for this game between the Buffalo Bulls and the Tigers of Missouri and we're set to bring you another great matchup in the world of NCAA football and here Here Come the Tigers the Tigers come out like they're just going to roll over this team what do you think about that Herby Missouri has so many weapons offensively but it all starts with their outstanding quarterback now against this defense I look for him to have no problem spreading the ball around this could be a career day nice pick I'm picking the Missouri Tigers Missouri lines up the k this one off and we're just about set to get underway short kickoff number 22 takes it at the 16 kickoff return 16 y 22 on the [Applause] return today we get to watch a spectacular athlete at running back when he's on the field as he is right now defenses really have to tailor their game plan for him he's a heck of a player and I really believe that he could have a huge game today that makes two of us then I just don't know if there's enough Talent on this defense especially at linebacker to compete with such a great running back well I guess we'll just have to wait and [Applause] [Applause] see there are on the right side of the 50 as they start this drive on the 31 yd line Buffalo lines up with five defensive backs he can scoot he decides to run with it and he's taken down at the 18 he had a whole lot of room to run on that one when the pressure is coming from the inside and the quarterback can escape the pocket it usually means he's going to have some room to run number 16 lines up in the shotgun they'll throw on first down there he goes and he's in there touchdown well he saw a hole and took off for the End Zone what a Dandy of a run that was hey I tell you what this kid runs like a halfback forget about th just coach I don't think it was a poor decision it was just a great reaction by the man in coverage second and 10 ball on their own 30 the Bulls come out in the Ace formation brought down that looks like a one yd gain one yd on the it's third down and nine to go ball in the 31 going with the shotgun here back to pass looking wants to throw outside oh he had the pick and he dropped it they don't have too many chances at those they dream of catching the ball and running away with it yo I guess that's why it's a dream they line up to putt this one away number eight punts it and he didn't get much distance on it number 32 heals it to 46 time once again for this offense to come back out and start another Drive they'll set up shot at the 48 yd line Missouri goes with the ace set here toss tackle they get a good seven yards on that one seven yd gain on the [Applause] play second and three ball on the 45 yd line Y the tiger come out showing three wide there's a play fake he's looking for his man and they couldn't hook up on that one and he overthrew his wide receiver I don't know too many seven foot guys playing football so maybe he should aim lower the next time third down and three coming up ball in the 45 the Tigers come to the line with their jumbo [Applause] package nice play fake he's going left and he dropped it and it looks like there's an injury down there on the field it seems to me that he landed on his arm a little [Applause] awkwardly on the 45 yd Missouri ready to put this one away number 10 punch it and he didn't kick that ball well at all number 34 calls for the fair catch the offense gets ready to start a new drive as they just couldn't get anything going on their last possession going three and out they'll go to work at the 22 yd [Music] line the bull come out in a two tight end set he and down he goes a couple maybe three yards on that run yd gain on the play it's second down and seven to go ball in the 25 yd line they line up in the shot gun they keep it on the ground with a tail back they'll bring him down a two- yd run by the halfback third and five coming up ball on the 27 yd line Buffalo goes with the ace set here he steps up he's looking under pressure and he's going to be sacked the quarterback had nowhere to go and he's brought down for the sack they've got to do a better job up front with their pass protection if they don't start picking up everybody then this quarterback's going to be pretty sore in the morning that's for sure they line up to put this one away number eight gets it off number 32 Fields up to 46 the offense gets ready to start a new drive as they just couldn't get anything going on their last possession going three and out they'll start this drive at the 50 yd line the 50 yd first and 10 Missouri comes out of the shotgun drops back to pass got it to the senior and he's tackled way to look at in nice catch sure was he displayed some great hands there now we're looking at a first down it's first and 10 ball on the 40 the Tigers come out showing three wide they hand it off and down he goes maybe a yard on the Run by the tail back on [Applause] the so it's second and 10 ball on the 40 yd line Missouri in a four wide set makes a move he keeps it he might have a chance and they make the stop he made a real nice play on that one I'll tell you what in today's game you