THE TEENAGER IS NOW BEING CHARGED AS AN ADULT AND FACES LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT PAROLE. HIS NEXT HEARING IS ALSO SET FOR DECEMBER 4th. THAT WOULD BE RECKLESS DISREGARD OF A KNOWN RISK. THERE IS PRECEDENT. IN OXFORD, MICHIGAN, THE CRUMY PARENTS ARE CHARGED WITH MURDER. YOU ENGAGE IN CHILD CRUELTY AND IT LEADS TO A DEATH, I DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S AN OVERCHARGE. WE STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THE PROBABLE CAUSE AFFIDAVIT.
