question for for for David as a Chelsea fan do you think what you saw in the second half yesterday can be transferable for large parts of the season I know you'll probably have games where you're not as good but for large parts of the season do you think that's sustainable and do you think your players will hit that level well no because I don't think we're gonna score four goals every half unfortunately it' be not about the Go performance performance level I'd say it's possible but I wouldn't expect it now I'd expect it later on in the season I because of again brand new system new players everything I expect the first 10 15 games will be very up and down so this 62 while it was great doesn't shock me because we could very well next week lose 2-1 like it could just happen because again these players are still learning a brand new system and everything uh but towards the end of the season Once these players actually have a more competent understanding and they've had and they've been game tested and they understand you know the ins and outs of the system a bit more then by all means I I don't see why not but I I I again I've genely been impressed with Mesa Sala football and whether it was you know in preseason or now one thing that is very clear is that there is an identity to what we're trying to do and the the principles of the system stay the same so as long as we can keep replicating that and improving it we will find ways to when teams you know figure out ways to stop it we will find new ways to go around that and then develop the system so I'm again I'm very optimistic of what Chelsea can be but I'm obviously tentative right now because it's second game of the season I think every apart from unless your name is you know unless you are Man City or Arsenal I think everyone should be pretty tentative about what their team's going to do out throughout the season just because there's just it's just too early to say who's going to be good yeah that their attack is weaker because Chelsea just have an abundance of options whereas I think Tottenham have two clear real good options and outside of that it's a bit sort of John son W richardon it falls off quite heavily and in terms of the Midfield I think tottenham's Midfield is actually very good I do think they could have done with potentially had another more senior guy maybe he will do towards the end of the window but I really like that SAR kid I think that Madison obviously has real quality basuma when he wants to can be a very good midfielder and I like begal and Gray from the limited amount I've seen of them they look young they look hungry that they've got quality on the ball there is lack of an option there outside of the initial 304 I feel but if they had there I I I can see the appeal behind the squad and they play it is do we know how Tottenham are going to play yes everyone knows how Tottenham are going to play but they are a hard team to stop when they I think humman son's got experience you know that that those players those big players can be sort of Lent on and and believed upon and can drive that team forward I I do think that we aren't far off a cut off point if Totten don't invest but right now I still have Tottenham ahead of think's a better manager he's got more of a resume I just I I just don't think it's an outrageous thing for me to extra rest but if we put a convincing performance out and and beat Newcastle away I think that will change a lot of people's opinions because that is a ground we've been absolutely battered recently like the the only thing that I think Chelsea's attack will get them out of a lot more games than our than tottenham's defense will save them in games I think the Midfield Chelsea fans will say they're Midfield we're going to back our Midfield but our attack is definitely not as strong as Chelsea's but defensively I think Personnel our defense is stronger goalkeeper I personally would take bario but that this on our next three games are a North London Derby Newcastle and then we got brenford which I expect something to beat then it's Man United and Brighton this period last season is when Tottenham blew teams away and we were we won nine out of our first 10 and Drew against brenford at the beginning it was two2 brenford two the penalty should never been a penalty anyway but the next five or six games for us will determine I think what most people's opinion on Spurs because if we go B Newcastle which we could because we did it with Villa no one gave us a chance and then we beat we were vulnerable it's Justified it's Justified but when I hear people saying oh Chelsea are better now I'm like from what two games that's why I just think invested more I just Patrick I look at I helpful because of how long this seasons are both teams in European competitions um they both got to travel far potentially because Europa League and Conference League you know what some of them some teams are Lithuania and and Greece and all these different countries so it's going to be a tsle right now um and I think it's fair for both sides I feel like