have to have the ability to run the football give the quarterback a lot of credit he made a great play and really gave his team a boost it's first and 10 ball on the 22 yd line Buffalo brings in their nickel package they'll throw on first down looks short to has it to the senior and he's tackled well coach a short pick up on that pass play it was but you know what as long as they've got those guys getting open underneath it'll take a lot of pressure off those offensive linemen who are trying to hold their blocks second and four this is the fifth play of this drive the last time they were in the Red Zone they got a touchdown out of it they'll drop him for a loss the halfback couldn't get any Running Room and that was because the defense had called a blitz just at the right time they went right through the offensive line and nailed them for a loss now it's third and Six coming up ball on the 18 number 11 comes to the line with three wide here's an option right side the lateral brought down they tried to run the ball for the first down and they didn't get it no sir you saw the defense just power through their blocks and Wham into them fourth and ball on the 14 y comes in to attempt the field goal and this will return kicks it off number 26 takes it the 14 the offense gets ready to start a new drive as they just couldn't get anything going on their last possession going three and out they'll take over at the 27 a backfield gets the ball oh they fake here comes the pressure and they get the sack now that's some heavy pressure it all starts with the battle up front I don't care how good the receivers are or how explosive your running backs are if you can't control the line of scrimmage then it's tough to move the football I agree coach and the thing is this quarterback can make some plays for you if you give him enough time back there to throw well it looks like he's going to have to figure out how to make plays without time nothing gained on the Play No Gain on the play here's a third and long situation ball in the 19 Buffalo lines up with three receivers back to P steps up looking wants to throw outside got some open field tackle and that pass and catch gives him a first down yep they got the first down but it wasn't by much you guys first and 10 ball in the 37 they better block that linebacker he is looking to make something happen here's the give and he's taken down the misdirection play gets him four yards it's second down and six to go ball on their own 41 Buffalo comes out in the [Applause] shotgun brought down number seven the B carrier no gain on the [Applause] play the defense will try to stop stop this third down as they were unsuccessful the first time on this drive number seven with four wide receivers drops back to pass throws this one out to the right dropped the quarterback was expecting to see man coverage there because he threw it right to the defense and that's what so tough about playing against a Zone you think the GU open and out of nowhere a Defender shows up just like that Missouri lines up in a shotgun set he drops back short to complete tackle that pass play went for nearly enough to keep moving but they're stopped just short boy that's tough that is always a tough kill to swallow having to leave the field knowing how close you came to converting on third down you got to get those 42 y Missouri ready to put this one away didn't get all of that one number 22 takes at the 32 time once again for this offense to come back out and start another Drive they'll set up shot at the 31 yd [Applause] line trips right setting up the play action he rolls left throws it out out there high pass and it's caught with the 10 touchdown B they may have that defense guessing now or what I mean did you see how well the quarterback hit the ball yeah some quarterbacks are just so good at selling the play action it's truly an overlooked skill you take my friend Kirk here for example he wasn't known for his speed but boy he could do a good play fake are you calling me slow this is coming from a guy whose nickname is based on his foot speed isn't that right scooter yeah left out sunshine it's Sunshine scooter [Applause] sweetheart and he TS on the extra point so with over 7 minutes left here in the first quarter our score Missouri 10 Buffalo 7 [Music] number eight looks ready to kick this one off number 32 back to return here's the kick number 80 takes it the 15 he Jes not a very good series for this offense on their last drive as they were forced into a three and out Bo Bo they had nothing going last time yeah maybe scooter you need to get out there and show what for made of somebody get me a helmet quickly Y and 10 the Tigers come out in the Ace formation they'll give it off here and he's going to lose yards on this one absolutely no blocking up front hey sometimes a blitz is used to get after a quarterback on the passing game but this time it was used to stick to halfback behind the line of scrimmage second second and 11 coming up ball in the 31 31 yd line the tiger come out in the shotgun back to pass he takes off breaks one they'll bring him down