Physical Education 105

hi my name is Nichole virzi and I am taking physical education 1l five this semester I am from Chicago Illinois I am taking this class because I have always been interested in fitness nutrition and I think this class will help me learn more about my health in general my favorite outdoor activity is hiking I grew up playing travel softball too so I always have liked doing sports outdoors the most exciting thing I will be doing this semester is teaching group exercise classes I teach boot camp and I also fill in for spin cycling and other strength and cardio exercise classes as well so come check them out at the Rec thank you
