Taking a look at the new PWHL logos and team names

all right check it out let's uh take a look at the new pwl logos and team names here ladies and gents that's right they have been released I'll definitely take a look at the uniforms as well but let's get into this I'm gonna give my thoughts and opinions I'm gonna rate them and you know see how they all look so I'm going spoil them all right here off the bat got Boston Minnesota Montreal New York Ottawa Toronto now I'm probably going to butcher some of these names Montreal especially I think they're supposed to be the Montreal Victory it's victori [Music] Victor Victor D Montreal I probably butchered that if I did I'm sorry but that's the Montreal team name you got the B Fleet the Minnesota Frost New York Sirens Ottawa charge and what is that the Toronto scepter scepter I could be wrong is that the yeah the the scepter interesting okay well let's look at the uh logos individually let's start with my hometown Boston Fleet reading the comments here and uh Rob Eno replies it's the Whaler's logo rotated 45 degrees yeah I kind of see it you you tilt your head to the side a little bit right you tilt your head to the side you can kind of see the Whalers logo a little bit I'm not going to lie you can kind of see it just a little bit there I mean it's not bad I would say it's it's pretty cool it's clean I like it I would rate it I'd probably give it a six out of 10 I'm reading the comments and a lot of people are saying it's the Whaler's logo turn around on this guy this isn't the Whaler's logo sideways R way to ruin the fun bud I I kind of do see the Whaler's logo just a little just a little bit you can see the be but now I kind of see what people say it's forms a little bit of a w sailing towards Victory the forward leaning shape of the logo evokes a sail catching wind representing momentum and a Relentless drive for Success okay anchored in Heritage the Bold bee combined with a sideways anchor symbolizes Boston Rich Marine history and the enduring strength unity and Collective might of Boston's players and fans oh okay okay okay waves of resilience a wave pattern within the emblem adds depth and texture reflecting the dynamic energy of the ocean and the team's steadfast resilience I like it moving on now to the Minnesota Frost I mean it's not bad it's okay it kind of gives me again college logo Vibes a little bit I'm sorry I can't stop reading the freaking comments on the uh side the mascot needs to be an ice [Laughter] scraper I love that the mascot needs to be an ice scraper but n overall I like it if I would have rate it I mean it's not [Music] bad it's again it gives me college logo Vibes not gonna lie but I gotta give it a I'd say a six out of 10 it's not bad oh this text icicles and motion the stylized F captures the sharp angular essence of icicles embodying Minnesota's Embrace of the cold and deep connection to hockey okay cold Precision the logo sharp edges and points reflect the icy nature of frost mirroring the team's endurance and intensity okay depth of winner the dimensional form of the emblem adds texture and depth embodying the harsh beauty of Minnesota's Winters okay okay I mean again it's not bad it it gives me college logo Vibes a lot of these logos give me college logo vibes okay what the is this mess of a logo I do not like this what the where's the NY okay I kind of see the n and I see the y a little bit but I don't know about this one I don't know Sonic citycape where the is the cityscape what the logo embodies the team team's drive and invokes powerful sound of go siren the powerful sound of a go what what uh excuse me never in my life have I heard someone call a goal horn a siren H what whatever I'm kind of scratching my head on this one a little bit okay Bet fck sorry I had frogs in my throat iconic letter forms okay now that you remove all the in front of it I kind of see the NY it's the angular design of NY speaks to New York's bold and robust architecture I guess so okay I guess so not really waves of sound the reverberating s visually mimic sound waves symbolizing the city's consistent hum that looks terrible I'm sorry but that just looks terrible that this is a one out of 10 this is garbage okay this is garbage oh you know what I'll be nice and give it a two out of 10 but I'm sorry this is garbage it's it's too N/A cluttered it's just it's it's just too cluttered and too all over the place like what is this and why is the you can barely tell that says n y like you've got to look closely I don't know I just don't dig it man it's just no okay um it's not bad it looks simple and generic kind [Music] of I I I I I don't know though I don't know know a lot of people seem to not really like this and I mean it's not bad it's okay but I I'm reading the comments and everyone is saying that it's garbage like everyone is not a big fan of this I I I kind of see it though if you look closely it looks like an o that doesn't even look like a c although I see what they're doing though okay I see what they're doing the O for Ottawa and then the C okay what do we got electrifying power the monogram o reflects a spinning object charged with electricity intensity and the power the fans bring to every game uh oh wow wow two little lines we're describing two little lines the face cut in the O sub SLE I cannot read bro the faced cut in the O Subs toly introduced the letter c tying the design back to the team's name charge sorry I'm a I'm a Riri when it comes to reading big words but I I I okay wow sparking speed wow little spikes the spikes radiating from the O emphasizing forward momentum and the spirit of the city Advance Ottawa an Avent okay I kind of have to agree with the people though this is just it's it's not as bad as people say it's it's it kind of fits the team name the charge and it like you know it reminds me of like the Sonic ball you know they they I'm sorry they should have made their colors blue but just I don't know I don't know I guess I got to give this a four out of 10 even though people are saying this is the worst one oh sh someone on X in the comments says this so you entered in chat gbt Calgary Flames logo but with an O and see and then drew a logo like it does hands yeah I don't know man bro this looks like a big Taylor Swift logo TS what is the Toronto team secretly swifties I mean it's not bad I I think it's pretty cool it gives me Minnesota Twins Vibes somewhat too instead of the but instead of the uh instead of the uh TM it's TS I mean it's not bad I like it let's see what they have to say the logo is a monogram that seamlessly intertwines the letters T and S standing for Toronto and scepter respectively this monogram is not just a typographic choice but a symbol of power strength and Heritage oh is that what we're saying now the te is designed with angular and sharp lines conveying a sense of precision and precise the orb represents strength and an unyielding Quest For Excellence I mean it's not bad I I got to give it a a five out of 10 we we'll give it a 5050 split down the middle it it's not a bad logo I'm looking at the word Mark here yeah it's the word Mark's pretty cool I like the word Mark though we'll we'll take a look at all the word Marks here at the end let's move on to Montreal and finally Montreal oh I'm correct it is Montreal Victory ah okay because someone in the comments basically confirms what I have to say take some balls to literally name your team name win the Montreal Victory okay it kind of gives me uh DC United Vibes a little bit not going to lie but I like it I like it I give it a seven out of 10 I I like this I like the colors too oh I can't read this I can't read that is there an English version is there an English ver no there's not it's it's all in French well I guess I I I I'm sorry I I I don't speak French so I don't know what that says but here's monreal I I I can't read French so if someone in the comments can tell tell me uh what this this and this says that would be awesome I I can't read French so but now here is the word Mark for each and every team we did also see it at the uh bottom of the screen here but I mean the New York Sirens already we can give that a three out of 10 that's garbage utta a charge to make up for their chat gbt AI generated looking shitty logo uh the word Mark kind of makes up for it a little bit it kind of looks generic I'm not going to lie I mean at best I got to give it a three out of 10 some of the word Mark kind of looks lazy like with Toronto this this looks lazy it literally looks like someone that kind of looks like Times New Roman font and then I like Minnesota Frost I like the Minnesota Frost out of all of them I got to say the frost is number one Boston fleet's number number two Montreal they're not bad it's kind of smooth and generic looking so I got to give it hit that number three the scepter I give that a number four as much as I hate the New York logo I'll give it five and then I'm putting the utta a charge in six because I'm sorry the autoa charges word Mark logo just looks like the most generic logo imaginable like that just looks like clip art what the is that but ladies and gentlemen boys and girls there you guys go there is all the new pwl team names and logos I'm definitely going to check out the uniforms when those come out but uh I hope you guys