he appears to have been injured on the play third and four ball on their own 38 yd line the Tigers come to the line with their jumbo package and now he's got room to run brought down they did get some yardage but it won't move those chains they had a goodl looking play set up but the defense jumped on it before it was too [Applause] late fourth and in ball on the 42 yd line the tigers are lining up the putt it away he gets it away return number 22 Fields it at the 26 time once again for this offense to come back out and start another Drive they'll start this drive at the 33 3 yd first and 10 the bull come out in the Ace formation the option left and down he goes they get about four on that [Applause] keeper second and six ball on the 37 y three wide outs to the right side they keep it on the ground with a tail back and he's tackled three yd gain by the running back car three yd gain on the play third down and three coming up ball on the 40 yd line 40 yd they line up in the jumbo sack hand off up the middle tackle picked up a first down on that carry yeah a good job up front by the offensive line they picked up some nice blocks to allow that back to get in there for extra yardage first and 10 ball on their own 46 the bull come out showing three [Applause] wide he's looking comes across the middle and it falls incomplete and he overthrew his wide receiver I don't know too many sever foot guys playing football so maybe he should aim lower the next time so it's second and 10 and this is the fifth play of the current Drive the bull line up with four wide outs he drops back across the middle and he can't make the catch this incompletion is credited to the wide out absolutely the quarterback executed his end of the deal the offense faces another third down as they line it up number seven back in the gun drops back to pass he passes it and it's caught they'll wrestle him down in the back field loss of a yard one yd L on the Play 4 Buffalo lining up the punt didn't get all of that one number 32 signals for a fair catch the defense did a nice job of shutting down this offense the last time they had the ball the offense was not clicking at all let's see if they're back on the same [Applause] pagey they'll take over at the 29 Missouri lines up in a shotgun set here he goes they'll bring him down a nice pickup of about eight yds gain of eight on the [Applause] play second and two ball on their own 37 37 yd line the Tigers come out in a shotgun back to Pat he tosses it short and he's tackled first down just nickel and Diamond nothing wrong with that it was a good play call just take what the defense gives [Music] you it's first and 10 ball on their own 39 number 11 comes to the line with three wide he'll get it again can scoot lost the ball fumble and they make the stop at the 48 yd line the offense is lucky to retain possession after that fumble the coach can't be happy with the way the running back is carrying the [Applause] [Music] football first and 10 ball on the 48 yd [Applause] line the Tigers come out in the Ace formation they get it out there on the toss and he stopped behind the line a loss on that one as he couldn't get past those big linemen you got that right they sacrificed their bodies in there and stuffed him so it's second and 10 ball in the 48 y the tiger come out in the shotgun he drops back looks throws this one out to the left and it's incomplete he had his wide out but he couldn't hit him when he misses it's usually high and that's something he's been working very hard with his coach [Applause] on thir it's third down and 10 ball right around Midfield [Music] y they line up in the shotgun he broke his ankle and he's taken down and it was not meant to be on that drive they just had too many yards to go it's doable in some cases but most defenses don't give up long running plays on third down they line up to punt this one away9 yd number 10 gets it off number 32 calls for the fair Catch and now a slight break in the action as the offense comes out on of the field for their next possession they'll go to work at the eight at the 8 yd line first and 10 the bull come out showing three wide he throws it complete they lose four [Applause] there it's second down now 14 to go ball on their own four they come out in a goal line set on the ground with a tail back brought down three- yd gain by the running back three yd gain on the play Third and 11 ball on the seven yd line number seven is back in the gun drops back to pass he steps up he tosses it short and it's caught he's gobbled up in the back field and that brings up fourth down great stop by the defense they played with tremendous character on those Downs they line up to put this one away number eight gets it off number 32 Fields it at the 37 sheds a tackler so the offense takes over and they'll try to figure out this defense as they forced them to punt the last time they had the [Applause] [Music] ball they'll set up shot at the 31 yd line a backfield they keep it on the ground with the tail back and they make the stop about two yards there on that delayed handoff on the play second and eight