this is my updated top 25 rankings heading into week one of the 2024 college football season and just FYI I made these rankings before the Thursday and Friday games of this week but I've actually changed my top 25 a good amount I made them more of a power ranking now in the preseason they were not a power ranking like for example I dropped Michigan down to 13 I don't have great expectations for the offense or quarterback play and I think they would lose to Kansas State and Miami on a neutral sight field if they played today a team that might be too high after watching the Thursday games is NC State at number 14 they played terrible against their FCS team and it took them a fourth quarter comeback to win the game but like I said these rankings were made before Thursday the only big drastic changes was having Florida State dropped out of these rankings and I also added Georgia Tech at number 23 but I am expecting some big changes after week one of this season
