just from the outside will right over here oh Su Austin sorry no worries it it felt like just us watching that maybe there was I don't know more options on at your disposal if the Playbook was a little bit more open than week one to week two like is that just the slow buildup of an offense and being able to do more things the as the week goes on the year goes on I yeah I think you know every week's different and you know our game plan going into this game was definitely different than last week um you know and and I think you know the same can be said about you know whoever we play next Marshall um you know but you know I think I don't I don't think necessarily that we did anything different or anything new or tried to like open anything up you know I think we still had probably just as much in the first game you know really also is just you know how the game's going and you know sometimes some of the more exotic stuff's working you know this game we we ran the ball really well and you know we were able to establish a really good run game um you know and that that was great um but yeah I I I think part of yeah you know we're evolving every week and we're we're taking the things that work and the things that don't and and learning from it whatnot um but yeah I think I think I think we did a good job evolving and I think just overall we just played cleaner you know to start the game over to the left Rob Aller Columbus Dispatch is there a limit to Evolution how good this offense can be I mean I'm not sure there is but I'm sure you'll find something I really I I truly I I don't think there is you know I think I think I think we played well tonight but the thing is there's still some plays that we left out there you know um still some some plays that you know some meat we left on the bone you know and I think that's the exciting thing about this team is that you know we have so much talent and so many guys that are doing so many good things um you know but we we still can build on it and grow and and become a better team and I think that's the exciting thing is that we're we're never satisfied where can you improve and what do you what hurts more the the miss throw or the or the made throw in terms of like what what do you remember coming out of a game like this oh yeah the Miss throw 100% like the that that throw I under threw to Jeremiah that's going to like really hurt me for a little bit but I mean you know I think I played a pretty clean game for the most part but yeah like coming out of a game like that like those are the ones that sting of the newness of everything and doing everything for the first time how more comfortable did you feel today on game day and I guess how did you feel that materialized on the field so much so much more comfortable like I just felt settled into the routine of everything you know the routine was was set and I knew what it was I didn't I didn't feel surprised by anything and I think you know the same can be said about a lot of us you know last week being new guys quote unquote even coach Kelly you know like there's some new coaches you know everyone's kind of figuring you know Finding their their way and and finding their feet um you know but this week was was a lot better cuz we got the same routine and it's great to get into a routine and know you know I'm a big routine person whether it's dayto day or on a game day or whatever like I just like to have a routine and when when you can settle into that routine and know what what's what to expect what's coming like it it just settles your mind down a little bit and you don't have as many like Jitters and you know I think I think you saw that today second row left Jeff Gilbert press Bros um what was it like getting to throw the ball the first four plays of the game and what did that drive do for you guys I mean you just you just kept going going and never never slowed down what was the impact of that drive I think it was good you know I I like to get early completions and you know easy completions and I think we did a good job of getting me a couple of just easy completions you know and just letting letting the guys you know let just facilitating getting the ball out of my hand you know I think the first one I probably could have just gave to Trey and and let him run but um you know it's all it's all it's all good and and you know I think I think we started off really fast you know got some got some good plays um and we're able to we're able to move the ball down the field well uh over to the right uh Steven means cleveland.com well I don't know how many completions you've ever had to start a game off like that but you hit your first 10 as a quarterback when you get into a rhythm like that early like how are you feeling out there are you in it you know you feel like you can kind of not H hit anything out that point you feel like you're in the zone you know especially when you get a couple of easy completions early um you know it just feels it settles you down you know and you just feel like you're settled in you know it doesn't feel like um you know you're guessing or anything it just you know for me just get kind of get into into a rhythm you know and once I make a couple throws couple completions you know it it just everything kind of metric letes and and just you know it just it of heavy sets today do you like that three tight ends four tight ends I love it man I love it I love I love getting in that heavy stuff and and running the ball and especially because that usually means we're in either short yardage or in the red zone and we in that a lot today which is great um and