AND SCOTT. IT'S BEEN AN AMAZING JOURNEY. TONIGHT IS REALLY THE START OF A TRIPLE HEADER FOR THE TWO SISTERS. THEY GOT TO ENJOY THE GAME HERE AT WINTRUST ARENA AS CHICAGO SKY TOOK ON THE WASHINGTON MYSTICS. AND THEY WILL ALSO GET TO ENJOY SUNDAY'S GAME. THAT IS ALL SPONSORED BY THE NONPROFIT THAT DEALS WITH YOUTH CALLED HEAVENLY SCENT. THEY PARTNERED WITH THE CHICAGO SKY TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN. NOW, AS FOR THIS HUGE GAME ON FRIDAY THAT WE'VE BEEN TALKING ABOUT TONIGHT, THE CHICAGO SKY STEPPED UP TO GIVE THESE SISTERS ALL ACCESS FOR THAT ENTIRE GAME. LEMONADE. I SELL LEMONADE ICE. WE FIRST INTRODUCED YOU TO JADE AND JOY LEE EARLIER THIS WEEK. TWO SISTERS, 12 AND 11 YEARS OLD. THEY HAD THE SUPPORT OF THEIR ENTIRE FAMILY. YOUNGER COUSINS TO COME AND GET YOUR LEMONADE. AUNTIES, THEIR MOM, CHICAGO FIREFIGHTERS AND EVEN FIRST RESPONDERS PULLED UP. WE WERE TAKING A PATIENT TO THE HOSPITAL. I'LL DO. I'LL DO $40. THE TWO ENTREPRENEURS PICKED A GOOD PLACE TO SET UP SHOP NEAR THEIR HOME ON 111TH AND PRINCETON. THANK YOU LADIES. THANK YOU. THEY WERE ON A MISSION SELLING LEMONADE ON WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE A SWELTERING WEEK, HOPING TO SQUEEZE OUT ENOUGH CASH TO SEE THE CHICAGO SKY IN ACTION FOR BARBIE NIGHT. WINTRUST ARENA WILL GO PINK FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN THEY TAKE ON INDIANA FEVER. WE WERE SELLING LEMONADE FOR SAINT JUDE AND WE RAISED A LOT OF MONEY, SO WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SMART AND GOOD TO RAISE MONEY TO GO TO THE GAME AS WELL. CHICAGO SKY GOT WIND OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND FOX 32 GOT IN ON THE BIG SURPRISE. I WOULD LOVE TO SUPPORT Y'ALL, BUT I AIN'T GOT NO MONEY. THAT'S THE END GAME HOST FOR THE CHICAGO SKY, SEAN REDWELL. I'M GONNA CALL SOMEBODY TO BRING ME SOME MONEY BECAUSE I WANT TO MAKE SURE Y'ALL GET TO THE GAME. WAS A DREAM OF MINE. TO GO TO SOME OF THE BIG EVENTS AS A KID, BUT SEEING THE SUPPORT NOW AS AN ADULT IS SUPER AMAZING. THANKS TO WE HAVE A GREAT TEAM HERE. THE SURPRISES KEPT COMING, VISIONS, TRANSPORTATION. TOOK THE GIRLS ON A VIP RIDE TO ONE OF THREE CHICAGO SKY GAMES. FROM LEMONADE TO LAYUPS. HARD WORK REALLY PAID OFF AND I ALWAYS TELL THEM, LIKE, WORKING HARD WILL PAY OFF. YOU KNOW? AND TODAY IT PAID OFF. THESE GIRLS DRIBBLED PAST FINANCIAL HURDLES, TURNING THEIR DREAM OF ATTENDING A BASKETBALL GAME INTO A SLAM DUNK. WHO SIGNED THAT? ANGEL REESE. YEAH. SO HERE'S THE MOST AMAZING PART ABOUT ALL OF THIS. THE MONEY THAT THESE YOUNG GIRLS RAISED, THEY DON'T HAVE TO USE IT TO BUY THE CHICAGO SKY TICKETS. THEY WERE ABLE TO RAISE $2,500. THAT'S IN THE THREE DAYS THAT THEY WERE OUT THERE ON 111TH AND PRINCETON, RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE ROSELAND COMMUNITY. AND THEN, OF COURSE, WE REPORTED ON A BUSINESSMAN STEPPING UP AND GIVING THESE GIRLS AN ADDITIONAL $2,000. SO IN TOTAL, THAT'S $4,500. THEIR MOM SAYS MAYBE THEY'LL USE IT ON A FAMILY VACATION. LIVE OUTSIDE OF WINTRUST ARENA TONIGHT. TIA EWING, FOX 32, CHICAGO. OKAY, TIA, YOU SAID THIS WASN'T THE FINAL BUZZER. SO WHERE ARE THE GIRLS NOW? TELL US WHAT HAPPENED INSIDE THE ARENA AND WHO DID THEY MEET? WERE YOU ABLE TO SEE THAT? OKAY, SO WE WEREN'T ABLE TO SEE THAT. BUT I'VE BEEN IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH THE MOM. THEY ARE STILL INSIDE WINTRUST ARENA RIGHT NOW. THEY'RE WAITING AS THE PLAYERS GET READY TO LEAVE, THEY'LL BE TAKING PICTURES. THEY'LL BE SAYING GOODBYE. AND OF COURSE, THEY'LL BE GETTING AUTOGRAPHS AS WELL. LET ME CHECK MY PHONE, BECAUSE I'VE BEEN TEXTING BACK AND FORTH WITH MOM TO SEE IF THERE'S ANY UPDATES. NO UPDATES OR PICTURES HAVE COME MY WAY YET.
