chase is you know laid upon our our feet yeah I I guess I'm I'm still taking Hill and bean one overall depending on my strategy G Smitty do I take a running back do I take a wide receiver that's really up to you because you need to know your league if you go Tyreek Hill what are the odds you're getting kirn or Anan or Barkley or someone of substance in round two that really belongs in round number one Barkley's a round one running back anan's a round one running back uh uh obviously kirn's around one running back these are monsters if you can't get one of those RBS in your second overall drafted spot your second round spot your second drafted player can't be one of those guys maybe etn yeah I'm I'm fine with that but are you going to be more happy with the bejon or Bree hall or jir Gibbs or Kyon Williams and then Debo or even someone like Cooper cup maybe with Josh Allen I have so many people say many I don't know what to do at the the one pick when I get down to the two three turn I'm so confused and lost let me tell you something there's nothing wrong with drafting a bejon Robinson right here okay at the one two or three then at the 23 so we'll call This 1.2 then at the 2.11 and the 3.2 there's nothing wrong with going an early Cooper cup just make sure it's your it feels like your third drafted player you're drafting back-to-back book and pick so it doesn't matter I have nothing against this approach this absolute balanced approach where you get bejan cup and Allen I'm not saying don't take somebody else here if somebody Falls I'm certainly not telling you to take cup over Kiren or aan if I go beon and I miscalculate the wide receivers in this territory from here to here and Kiren is sitting there because people are asleep at the wheel in my league I'm playing with a lot of great grandmas or grandmas period Then Kiren is getting taken by me and and I have a quick pick here to go Cooper cup and then maybe we try and punt QB to ar5 or maybe we get lucky with one of the big three maybe we take Kyler Murray maybe we take Jordan love maybe we take one of the the big dogs we love here on the channel jd5 could be fantastic jd5 and Kyler together jd5 and Jordan love together jd5 might be a top five or six QB as a rookie so we can do this approach if bejan Kyon and hn all fall which I got in my great grandma League I just did Miss mid's League uh that I did uh let me let me pull up the the the draft and show you guys how I smashed this miss mid's work League it is an absolute gem this is one of the best teams I've ever assembled and I'm not like I'm not sitting here saying I don't realize that I drafted in a grand my league but here's the team uh Miss M's 10-man work League I took beon at 1.3 Kiron at 2.8 Devon H Chen at 3.3 Jaylen Herz at 4.8 Devonte Smith at 5.3 tank Dell's going to 6.8 on Yahoo rasid rice 7.3 I backed up everybody I got moster I got Wright I got korm I got jd5 I got Keon Coleman in the very last selection of the draft it was it was a remarkable day I felt like a a a hero I felt like a Victor I felt like I just won The Hunger Games I'm not going to lie everybody needs a grandma League or two in their life there's nothing wrong with it there's nothing wrong when I say oh that's a grandma League people go Smitty you just think you play in all these great leagues I say who said that I think that I never said once just because I make fun of your league being a grandma league did I once say I don't love playing in Grandma leagues too of of course I do so don't think this is impossible it depends on your player pool if you're drafting with grandmas you're in your work League Bob from accounting doesn't know anything he gets the fantasy magazines in the mail still and and Margaret from billing she just drafts all Packers she doesn't dra you don't know what you're dealing with I can't act like I'm talking to sharks all the time bejan Kiren and aan if that happens I just showed you what I would do I would take it and punt everything else all figure it out if I'm in a league so unaware of the these talents right here you know I'm getting a wide receiver value you have to understand that if you're in a league that lets you get Kiren and aan in the second and third round then I can promise you the wide receivers will fall you'll get Dell Devonte Smith maybe even Cooper Cup in that particular League now if you play in a bunch of shark leagues okay I get it you're in a shark League you got to decide and here's the topic at hand here's really what we're after today okay I'm trying to help you here 1 2 3 if you're drafting here you do have a dilemma you are the only one that knows if you go Jamar Chase is that going to screw you at running back in this second round are you looking at at least an etn what if you don't get an etn can you go wide receiver wide receiver Josh Allen Herz or momes and three come back and still somehow some way get a Jacobs or you steal away a a a group of of of good zero RB running backs later maybe but I think right now right now unless you can get a Kiron and Anan in the second and third round or at least one of them I'm feeling like beon or hall or someone of that nature the running back rules the world still in my mind I don't care what everybody else thinks I don't care about that best ball is ruining the running back running back theories out there I love that I love that people don't understand that running back running back is still the most important potential move or running back wide receiver or at least wide receiver running back running back in one of the first two rounds I is absolute Glory running back running back if deployed properly can absolutely annihilate your leagues if you're able to get the tank dels get someone like a a potential Devonte Smith get someone like a DK you get one of those anchors for your w receiver room and you swing big with Rashid rice worthy Coleman the rookie the rookie class is enormously helpful for a wide receiver room that is perceived to be light that you and I think we're smashing the hell out of so only you know what to do Jamar Chase with this hold out probably over but the risk the entered risk of potential hold out you don't only you know what you're getting away with in round two it all comes down to round two and pretty much round three whether you should go chase or beon whether you should go beon or chase whether you should go hall or chase I can't answer that for you I can only ask you questions qualifying questions to allow me to make the best decision possible I can tell you this bejon and Debo bejon and cup bejon and wide receiver feels better than Chase here or a wide receiver here and getting screwed at RB that's all I'm going to tell you I can't promise you that it'll work in your league you have to know your own league in order for this to work out it's a very very tough decision dare I say the toughest decision in Fantasy is whether to go wide receiver running back in round one because of the impact of round two and three it it is probably the only tough decision you'll have because everything else should work out and best player available should take care of you the rest of the way and that's why balance is nice when you can do it running back wide receiver or wide receiver running back because you get the balance that allows you and affords you the flexibility to not be pressured to positional drafting to draft the best player available draft a player not a position Chase being back at least helps us out at the top of a draft to say Hey you know injury risk is definitely injected into the situation but I very much still believe in Jamar chase at five overall would I take him one or two I wouldn't I I I would I take lamb over him yeah I probably would maybe I don't know in a week I might change my mind lamb is very much more likely as I said days and weeks ago more likely to hold out than Jamar chase at the end of the day even if otro sinko says he's not going to be back until he gets a contract clearly ooo was wrong the guy doesn't even know his own name the guy renamed himself ooo we going to trust him no that's why I've said don't trust him Jamar chase is on his fourth year not his fifth year option he's doing this a year early I understand he wants his money a a news report could break any second suggesting that uh uh that you know he gets a new deal like this return could signify that they're close to an agreement and we get an announcement soon or his return could signify
