Crab Shack in Tybee Island GA (Gators,Tiki Stuff & More)

[Music] hello and welcome to another episode of the highway ghost today I'm out on Tabby Island off the coast of Georgia and tby Island Georgia has a really cool restaurant it's called The Crab Shack and the entrance is quite famous the Giant Crab but today we're going to be looking at the alligators they have live alligators here and they have a lot of TIY stuff cuz it is the tropical part of the world so let's go look around this guy is super super cool he's been out here for a while I love tiki masks and Tiki Hut stuff and I asked the waitress you can buy like little snacks for the alligators but currently since this is November the alligators are going into hibernation mode so they're not going to be jumping out of the water and doing the feeding and stuff like that but we can still check them out the Crab Shack where the elite eating their bare feet they have these little lagoons out here for the alligators and you can usually like during the warmer season you can do like cane pole feedings it says C poles are feeding the alligators [Music] thankfully that one's not real yeah it's a very beautiful beautiful place and the food's really good here too if you like Low Country bow and seafood and stuff like that the Crab Shacks where you want to come I like that old sign over there it says monkey see monkey do be nice to our gators and others will too cool light there's some little alligators what's up guys they're loving the sunshine they're bathing in the sun look at him there's a little guy out there he's got his own little Lighthouse what's up dude there's something going in the water right now he's kind of creeping down wow I don't have any snacks tried to get you a snack but you're supposed to be [Music] hibernating check that guy out close this thing to a dinosaur we got left alligators and Komodo dragons this is cool then over here they've got like a little Lagoon [Music] waterfall came up in the backgrounds and just so Musical and so theb so well different dimension different genre line about the Ros he's sleepy he's like oh the sun feels so good today [Music] no he does not he not waste anything this that might have been an entree on the next but was a I got you there's the restaurant right in there and then this is a really cool Tiki mask this says world record alligator 19 ft 2 in captured on Marsh Island Louisiana in 1890 by Edward Avery Ned MC Henny son of the inventor of tabasco hot sauce nice I doubt that's the original but either way it's cool looking loving these old weathered Tiki Lodge tropical roadside Decor I guess wow that's a mouthful looks like a big fish wow there's the crab shot guy check him out Captain Crab here's the Tiki Bar son check that out it's got the captain on it really cool Tiki Bar some cool looks like some really good recipes for drinks so if everybody likes to get a mixed drink they got a good little Tiki Lodge here so this is pretty cool and then over on the other side they have um arcade bird look at a tropical bird Shack what's up what's up hey what's up hello bye Gilbert hello bye does he talk hi Gilbert hello I'm going byebye how's it going nice meeting you nice meeting you us to come in hi over HT bye a I got go byebye did you just say byebye hie Gilbert nice meeting you Gilbert wow what do we got here captain and gret peekaboo which one is Captain hello hey very cool his to it it is one you never know what's going to be the the your fin statement but this is this is beautiful boat owners only I don't own a boat so I can't go but it's very pretty out here I'm loving those Tiki guys check them out have so much Tiki stuff out here I like Tiki Lodge stuff I collect it just cuz it's interesting and weird it's another end of the dock out here where you feed the Gators got such a nice spot in the cemetery when he died because because he wasn't as big a deal same bar on the entire Island as he was in Europe and in France and they still still okay who got bries so that he got that flap at the cemetery so there sort of that aspect of it as well really F okay guys that was a look around at the Crab Shack out here on tyby island if you want to see more about tyby Island I've got a full tour video that I did a while back on the last trip down it's actually located in my random travel videos is a tab all in Georgia tour well that's about it for this trip down so I'm off to see some more stuff and I hope you've enjoyed watching please like subscribe and share with your friends and like always thanks for watching I'm The hway Ghost and stay tuned for more strange travels