coming up here ball at the 29 29 yd the Tigers line up with three wide throws down the middle he's got it and he's taken down they complete that playaction pass good for seven yds third and one ball to the 222 y Missouri Lins up in a goal line set he tosses it short complete brought down that's how you convert on third down this defense had to be expecting pass I know that it doesn't matter though it's not enough to know that they were passing you got to know their Tendencies [Applause] too it's first and 10 ball on the 16 yd line they're in the Red Zone where last time they came away with only a field [Applause] goal over the middle it falls incomplete and he overthrew he goes and they push him out he kept it himself and picked up a good looking first down another reason why I love the option just when you think he's going to pick it he cuts up the field and keeps well executed play there loocking by the big TI the running back takes it right in that's how listen that's what you do when you get up close to the end zone find a way to finish it off and that's yd back to P steps up down the middle got it to his receiver I like the defense that was called they just didn't make the play on the ball you're right it wasn't necessarily bad defense the offense just executed and the result is a first down and we've come to the end of the first quarter with the score Missouri 17 Buffalo [Applause] 7 it's first and 10 ball right around Midfield the bull come out in the Ace formation shaken bake move they'll bring him down a 5yd pickup for the tailback 5yd gain on the [Applause] play second and five coming up here ball on the 45 yd line the bull set up in the gun on the ground with the tail back here he goes he's hit and got away and they make the Stop and he busted that one wide open on defense you can't afford to give up big runs like that no no no no no you got to make him work for it that first down was too easy first and 10 ball on the 20 yd line trips right they'll throw on first down looking across the middle oh he could have had a big reception that time guys just let that one get away from his vision just for a split second it's second down and 10 to go ball on the 20 they keep it on the ground with a tail back and he's tackled not much there maybe a yard one yd game on the play Third and nine and this is the sixth play of the Drive Buffalo goes with the ace set here he drops back he's looking throws down the middle it's tipped oh he had the pick and he dropped it everyone had a shot at catching that pass especially the guys on defense there was no one open and he threw it in there anyway y the field goal unit lines up this will make it a one-score game it's up no good he missed it to the left [Applause] they'll take over at the 20 yardline Missouri comes out with two tight ends looks throws this one out to the left and they couldn't hook up on that one he couldn't make the catch inbound you can't fault the receiver he did all he could to make the catch the pass was just too far out of play [Applause] so it's second and 10 ball on the 20 20 y the Tigers come out showing three wide they go with the Run y move and down he go a couple maybe three yards on that run great third down and seven ball in the 23 23 yd the tiger set up in the gun drops back to pass looking across the middle a little Juke and he's taken [Applause] down it's for first and 10 ball on their own 45 and the secondary better be careful this receiver wants to make a play throws it to the outside incomplete passe number four the intended receiver on the [Applause] play second and 10 and this is the fifth play of the current Drive the Tigers come out the shotgun High as he works from the gun and it's the tight end and a nice pass to the tight end yeah this is what I like move the ball down the field use that nice and steady intermediate passing game the defense will try to stop this third down as they were unsuccessful the first time on this drive Missouri lines up in a goal line set setting up the play action wants to throw outside the senior makes the catch it's first and 10 this is the seventh play of this drive single set back field he drops back he's looking he'll dump this one off and it's caught and they make the stop no gain with the reception no gain on the play so it's second and 10 ball on the 29 yd line number 16 with three wide receivers back to pass looks across the middle it falls incomplete oh he could have had a big reception that time guys just let that one get away from his vision just for a Split Second [Applause] so far this drive the defense has been unable to stop them on third down Missouri comes to the line with three wide drops back to pass looking rolling up to the right side he catches another one they'll bring him down how many times can these guys get it on third down hey they're put together a heck of a drive and those are the kinds of plays that will eventually get you in the end zone this quarterback has such confidence in his receivers that I don't think he cares what down it is they're going to make the play for him on the 12 and they can smell the