you have to fire Kurt Miller you blew a 20-point lead you blew a 20-point lead now Dallas wings are one of my three favorite teams but no more excuses for Kurt Miller you got to understand something man Kurt Miller was on a hot seat for three straight years in Connecticut and if it were not for those Hall of Famers on that team Kurt would have been gone three years ago three years ago two years ago Kurt Miller told his team in a locker room he said I'm going to get fired they were losing and at halftime he told them I'm going to get fired going to get fired it's like what two three years ago he said that and that's when Connecticut just took it to a different level to save him from being fired he told them that I'm going to get fired Kurt's been on the hot seat for some years now with Connecticut this is what I'll credit Kurt for Player Development I'll credit him for Player Development and that's what they're hoping he can do for LA but it's not supposed to be this way and you got to remember that was a more younger ambitious Kurt Miller this is a long in a tooth thinking about retirement Kurt contemplating retirement Kurt it these are two different Kurt Millers so yes did he develop Briana Jones Bri Jones absolutely Bri Jones look like she shouldn't even been in this league her rookie year Kurt developed her did Kurt develop JN qu Jones absolutely Jon C Jones entered the WNBA with a nice skill set but Kurt perfected it and you got the Jon C Jones you have today did Kurt Miller help develop Alyssa Thomas absolutely absolutely Elissa Thomas wouldn't be who she is without Kurt Miller Jazz Thomas J toas wouldn't have been where she was without Kurt Miller naticia Hyman naticia Hyman was the original Steph Curry in college pulling up from 30 with Marquette and anyway she gets to the WNBA and kerill just developed her made her play uh more grounded um well giving her freedom and made her focus on defense and making her just becom a more well-rounded combo guard that's credit to Kurt Miller Courtney Williams coming from USF with the little weave ponytail the the Courtney Williams that didn't look like a dude that didn't look like a lesbian that Courtney Williams and Kurt developed her that's Kurt that's Kurt Kurt improved Olivia Nelson ad DOTA Kurt Miller improved Ty Harris all of this is Kurt so Kurt Miller is a very very good developer of talent but that was a younger Kurt developing especially the older players that was a younger Kurt that's not the Kurt you see today and so later in his career once these players were already developed and also he doesn't have Brandy P Brandy p is a damn good assistant coach so he's lost some good assistants by the way but regardless Kurt was about to be out of here three years ago cuz you can clearly see that the veterans were carrying him now he developed these veterans and They Carried him but when he got to the biggest games like in the finals he melted and so they were just sick of it and they just wanted something different they clearly saw that the veterans were carrying Kurt and that Kurt just lost the step so now you put Kurt on La and he doesn't have these old long in a tooth grizzled Savvy War veteran vets he doesn't have them anymore what he has is one Savvy vet okay Derek and Hami and he has just a bunch of young pieces all around her with the exception of you could say Kia nurse and azerus Stevens but Kia nurse is just a role player Azar Stevens is a role player very talented role player but because of her injury history and her mental gaffs at times she has been relegated to just a role player very talented though very versatile but nonetheless a role player whom they just gave an extension to to over $100,000 and she's not worth it because she's so injury prone very talented but super injury prone so you're only true veterans on the team and we can't count Odyssey Sims because they didn't sign her to a long to a rest of the season contract so you can't count Odyssey so he really just has Kia nurse and Ezra Stevens to go along with de dear kah Hami and it's not working it's not working you got dup with Zia cook you got duped I've been preaching that forever that Z wasn't ready she just wasn't Z wasn't ready okay let me show you something well actually let's look at the numbers and I'll show you that's when Don Staley blocked me Don Staley never blocked me before I would send my videos to Don and she would watch him Don never blocked me before until I made that video about Zia cook and I had to get on Don but I told everyone Zia cook wouldn't make it in the league um so yeah Odyssey Sims she should be signed to a rest of the season contract but you know how these teams do you know how the league does it they'll keep you on these 7day contracts until they run out and if they can give you the bare minimum if they got 7 grand left or 1,300 left they'll see if they can get you for cheap for that some some like it's crazy if they got 5,000 left they'll see if they can squeeze you in and you can be like okay sure and a lower your value which is what they've done to Lexi pa um you know they lowered the value of Nelissa Smith so next season when it's time for contract extension they could say well Nelissa