a a jump from being solid to being good and respectable but it's really the offense for me despite all those added that added Talent especially a wide receiver and Ridley and Boyd I I just don't see it all all blending together and they have a tough tough tough schedule and they face a lot of potent passing passing games which is going to test that new secondary right they play Chicago which you know we don't know necessarily what to expect from them the Jets Green Bay Miami Indianapolis twice right like they play Buffalo Detroit the Chargers Houston and Jacksonville twice each they play Cincinnati and they just make me worri that they're not going to be able to keep up with this offense right can understand if someone sees the weapons that they added and you know you think you know oh well they will take a step forward on offense I believe in will Levis you know if that's like the opinion you hold then I totally respect that right because that's I think that's rational at the same time I just feel like you know in my opinion of will Levis and the offensive line and like the running game and even the age of dehop and trayon Burks really not panning out I just don't don't see this offense really keeping up with some of the teams they play against and the defense isn't good like they're not Elite to where they can make up for the deficiencies I think they'll have on offense yeah so with Tennessee I do agree the secondary got so much better as you mentioned chidobe quandre Amman also Jamal Adams that's an addition you didn't mention that one I'm going to touch on just it's just it's going to be interesting to see especially with quandre digs and Jamal Adams who you saw on Seattle they didn't get much of a tandem chance it's it's really just this is not to make a point this is the last dance for Jamal Adams I'm just I'm gonna be real with you here um Harold Landry is just another guy that's got to stay healthy Kenneth Murray good not great we got to see what he can do ardan key eh Jeff Simmons very good dandre sweat I don't I don't believe he's facing any legal trouble that he had that one incident but I don't know well I know he had that one incident leading up to the draft but I don't think that's leading to any not that I could see of so um but yeah so my screen just went dark the big question is going to be offense what is Will Levis GNA look like what is Tony per gonna look like we saw when he was the first when he was the lead running back on Dallas not the greatest Calvin Ridley is going to be interesting DeAndre Hopkins you don't know what he's going to look like um you know because he's being injured you don't know when he's going to be healthy Tyler Boyd it's familiar face uh tight end chig I'm not gonna say the full name um pretty underrated tight end young offensive lineman on the left side with Peter scony and Jas leam this is just a young team who is still trying to find their identity at quarterback you got a brand new coach this year um you know again left side very young Peter scony drafted 2023 draft Tyler or not Tyler Bard sorry JC leam drafted in this recent draft it's it's a lot of young guys I think the leria sne trade was great for that secondary uh Roger McCurry had some UPS Downs looking for another look hopefully looking for another big year from him quandre uh digs very veteran presence on that secondary you can you got to hope that Jamal Adams can come with the Resurgence ammani hooker he's pretty good I just I that defensive line still got some work to do but I think the dandre SW uh sweat Jeffrey Simmons uh Duo is going to be pretty good um again I just think the biggest question is going to end up being will Levis um and you know Tony Pard even too because how much really are you gonna be able to lean off of Tony Pard um I know we were all big on him being the number one running back in Dallas the second Zeke left we were like this is finally parer's time we've been saying that he was the better running back in Zeke's later career or when Zeke was in his career later on the Cowboys whether that's a Mike McCarthy thing or if that was a Tony po thing it it is it's unknown this is going to be an interesting year for the Titans you know if I could see their floor being the six wins that K and I have I could see their ceiling being the nine wins if Will Levis is that guy that people think he is absolutely nine wins absolutely nine wins if not I don't know I I can't get behind what you said of Malik Willis I think if anything it would be Mason Rudolph but you know yeah I no I'm saying like they'll go through Willis Rudolph and then Malik Willis maybe they trade for DTR right I mean I that's what I was saying at the beginning yeah like yeah I mean you I know you have will Levis here but it's like Beyond him you know what you have in Mason Rudolph you saw in Pittsburgh and Malik Willis has not like I mean he's he's gotten demoted like each year he's been with this team he's moved down the depth chart um why not take a chance on DTR right so that's kind of a I mean I don't think you should because I think that wellis Levis give him time and he'll get there but I yeah I just don't see this year being the year for Tennessee but ECG record seven and 10 dead last in the AFC South for the Tennessee Titans and that wraps up not just the AFC South predictions but all of our predictions for the night chat thank you guys so long