goal line so their last Red Zone visit resulted in a touchdown let's see if the defense can hold him this time he spinned No One op so he's going to run quarterback picked up a yard at best there on the scramble [Applause] 11 yds out Missouri comes out in the shotgun he drops back tries to Juke he tries to spin looks like he's going to run he scrambled and picked up a couple of yards gain of two on the play [Applause] Missouri lines up in a double tight set he's looking he's rolling right he takes off bounces off the would be tackler and down he goes and he tucked that one in for about five yds they line up in the jumbo set they go with a toss and he's tackled and they lose possession on down you know that was one of those situations where you have to go for it to try to get something going now they need a big play here from their defense they'll start this drive at the four the balls line up in a goal line formation on the ground with a tail back and they make the stop three- yd gain by the running back [Applause] yd second and seven coming up here ball on the seven yd line three wide outs here they keep it on the ground with the tail back brought down he might have gotten a yard at best one yd gain on the it's third down and six to go ball in the eight three wide outs to the right side back to pass across the middle and it falls incomplete he had his wide out but he couldn't hit him when he misses it's usually high and that's something he's been working very hard with his coach on [Applause] they line up to put this one away number eight punch it and he didn't kick that ball well at all number 32 Fields it at the 37 their last Drive ended when they decided to try for it on fourth down and were turned away by the [Applause] defense excellent field position to start the drive the tiger come out in the shotgun they'll throw on first down he breaks fre he's going to of bounds so he got a few yards on that here you know what guys if you can continue to pick up small chunks of yards like that you can really start to wear a defense down [Applause] the Tigers come to the line with their jumbo packing fires and it's caught for the touchdown great connection between the quarterback and receiver to put up six points these two have an unspoken communication that comes short kickoff number 22 takes it at the 12 you guys remember what this offense did the last time they had the ball they had the ball before exactly he was three it out so fast they had to ask for slowmo replay to recap it they'll go to work at the 27 yd line Buffalo comes out with two tight end they get it out there on the toss he's going to try to throw almost intercepted yo that was not what bat snap from Center he's going right and it's caught they'll bring him down the quarterback just lasered that one down the field coach yeah the defender had no shot at breaking that pass up third and two coming up here ball on the 44 44 yd line they line up in the shotgun can't W him up and they make the stop [Applause] first and 10 ball on the 40 yd line the Tigers set up in the gun setting up the play action looking wants it all going deep and he can't make the catch dropped by the wide out number the inted receiver on the fo so it's second and 10 this is the fifth play of this drive the Tigers line up with three wide steps up in the pocket throws incomplete so another third down upcoming for the offense the tiger come out the shotgun drops back to pass and they try to set up a screen it's pass the tackler with the step arm tackle this wide receiver keeps the offense moving in the right direction by breaking the screen pass for a first down coach as you know quarterbacks love it when they have a wide receiver who can take a lateral pass and turn it into a big gain like this I mean not only is it an easy throw but it looks great for the quarterback stats you're right Kirk how about the receiver stats these guys just love bragging about their Yak yardage and the wide receiver screen might be the best play in the book when it comes to yards after catch finds his receiver the defender had no shot at breaking up that touchdown pass to the wide out he was caught a real out of position yes indeed [Applause] and he hits the pat that score leads us to our Pontiac Drive summary unloads it complete and they push him out and they back up three yards on that play second and 13 ball on the 24 the defense lines up with six [Applause] DBS he's under some heat and he's going to be sacked and we got an injured player on the field third down and what they didn't want to get in ball on the 20 Buffalo comes to the line only one man in the back field he drops back he steps up he's looking he's going right the ball is tipped nice timing by the safety to get in there and knock it away that's what his job is and he did it perfectly on that [Music] play Buffalo ready to put this one away number eight gets it off 32 number 32 signals for a fair catch great passing was the key for the offense the last time they had the ball they were able to pick apart the defense and get down the field for a touchdown so if I'm the coach I'm