look at your numbers look at your minutes look at your production well Lexi and it was this was supposed to be Lexi's year where Lexi was supposed to be averaging around 13 points a game two steals close to two blocks a game getting four assists a game shooting around 36 37% from the three-point line around 44% overall from the field this was supposed to be Lexi's year so going into next year they could start negotiating a long-term deal and Lexi and Alissa was supposed to make a lot of money but when you have L dun and Dr Allison Barber and it it's it gets bad it gets the assistant GM all of this stuff gets bad because they start saying we got to prioritize certain players so let's lessen the value of these players by docking minutes sitting them on the bench and it hurts their production and any little thing that any little mistake they do will docment it and that's what's been happening to Nissa will make her less important and so Nelissa Smith that extension talk is done now another team will say whoa we remember the Nelissa Smith the first two Seasons here and in Baylor but they're not going to pay Nelissa Smith cor of money and what they're saying is thank you Landon and chrisy sides thank you for cheapening and lessening the value of Nelissa and Lexi because once that fourth year option is done we get to get them on the cheap and so that's what's going on so that's what you see with Odyssey Sims that's what you saw with monque Billings that's what you see with these players how they abuse them the same thing is happening with Celeste Taylor Just abusing them abusing him abusing him and then get him on the cheap and other teams love it that you did that because they get to get a player who should be CED based on her Talent her potential and they get to get them for $23,000 you know it's a joke they get to get them for 60 Grand it's a joke okay so yeah Odyssey Sams dominated only had two turnovers rakia Jackson dominated only had one turnover de' and Hami how many turnovers Jesus Christ five turnovers Ezra Stevens she did good Liu see Liu we got to get some blocks from you if you're going to leave here with just eight points I need to see at least two blocks I need to see two blocks I like that she didn't get any turnovers and I need to see at least three offensive rebounds if you're going to leave out of here with just single digits and points and then once again you get into these role players I can't believe they extended Stephanie to but that was ridiculous that made no sense at all especially signed getting her for over a 100 Grand like these people are insane the these people are insane so and another thing they signed Crystal Dangerfield to arrest the de season contract which is a joke Christ Dangerfield is terrible she had that one good year her rookie year with Minnesota and then the next year you got to blame sh re because they sort of fell out with each other and Sh froze her out and then got her off of the team and then eventually she comes to Indiana okay and this was Maryann Stanley's last year before she got fired and she does great for Indiana they had all of the rookies there this is before the veterans got back from overseas and Indiana start winning games they look really really good and then the veterans get back and then they cut crystal Dangerfield and you insert Victoria and then you insert Tiffany and then all of these other veterans get back and you insert them and then everything just goes straight to hell and they start are losing these games because of these ridiculous veterans Danielle Robinson all of them it was just terrible man and that was like her last good year really honestly and then she's been bouncing around from Team to team and not putting up good numbers uh right Christal Dangerfield knows what to do she'll play two really good games and she'll do everything right off the court everything right in practice in the film room and they'll say you know what let's keep her and then you sign her to a rest of the season contract and she never impresses ever again like she she just gamed the system and she figured it out there's no way I would have signed her okay no way no way absolutely not no way now what I want to point out is this so let me go here so I put Zia cook I need was the really the purpose of this video because I wanted to wake her up I wanted to wake her up and so as you can see Don Staley fails Z she won't be drafted in the first round in the WNBA draft Don Staley has her regressing now when you listen to the video I change it and I say yeah I change it and I say she could end up falling out of the first round like Destiny Henderson okay so yeah and if you listen to the video I'll say she'll she'll potentially end up being a second round pick uh but I also mentioned in the video why she won't make it in the WNBA I mentioned that in the video as well and it turned out to be true it turned out to be true I told you Don didn't develop her to be a point guard so she's not a combo guard a combo guard you can do both Zia can't do both because she sucks at playing point guard I told you Z is too inconsistent shooting the ball I told you Zia lacks true athleticism she doesn't have a great