looking at the CMC injury once again Drew do you feel like we covered it enough or do you want to talk about like do you have concern over the CMC injury um oh yes okay I have major concerns I I do not believe I do not think CMC is playing this week we are playing Minnesota which is a artificial field yep I think that I do not think you're gonna see CMC play too many games on artificial field this year I think on grass he'll be playing I do not think he's playing on artificial field so um if you have CMC if you drafted him number one trade for Jordan Mason right now for people who don't know about this achilles tendonitis um do you know any other former players who had this type of injury oh yeah there's this guy he plays linebacker for us his name is Dre Greenlaw he had Achilles issues all year last year and then his Achilles ruptured while he was running onto the field to play football not playing football not in the middle of a play now he was running onto the field to play and his Achilles ruptured yep and if Christian mcaffrey ruptures his Achilles then this may be sacrilege but if I was the 49ers I would cut him because he's not coming back from that not in the way he is now and uh Kyle Shanahan is famous for finding these undrafted guys you know the 49ers KY Shanahan leads the league in yards and touchdowns by undrafted rookies since he came to the 49ers we find these guys all over the place uh Jeff Wilson Jr and U Matt breida and all these other guys so um Raheem moer was a special teamer until we made him into what he was and he's continued to do good but yeah I have big I have big time concerns for Christian mcaffrey and um I've often said that I think that he could have a long lasting career with the 49ers because I think later towards his career he could turn into more of a slot type guy for us on offense and not carry the ball as much but an Achilles injury for a running back is that is um Big Time problem so I do not expect him to play this week it's a short week we just played uh we're not practicing today and we have to fly to Minnesota for a 10: a.m. game yeah I would I would be absolutely shocked if he's active on Sunday yeah it sounds like he's goingon to be inactive you know and I would be concerned too as well especially for me who is unfortunately a Christian mcaffrey uh stockholder in fantasy so uh unfortunate did you get Jordan Mason uh yes I did someone was kind enough to trade to trade uh me uh for him so I appreciate that very much guy shout out to whoever that was you know what a guy what a guy um now looking at our last sting of the week through our weekly now