we made made some good plays but I always say you know it's great to throw a touchdown it feels awesome it's a you know it's a great feeling but there's nothing quite like running a touchdown in and feeling the crowd and and celebrating with your teammates in the end zone like there's no feeling Jeremiah and that sets when your timing's better helps set up some of those bigger what do you think maybe contributed to that just the overall time with you guys I think you know I think we were just settled in from the start and I think the way that we started kind of helped us get into a rhythm faster and I think you know when I'm on time you know when my my feet are moving you know even a couple plays T night you know there plays where my feet you know kind of go dead and I may you know not not be as accurate on on that throw and there's there's you know some certain certain things that you know I know I need to keep working on but you know I think that we were able to get into a quick Rhythm and get a couple completions and and uh you know from there it's just you're able to through what their relationship is like kind of from from your eyes yeah it's it's pretty cool man it's uh you know sometimes it's funny I don't even know which one of them is out there on the field until I like look to my right I'm like oh shoot Q's out here oh it's Tre you know like whoever it it they're so interchangeable it's unbelievable like and the the coolest thing about those two is that there's zero like ego anything like those two are like probably each other like they're very tight and I know that they get along super well like those two like just kind of embody what this culture is about you know and how they how they work together they don't care who gets all the you know the rushes or who scores a touchdown or who you know obviously tonight they they both did and did a great job um and our o line I mean o line played outstanding today I thought I thought they they stepped up and and really really played well and moved those guys off the line um but it's cool man it it when when you got two running backs like that they're pretty interchangeable and have a really good relationship it's and are as talented those as those two are I mean they're both freaks like it's pretty fun uh two more questions Bill Rabino it's Columbus Dispatch question obviously last week uh you played fine but not like the breakout he had tonight what stands out the most you about his talent and maybe just the way I mean you both are obviously first year players here um about his adjustment here here yeah I think you know me and Q we we same could be said about Seth and and Cas will casmer and you know Caleb came in a little later but that was kind of the group that I came in with you know it was Q it was will casare it was Seth you know those were kind of the guys that were initially there when we first got there so we we definitely bonded pretty quickly and the two of us you know I think we get along really really well I love Q he's he's my guy man and and I think he set he settled in too this week you know he finally kind of was like all right you know I'm I'm I'm coming able and and did his thing you know and I think you guys saw some of the elusiveness that he has and and the ability to break tackles I think the thing that makes him and Trey both so dangerous is that they're not only fast and quick but they're strong man and they're going to not run over guys they're going to you know run around them run through them like they they both are are super like multifaceted and I think you were able to see that tonight they they both had a very good game and final questions Tim may let him in a roll yeah falling up a little bit on that with with quinon when he plants his foot and goes I mean what's it like to watch that at field level if you follow my drift yeah it's uh it's fun it's it it's like watching a highlight tape like on the field it's pretty cool like you know when I when I when I saw Jeremiah catch that ball and the safety fell down I was like he's gone it's a touchdown like there's no question and then you know when Q goes out there on that a speed option that should have been a touchdown but I'm not going to talk about that but um you know on that one like he puts his foot in the ground and I mean he like there's no doubt in my mind those guys are going to score you know like they they the guys like that man they just find a way to score and Q is so much like that you know he's just he he you know he's gonna he's going to go out there and make some make some special plays and what quick uh the Deep one to Jeremiah and then the one to galani you know what I mean uh was that just a matter of trying to be too fine you know from your Vantage Point or I think you know just trying to place it yeah just just not not just letting it rip you know I think sometimes can be my problem a little bit if I'm just trying to be too perfect and especially on deep balls you know if I just let it I think the one to galani I think I was you know I was trying to trying to layer the ball and put it over top and and not get it you know get it over the linebackers but I just got to know that you know the linebackers are up and I you know I can just put it on them but you know I think overall you know there there's we played a good game you know I'm I'm very satisfied with how it went but you know I think the the overwhelming message is that there was still meat on the bone and that you know we we feel good about it but you know there's still so much to improve on and I'm excited to get into the film and look at what we