telling my defensive lineman to get more pressure on that quarterback please they'll start this drive at the [Music] [Applause] 48 Missouri comes out with two tight ends they'll throw on first down across the middle and it's the senior and he's tackled well he showed off his arm that time with a heck of a throw on the second and two coming up here ball in the 44 the tiger set up in the gun steps up looks lets it Fly he has him on the Fly the wide receiver flew down the field on that touchdown connection but he has the speed to stretch the hang on to it the big guy let it go through his fingers the tight end's hands are all torn up and his knuckles are swollen from blocking every day in practice you got to give this guy a break I don't know about that coach nowadays tight ends got to be able to do more than just block he should have caught that ball the bull come out in the Ace formation they'll wrestle him down in the back field what an amazing catch first down Bo BR you said it that is a big time play there spectacular catch and great body control there on the long pass reception it's first and 10 ball on the 27 yd line Y Buffalo comes out in the shotgun steps up in the pocket pressure coming and he's going to be sacked for a loss under Relentless pressure of the quarterback goes down for the sack those guys on defense are just pinning their ears back right now and coming in as fast as they can well in that case the offense Lees to sneak in a screen pass at a half back let him get behind and rushing end take off behind his loock this for six second down and they got 15 for the first down and this is the fifth play of the current Drive single set back herei back to pass wants to throw outside that close to being intercepted he's asking to get picked off that was a close one all right if no one's open there's nothing wrong with tucking it in and trying to pick up the first on the ground the offense faces he tosses it short short pass there and they get a moderate gain there's nothing wrong with NL and Diamond him down the field second and three coming up ball on their own 48 they line up with trips to the right with the spin and he's taken down a few yards there and a first down on the halfback toss it's first and 10 and this is the fifth play of the current Drive number 26 is dangerous let's see if they put the ball in his hands that's four yards on the play on the Run gain of four on the [Applause] play second and six ball on the 44 yd line number seven has four receivers lined up here he steps up throws this one out to the right and it falls incomplete and he overthrew his wide receiver I don't know too many seven foot guys playing football so maybe he should aim lower the next time now it's third and Six coming up ball in the 44 DPS right he's going right his receiver has it and with that last pass he just went over the 400 yd Mark he's done a very nice job today of getting the ball to the open receivers and he's been able to do that because of good pocket protection guys up front have given G him enough time to make the throws it's first and 10 this is the eighth play of three wide and he's going to lose yards on this one tried to run the draw but they stopped him in the back field that draw play had no chance second down and 12 this this is the fifth play of this drive Missouri lines up for a shotgun set he'll dump this one off and it's incomplete he sailed that one high that's not a bad incompletion because he saw the blitz coming and just got rid of the ball to avoid losing yardage third the defense will try to stop this third down as they were unsuccessful the first time on this drive number 11 with four wide receivers steps up he takes off and now he's got room to run he had a whole lot of room to run on that one when the pressure is coming from the inside and the quarterback can escape the pocket it usually means he's going to have some room to [Music] run it's first and 10 and this is the seventh play of the current Drive number 11 lines up in the shotgun steps up in the pocket throws complete that's a loss of about five y los on the play second down and they got 15 for the first down this is the eighth play of this drive they line up in the shotgun they snap it to the back gets pass the tackler they'll bring him down they keep it on the ground and the halfback gets about seven yds on the play Third they line up for another third down and they've had no problem converting their first two Missouri comes out in the shotgun back to pass he's rolling right and they bring him down for a sack on the play they get to the quarterback and end that play before it even got started this young man didn't even have a chance to make something happen it's tough to find your receivers when the defense is in your face like that and 1all 49 yd Missouri ready to put this one away number 10 punts it and he didn't get much distance on it number 34 signals for a fair catch thanks to some nice passing on the last Drive the offense was able to take it down the field for six and great play calling to help make that an easy Drive question is can they do it