so I think I take the things that I hear from advising and I I I kind of observe what the students are doing maybe what questions they have and then I try to implement that in my classes right because I want to catch those questions and challenges earlier okay right so if my juniors are coming to me with those questions I want to prepare my first year students with those questions and resources so I would say probably flip for me
