St Kitts and Nevis Patriots vs Barbados Royals/ Low scoring game that went down to the wire

a blessed day to you all my sports to the bone people welcome back to the channel thank you all for tuning in all right so we're going to take a quick look at the CPL game that was played last night now the sen kits and Nevis Patriots once again getting defeated yes the Barbados Royals they left it till late but the West Indies Academy captain naimi young he was able to get them across the line with one ball to spear now it was a low scoring encounter but you know a couple of spinners turned out and the batsman you know they found it pretty difficult to deal with them so the sen kids Andis Patriots batted first and they scored 153 for8 yes 153 for8 now the weird thing about it the first three batsmen were removed without scoring the first three batsmen were removed without scoring and then when you had chefan raford in the middle who also didn't score you know it's still impressive that they were able to get up to 153 now the Barbados Royals they got to 157 for8 with one ball to spear so let me just walk you through this um butting card here for the sen kit Anis Patriots Evan l Zero from two balls Fletcher Zero from two balls Kyle MERS Zero from two balls so at one point they were three wickets down without even a run on the board yes three wickets down without a run on the board I can't remember if I seen anything like that my people um Mikel Louie and uh hanga they were the ones that came together and basically you know made sure that um the team didn't lose any further wicket until they got some runs on the board now hanga he recently arrived um to the CPL and straight into the team he went you understand he's 40 from 27 basically led the way 40 from 27 54s six strike rate of 148.16156210 50 um Sheen raford Zero from three balls uh Clarkson the man who came in with a reputation of being a power hitter he found it extremely difficult to get going he ended up getting 24 from 32 14 and six listen to this strike rate of 75 yes strike rate of 75 he found it really really tough um Mohamed MOS he scored 9 from 19 Ryan John he came in and he just went to work he got 29 from 14 44s and six strike rate of 207 he actually got run out by Clarkson um well his partner Clarkson in the in the in the back end there you understand Clarkson trying to get the strike I I don't know why when Ryan John was the one who was really hitting the ball vers prar was left not out on zero so so um this is how they lost the the the the wickets uh zero runs one Wicket um zero runs two wickets zero runs three wickets then it went all the way up to 82 for four then 84 for 5 84 for 6 104 um 104 for 7 153 for 8 you understand 153 for8 is what they got um the last delivery was a DOT ball so so you know that's how he stayed at 153 for8 now bowling for the Barbados Royals um TI sh he bowled four overs 16 runs two wickets and listen to this two maidens yes um duni he bow four overs 35 runs three wickets Jason oler 3.1 overs 29 runs um Navin old Hawk four overs 37 runs OED MCO 3.5 overs 23 runs two wickets now OED M he was unable to finish his fourth over so Jason H bowled that one ball OED M had to leave the field because of cramps in his hamstring hopefully it's nothing too serious Rakim caral um bowled one over for seven runs so 153 um the Barbados Royals they went into Chase and you know they actually got off to a slow start s kids Andis Patriots returning in the favor as it relates to getting out an opener without scoring Rakim carnal was bowled by Kyle mayor without scoring Quinton noaki found it difficult to get going 19 from 13 uh two fours and one six Kyle mes also took care of him um kadim main he took a liking to hanga got him for a couple of boundaries but he was eventually removed for 30 from 18 1 14 and 3 sixes R of 166 Shamar Brooks also found it tough 11 fours uh 11 runs from 15 runs one six you know I think it was hasaranga who got a six off and then hasaranga bowled him so he didn't last too long duni he was the man that stayed at the Wicket and made sure that you know things were ticking on he ended with 39 from 32 54s strike rate of 121 he was um removed by Sheen rord forward by via the run out route uh Jason holler made 17 from 12 n young he stayed at the Wicket he got 17 from seven two fours and one six strike rate of 242 to make sure that his team got across the line TI was run out for one um one Navin hak was left not out without scoring so 157 for eight um Naim young hitting the last ball um for six I think it was to bring up the victory so good job there by the youngster holding his nerve um as it relates to how the wickeds fell 0er for one um 25 for 2 53 for three 71 for 4 then from 71 for 4 they got all the way up to 120 for 5 126 for 6 146 for 6 151 for 8 and then they went all the way up to 157 to secure the victory now Kyle MERS bow three overs 17 runs two wickets um once again um you know even before before the ball was given to Ryan John who did who actually did well in the back in the in in the final over you know but I was thinking that Nakia would have bowled the 19 over and then calz bow the 28th over but you know um Andre Fletcher went for Ryan John as I said he didn't do too badly at all you know he got a wicket and um you know he didn't give away a lot of runs but you know know um yeah I I I figured that with the form that Cal MZ you know showed that not say that he would have defended what was it six or eight but you know um I would have given it to him anyway KY MZ three overs 17 runs two wickets Nakia four overs 20 um 32 runs one Wicket hasaranga four overs 33 runs one Wicket vers peral he was extremely economical four overs 16 runs one Wicket um Mohamed MOS 3 overs 36 runs Ryan John 1.5 overs 21 runs one Wicket so the Barbados Royals securing Victory there um getting across the line you know I tell you the West Indies T20 Captain um RAV man po I don't think I called his score when I was giving the the thing he made 19 from 19 with 1 16 and 14 I was thinking that you know he was going to stay there and um see the team across the line um yeah you know he was bowled by Nakia you know he survived the spin of aanga but um Naka and and and pral but Naka you know um got got rid of him actually rooted his legs stump so you know um luckily for the skip the youngster Naim young was able to hold his nerve and got the team across the line that is pretty much it for this one my peeps going to leave it right here for now you go
