would never consider saying I'm having a bad day not feeling great today I would pretend like everything was perfect all the time there's also this stigma of like well if I say that I'm going to sound terrible and ungrateful and like I'm not humble and I I'm not appreciating all these beautiful gifts that I've been given for so long I always was and I am so thankful for this life that I get to live I went on my best friend's new podcast he told me he goes I want to end each episode just simply asking scale 1 to 10 where you today normally programmed to say anywhere between 800 and 10 but I actually was sad that day you know what if I'm being completely honest with you I'm a three today it's the truth and I spent so much time not telling the truth I think it's about time to just be honest I can be a 910 tomorrow but today I'm a three and that's okay [Music]
