[संगीत] नमस्कार पीसीएस इनशॉर्ट्स प्रोग्राम में आपका स्वागत है मैं हूं सोनाली आज का हमारा चर्चा का विषय है किस देश ने किया व्लादिमीर पुतिन को गिरफ्तार करने से मना सबसे पहले नजर डालेंगे हालिया खबर पर हालिया खबरों के अनुसार पूर्वी आर्थिक मंच के वार्षिक शिखर सम्मेलन में रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन शामिल हुए जहां कुछ देशों के दबाव के बावजूद मंगोलिया ने उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने से मना कर दिया बता दें कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय आपराधिक न्यायालय ने कथित युद्ध अपराधों के संबंध में रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन की गिरफ्तारी का वारंट जारी किया है गौर तलब है कि रोम संविधिक यानी रोम स्टेट्यूट के एक पक्षकार के रूप में मंगोलिया का कर्तव्य है कि वह वारंट का पालन करें आइए बात कर लेते हैं अंतरराष्ट्रीय आपराधिक न्यायालय यानी आईसीसी के बारे में यह विश्व का प्रथम स्थाई अंतरराष्ट्रीय आपराधिक न्यायालय है इसकी आधिकारिक तौर पर स्थापना 1 जुलाई 2002 में हुई थी यह रोम संविधिक एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय संधि द्वारा शासित किया जाता है यह सामान्यतः नर संघार युद्ध अपराध मानवता के विरुद्ध अपराध और आक्रमण का अपराध जैसे गंभीर अपराधों से संबंधित मामलों की जांच कर ता है इसका मुख्यालय नीदरलैंड के हेग में स्थित है अब बात कर लेते हैं रोम संविधिक यानी रोम स्टेट्यूट के बारे में इसे 7 जुलाई 1998 को 120 देशों द्वारा अपनाया गया था यह वर्ष 2002 में लागू की गई थी वर्तमान में रोम संविधिक के रूप में कार्य करती है यह प्रक्रिया और साक्ष्य के नियम एवं अपराध के स्वरूप को स्पष्ट करती है बता दें कि भारत चीन रूस एवं अमेरिका रोम संविद के पक्षकार देश नहीं है अब बात कर लेते हैं मंगोलिया के बारे में यह पूर्व और मध्य एशिया में स्थित एक देश है यह एक स्थल बद्ध यानी लैंड लॉक्ड देश है बता दें कि स्थल बद्ध देश चारों ओर से भूमि से घिरा होता है अर्थात जिसकी कोई समुद्री सीमा नहीं होती है इसकी राजधानी उलान बटोर है है इसके उत्तर में रूस से और दक्षिण पूर्व और पश्चिम में चीन से सीमा लगती है बता दें कि गोबी मरुस्थल चीन और मंगोलिया की सीमा पर स्थित है जो दुनिया के ठंडे रेगिस्तान में से एक है आइए नोट कर लेते हैं अभ्यास प्रश्न आईसीसी के संदर्भ में निम्नलिखित कथनों पर विचार कीजिए एक इसकी स्थापना 1 जुलाई 2012 को हुई थी दो इसका मुख्यालय नीदरलैंड के हेग में स्थित है उपर्युक्त में से कौन सा यहां से कथन सही है या फिर है केवल एक केवल दो एक और दो दोनों या फिर ना तो एक और ना ही दो इसका उत्तर हमें कमेंट सेक्शन में जरूर भेजिएगा मिलेंगे अगले एपिसोड में किसी नए टॉपिक के साथ तब तक के लिए बढ़ते रहिए एंड स्टे मोटिवेटेड [संगीत] डियर व्यूवर्स अपने एग्जाम की तैयारी को और बेहतर करने के लिए हमारे चैनल को लाइक शेयर और सब्सक्राइब करना ना भूले
