the alarming situation revealing that these criminals intimidate property management and collect rent directly from terrified tenants in regards to Aurora Colorado and the Hell's Angels MC Club heading that direction I put a lot of feelers out there with connections that I've had to see if that we could put any truth to these statements and so far I have been unsuccessful the rumors been going around for about 5 or days now Kaufman blames failed Federal border policies for allowing these dangerous elements into the community residents are living in fear with some even relocating to escape the violence surveillance footage from Fox Denver shows armed individuals patrolling an aurora apartment complex despite this Colorado governor Jared paus dismisses the concerns calling them a figment of imagination but the threat is real this is in Denver Colorado look at all of these migrants where do you think they're coming from where do you think they're coming from this is absolutely apartment building so they've basically extorted the landlords um now they're charging their own tenants they have their own own security as soon as somebody moves out they move another you know Venezuelan gang member basically in there of course I'm not going to say their name if you live in Colorado you can go see the building for yourself but it's ridiculous they've reached out to law enforcement they've reached out to the FBI they've reached out to the marshals and nobody can do nothing because simply they're they're scared like there's nothing you can do about it they have their guns walking around they got everything so we just going to go we going to go see I'll drive past it that's the start y'all are already know where I'm at there it is and basically they already charge like $11,000 a month for one a two-bedroom is like $1,500 a month so that already tells you how bad it is but they own all this you can see all these people out here chilling on their cars making calls all mind you this apartment building has like well over 500 units and they're all occupied all of them I love y'all I can't believe I'm doing this I can't believe I'm doing this so yes I don't know like what awareness there is to spread but the fact that this is going on um and there's nothing we can do about it and law enforcement is just as scared about it um that should tell you something so you know they charge whatever they want to charge they have security they have everybody so it's it's just ridiculous to think about Colorado you better watch out because this one known as Aspen Grove is a 99 unit Department complex is being shut down by the city for being a slum Lord but the owner a New York based firm that bought this property just back in 2019 is claiming it's not because he's a slum lord it's because the Venezuelan Gang has moved in and taken over this property they're holding people at gunpoint to collect rent they're moving people in as people are moving out it's part of the reason it's turned to Islam is because the people the owners can't take out send out maintenance to the property or collect their own right and the police won't evict them and the city won't help them in any way so the city's actually shutting it down from all the evictions just came out a week ago they closing the whole place down you think that's going to get any better no no no 40,000 illegal immigrants from Venezuela in Aurora alone and the crime is going up on day in day out gang violence stay tuned for more information on this one so there are several buildings actually under the same ownership out of state ownership uh that have fallen to these Venezuelan gangs uh I'm trying to walk it back and do the and do the investigation as to how the ven there's a concentration of Venezuelans uh uh in these these three buildings uh um somebody put them there and somebody funded it uh whether it's federal government or not we're trying to find out who these gangs apparently or are attracted to where there's a concentration of of uh Venezuelan migrants and so uh they've in fact have kind of pushed out the property management through intimidation and then uh collected the rents uh we have now um or have had uh it is ongoing U uh operations uh with uh a task force of local law enforcement State uh law enforcement partners and and federal law enforcement Partners uh to rot the mar and and arrests have been made but these operations are now are still ongoing with the arrests that have been made are these confirmed gang affiliated members you know they um the this is an organized criminal effort whether it's trende aragua uh that remains to be to be seen but it really doesn't matter I mean if they're if they're you know Venezuelan migrants and they're and they're conducting crime in an organized they were problem so okay so you're able to confirm that they this this Venezuelan Venezuelan gang hasn't taken over at least some of the buildings you're saying at least two of the three and what I just heard from you is you don't know how they ended up there and you even made a suggestion that they could have been sent there by by like by federal officials I heard you suggest I mean do you have any reason to believe that to be the case so here's the here's the problem I think we're a victim of of a fail policy at the southern border because uh what you have I Venezuelan does not coord to my law enforcement Venezuela does not cooperate with the United States in Sharing criminal histories um you had a third of the country leave you've had these massive waves of of migrants coming across the border that that many of them crossed the border illegally were arrested uh asked for political Asylum uh we're not adequately vetted we released into the country um the city of Aurora we did everything we could to to to quite frankly keep them out of out of the city because it's not our problem this is a federal problem this is a problem born by the federal government uh but what I think what we're trying to to find out and what I believe occurred was that AG federal agencies worked with some of our local nonprofits uh and put them there um now most of these people are very good good people um but there there's a criminal element that from what I understand what law enforcement is reing that often follows them uh intends to exploit them with in their own migrant community and so we believe that that is happening uh now now it's we are the 51th largest city in America with over 400,000 population this is only several apartment complexes but nonetheless I'm not going to surrender any part of this city to a criminal element with all du respect it's no longer I mean just in the hands of the feds when you've got um we've heard reports that this Gang has green lad its members to attack your local police what are you doing about that mayor well you know we're aware of that in the different metropolitan area that that there are elements of trend araga um here uh and so uh you know we're in terms of how our police operate the tactics that that what they're what they're doing to protect themselves uh is is you know is is our number one priority as you said a moment ago two NYPD officers were shot by a man living out of a migrant cell shelter that man Bernardo rul Castro mat after his arrest actually identified himself as a member of TR and allegedly told police that he crossed the US border came to New York and when he got to the shelter in the city the 19-year-old was recruited by the gang to commit robberies and even given a gun now Castro ma also told investigators that gang leaders actually instructing a lot of their members here in the US especially here in New York City to bring guns into shelters and they're able to do so relatively easily by utilizing food delivery services because food is not scanned uh through the security system at these shelter so this is obviously a growing concern not only here in New York City but again across the country from the west coast to the east coast we do know federal agencies are on this and trying to work with local officials to curb this growing gang activity and you see what's going on in Colorado I don't know if anybody got to see Aurora I mean they're taking over the city they're taking over apartment complexes these are young very tough people these are tough they make our criminals look nice that's the only thing good about them our criminals are like nice people by comparison and uh if you saw the Colorado thing and this is actually condemned because of the code violations now what tenants was saying is that they that they were threatening the management or the people that was over the building and not allowing staff to come into the building to like fix it up and things of that nature Sanctuary City so Colorado is um a sanctuary city and what that does is it limits um I don't know how much of it it is true but I heard that they were waiting for the older tenants to to move out and then they were move they would move in other tenants and would be taking the money and rent from those tenants now also in Denver I'm hearing that they broke into many gun stores and they are trying to do the same thing in Denver not only that um we have to be mindful of who we we let all of those younger age um men come over to
