My LWD In Accenture And How to Apply in Accenture.

uh hello everyone uh I am basan Kumar sa I am a cost and management accountant in this video I'll share a short block of my last working day in Accenture and a brief summary of how much my experience in accent for 2 years and if you're planning to come to Accenture what is the right way to apply in the Accenture and the things you you must avoid while applying Accenture like eventually the things which will block your way to come into Accenture so let's get started with the Vlog so 27th is my last working day in Accenture I Got a notification in the morning yeah it's the time for the exist I got ready and there met with the real Bangalore finally reached my Technology Park where I need to submit my laptop then I enter the building on before submitting I check my laptop to ensure my manager has not allerted any new task so for the last time I switched up my laptop after this I came to know that I need to submit my ID card in a different building I was like even on the last day but anyway submit it and back to my room okay so now let's talk about like how was my experience in Accenture for the 2 years so basically I was in a internal audit field under a charter firm so I got this opportunity for this Accenture so at that time I was in odisa only but when I joined Accenture it was like from Mostly from work from home and in that time I requested by manager to uh sa the laptop to the home but uh uh but for the actually purpose ACC has stopped the shipping laptop to the home so I have to go to Bangalore and collect my laptop for collecting laptop purpose only so I since I was very new to Bangalore so I requested my manager to at least please ship me to my home home location and my manager is so good he tried his like level best to support me and finally it is possible that laptop is sipped to my house so why I told you this story the story is that the manager I got is very supportive so when you are uh joining a company like a product based or service based like product based company which is uh like you know data they are manufacturing their own product whereas in other side Accenture is he's providing services to different company like accent is providing to data like this payroll things accounting things it supports so everything so Accenture is mostly provide services to this product based company and they charges to the sh so whenever you are like employed in accenter you are going to work from a different company which is called as a client company so so it's totally depend on how is your manager in Accenture how is your client and how much stable is the project is if the project is very new obviously you will learn a grade and the thing is that you also need to you know there is more unstable things the project like you know some any day there is some changes so what are the three things I I want to highlight is the first and most important thing is how the project was like the project is stable or like you know it's not like new project and second thing is is your manager if do things fall in the right place then I think accent is a great place to work and the most important thing is in onboarding also Accenture will tell you that Accenture work like fully support work from home but the thing is that it's depend on the project uh like if I uh remember one of my friend he has uh his laptop but it only work when he reaches Accenture like it will only work from Office only so there will be no chances that in future also he can get work from home opportunity but other things I have seen many peoples who started in the starting they joined Accenture it was work from office but they performed well for which Accenture uh given them the work from home opportunity okay uh now let's discuss about how to apply in Accenture like I'll share like what is the right way you should uh you should apply in the Accenture so that your application will be not blocked or like you know it will not stop your future uh future opportunity so the first method will be portal so this is the least me method I'll suggest like you go to Accenture portal and directly apply to the portal so why because if in Portal your application is pending then even if you got a call from no or like you know HR directly called you that time you they cannot process your application because already your profile is there in the pending so until unless you you are able to withdraw that application no further application can be processed so I have seen personally in case of some of my friend even if they get a call they didn't proceed it just because they have a pending uh application so that's why I'm telling please try race three method if it is you are unable to you know find any then the last method you should apply is the vortal okay then noer so noer is uh basically you create a profile if the HR found out you in the noer he will connect with you he call you and the thing is that the uh it will be much faster because you immediately process your application and it will be done and the next method you can try is reference reference is you just connect with someone in LinkedIn and ask them to refer you in this stage I have a suggestion that suppose I am from Finance so I'll always try to find some guy in finance field only and tell them to refer refer me so it is the best way that HR will be uh respond to your application and it is the it the chances of you're getting the short list of the interview will be more or you can call HR so how can you call the HR so suppose your friend is getting a number you know call from the HR but his friend is not interested so you please request your friend to give that HR number and be please polite with your that HR and try to explain that you are searching for this job and this is relevant so that's why you are calling and always try to don't put your friend's name because it will be not a good things but the point is that if you call to HR directly and he needs you the that HR can directly schedule your interview so this is the the fastest way you can the interview can be scheduled so that's why I'm telling first you try with noer because noer is not you in your hand in your hand is to create a good noer profile so if you're not getting a call then try with reference or like calling an HR if three doesn't work or you didn't get any result from this then the last method you should apply is directly applying in the portal so applying in the portal will be the last option if you got short listed and uh you got interview sched then it will be well and good and this is also not a worst thing because I have one know few peoples they have like all other method is not working and after that in the end they got short listed from the portal only they applied in the portal and uh the interview got s and they are selected in the Accenture so this is the uh summary about how to apply in the Accenture so if you want to know more detail about how
