an incredible weight loss Milestone since the show premiered it's been interesting to wonder how many pounds tamy has lost up until recently Tammy had lost 440 but Tammy was just getting started a big update on Tammy's weight was recently posted by Instagram influencing catlyn Foster in the posted clip which is titled weight loss Warriors several women walk on screen while the number of pounds they've lost appears super opposed on the screen beside them when Tammy steps into the frame the screen reads that the 1,000 old sisters he's in five star lost an incredible 500 the post has 3.7k likes so far Tammy shows off weight loss in purple in the olden days purple Dy was extremely expensive so purple clothes CL was worn almost exclusively by royalty since Tammy's nickname is Queen Tammi it's fitting that the color is flattering on the 1,000 old sisters season five star recently Tammy posted a Tik Tok of herself talking about the mental health challenges she faced while losing weight in the clip she's wearing a purple tie dye top the post has 1.6k likes so far and Tammy's caption reads in part on my transformation Journey I've faced moments where I've turned to food to cope when I'm feeling down it's something many of us struggle with and it can be tough to break that cycle the post appears to be a partnership with a self-help life coaching service called pop which seems like it's gear towards people who are trying to lose weight Tammy is the perfect spokesperson for such a service because she has always prided herself on being a good role model for her supporters however maybe she's lonely sometimes the good opinions of fans could mean too much to her as Chris Martin sang in Violet Hill tamy sounds like she's at peace in Tammy's recent post to her Instagram followers weight overcoming challenges and transforming your life are incredible achievements but in the process never forget who you are at your core the post has 6.6k likes though it's incredible that Tammy seems to have found inner peace it's concerning that she sounds like a completely different person losing 500 would change any posting about her friends during the late spring Tammy started posting about her friendship with 37-year-old Haley Michelle a psychic medium who Tammy met while receiving a reading the two women seemed to hit it off and spent time together alongside Tammy's sister ammy