again the bull line up with two tight end on the ground with the tail back the running back gets two on the carry gain two on play second and eight coming up here ball on the 27 27 yd line the impact player at running back is in the zone right now he drops back he's looking he's going right got it to him on the run and he's brought down now that was a goodlooking play the quarterback put it where his receiver could get it and now they have a first down what I like is the Fate this quarterback has in his receiver he's not afraid to throw it down field first and 10 ball in the 47 Buffalo comes out in the shotgun they keep it on the ground with the tail back they'll wrestle him down to the Back Field and that play was snuffed out from the GetGo you're right this said delaying hand off to the tail back and the defense wasn't fooled at all there second down 14 coming up here ball right around Midfield the bull come out in the Ace formation he lobs it out to the right and it's caught brought down so they execute move a little closer to the sticks yeah completing those short passes is the key because it lulls the defense to sleep a little bit then you can launch one big one downfield for a big [Applause] game third and nine ball on the 46 keep an eye on that cornerback down there he has big play potential and they couldn't hook up on that one oh he had his Man Too yep he just over threw next time he might want to take something off of [Applause] it they come out with three wide receivers drops back to pass he steps up looks and he's hit as he throws it falls incomplete not much of a chance on that one well he had to go for it we're at a point where there's not much time left and you got to put it all on the line they'll start this drive at the 46 yd line the Tigers come out showing three wide here's a counter play there he goes and they make the Stop and remember one thing that this coach said they will force it down this defense's throat until they prove that they can stop it first and 10 ball on the 39 the Tigers come to the line with their jumbo package they'll bring him down he got a real really nice gain on that run I'm going to tell you I think the defense needs to make some adjustments maybe move eight or nine guys into the box coach maybe they can slow this running game down you're right Kirk heck I could run through those him down and they get a nice gain on third down remember when we talked to the coach he mentioned that he wanted to run the ball against this defense and he felt that he may have some success well they had some success on that play it's first and 10 ball right around Midfield they come out with four wide out drops back to pass looking down the middle in and out of his hands he put a little something extra on that throw and the receiver mishandled it he needed oven M for that one because it was a hot tamale second and 10 this is the fifth play of this drive number seven Lins up in the shotgun steps up throws to the middle found his man way to look it in Buffalo calls a timeout it's first and 10 and this is the sixth play of the drive three wide outs to the right side throws a lob pass out to the left he's on the run and he's shoved out of bound the defense looked a little lost on that one Kirk yeah they did Brad nice recognition here by the quarterback to see that confusion and then take advantage of it second and two coming up here this is a seventh play of this drive they come out with a big set they'll go with a run once again missed tackle tackle Buffalo takes a timeout they line up with trips to the right he's looking to the end zone well coach that's the second time the running back has gotten open for a touchdown what does the defense have to do to stop an allpurpose back like this well for starters they need to put a spy on them at all times and let the good fans know what that'll do it should prevent him from sneaking out of the back field and getting so wide open you get one guy on him and you say look cover the halfback period it's your responsibility great and he TS on the extra point and here's the Pontiac Drive summary [Music] they need to get referring to defensive lineman but that's what they mean when they talk about a guy has a motor that's running he never quit he played to the [Applause] whistle this loss is going to hurt but if there's one guy who shouldn't hang his head it's the man who lined up at running back today what a game he had what a game is right we heard all week about what kind of game he could put up but I didn't expect to see this kind of talented running back he ran wild today and it's too bad he had to put up this kind of performance in a losing effort I tell you what though there won't be many more losing efforts if he has more games like this he's a superstar Kirk playing and simple this school is very lucky to have this young man on their roster it's second down and nine to go ball on the 39 two tight ends here he gets another carry juke move and he's taken down and this one's all wrapped up KK any final thoughts here you know I think it was a well played game for the most part Buffalo