vertical leap okay she just doesn't and so when it's time to make these adjustment layups she's getting her shot block left and right she doesn't have a lot of Versatility to her offensive game she's very predictable okay and the fact that she's not a good facilitator she doesn't have good Court vision and anticipation she like she doesn't have good pass perception or a passing IQ she can't do it and in her defense is a C+ to a B minus so how do you think that was going to play out a short shooting guard and she doesn't have Kelsey Mitchell or R Goomba skill set to be short to be able to last in this league when you're that short she doesn't have Courtney Williams game if you're going to be short you got to be Courtney Williams with that basketball you have to be arque you have to be Kelsey mitchu you have to be Kelsey Plum and the fact that she's short and she doesn't have that and she's not a good combo guard because she can't play the point guard our position because she's not good at it and she's a C+ to a B minus on defense and she's too inconsistent shooting the ball on offense and when she attacks the paint she's limited with her adjustment layups because she doesn't get a lot of air and that's one of the reasons why Chelsea dunie is out of the league that's one of the reasons why I don't want to get into that and and so that's one of the issues so I said the end is how is it possible that one of the greatest point guards of all time is your head coach and she didn't develop you to be a really good combo guard to have great point guard ability some people are born with the gift of Court vision and accuracy passing IQ passing perception they're just born with it okay and other players are taught and they become really solid and good at it and that could have been Zia cook but Don Staley didn't want that Don Staley was very traditional with her approach it was feeded to AIA Boston and everyone eat after that if Destiny was eaten after that so be it if Z got to eat after that so be it if Bri bill got to eat after that so be it if mcka Herbert got to eat after that so be it and that's sort of the way it was if Camila got to eat after that so be it it was Aaliyah and then it was everyone else if Leticia had got to eat after that so be it and that's the way it was and so Zia also never faced a lot of double teams or anything like that and so when you get to the WNBA everything is next level and it's hard for you to breathe if you don't have an exceptional skill set and if you're not versatile to do more than a couple things Zia can only do one thing and that's shoot threes a mid-range shot and if she can get lucky and Slash and and be a little wide open where she's not she doesn't have to worry about doing an adjustment layup that's what it is for Zia that's what it is now Zia is also stubborn because she needs to go overseas and she knows it but she doesn't want to go overseas and so she's stubborn Megan Gerson went overseas for all of these years and was able to become a more versatile player instead of just a back to the basket player now Megan gffs is in and shiny Tira maau stayed overseas and was able to develop more pulse moves in a mid-range shot and a three-point shot because she shoots them overseas she was really good at it in Mississippi State in practice it just that Vic Schaefer wouldn't let her do it but if you watch her games overseas she's shooting threes and she's making them that wasn't the case in the WNBA they kept her with just two po moves she went overseas and turkey and start dominating they gave her all of these pul moves they gave her a mid-range shot a three-point shot they gave her the skill to put the ball on the floor and attack the paint and taught her how to finish and so there you have it the issue with Tira MCC right now was that she missed overseas last season due to injury when she got that injury and so she's a bit Rusty and she's put on some more weight and so her stamina isn't where it needs to be and so you see some bad habits from her but yeah so the end of Z and right after this this one Don Staley blocked me and before she blocked me she uh tweeted yeah y'all going something to the she said y'all going to leave my baby alone you know um cuz you got to understand when I put this video out immediately I got that thousand and I just left it alone once Don Staley blocked me and she put that tweet out and Zia Cook brother jumped in the comments like I'm going to show you we going to show you and blah blah blah blah blah and then all of these little trolls it just got bad death threats everything I said nope I'm making a video private and so I killed it I killed it but I'm happy Don saw it and Zia cook saw it and I know she saw it because her brother saw saw and jumped in the comments so yeah yeah November 30th 2022 2022 2020 that's that's what I do I make these videos and I get rid of them you understand I get rid of them right so like always tell people like you can't hurt me because I don't care about views I don't care about subscribers you can't hurt me I just put this stuff out here it I got so many like almost all of my videos are private I don't care is what it is I put it out watch it you better
