hello once again and welcome back to Triple G Sports replays uh today we are going to continue our 2020 Masters replay it is day three and we're going to be seeing hole number two and number one with a group of uh not quite the the the last group but will'll be some of the better players that are left out here in the field so we're going to be on hold number two is a par five 57 5 yard dog leg left uh handicap is a five so it is one of the harder holes here on the course um on this whole T off is going to be Roy McIlroy he uh finished day two at one over he has birdied the first hole so he is even now for the tournament and also playing as Tyrell Hatton he started out even for the tournament he bogied the first hole so he's at one over and so Rory gets the honors and since he birdied the hole he does have a momentum he can use so let's see what he can do to put him in the best shape knowing he's going to get the best shot possible so 300 yards is right here so we want to see if and there we got plenty of room let's see if a driver can do something so his he's a two on the woods so that would be 280 and then he would go right 15 5 10 15 and he would get a roll of 30 5 10 15 20 25 30 and that would put him right out here with his driver at 310 right 15 and that's a fairway hit we're going to take that for sure all right two Fairways two Fairways hit for him so that'll bring up Tyrell now he bogied he does have a momentum he can use and he's a wood of a five so that would put him at 260 left 15 5 10 15 and then a roll of 25 5 10 15 20 25 that's going to put him right here he's going to be 38 285 right 15 and so that's going to be another Fairway hit for him two Fairways two hits all right so haton the furthest out we need to get him on this line from here and these are three so it's going to be one two three there one two three there where's he end up at one two three back so he's going to be right here that would be the line to get in line with here all right and we draw back here so we can see easily where we're at so we need it's a par five but he has a shot of getting on this Greener getting somewhere close so let's see it'd be 2550 751 2550 752 2550 275 well he won't be able to do that with a driver or with this 3-wood um he's a five which would be 245 and 20 roll so he's going to end up somewhere in here which is all right so I think here is where he can end up at so we're going to be going down this line we're going to have to try to work the ball back excuse me and we need to see one two three these These Are A Three Dog legs so for the pin and if we aim for here if he is short and left I mean we're in the sand so we need actually probably need to aim for right here so we bring him over one more so we're we're going to aim that's a 26 26 on the approach is 24 and that's going to be 6 foot minus the roll of one die so 6 feet minus a two he's four feet from the pin beautiful approach shot so he's got his first green and Regulation and he is putting for birdie from four feet that's going to bring up Hatton now we said we're not in the sand but we're too close to go for the pin we got to move to the center line so one two three and back and so we're going to go 5 10 15 20 feet now when you go for an approach if you're 20 ft or less it's going to measure in feet so even though it's looks like we're aiming here it's going to give us a a result within feet so we're actually it's you're close enough you can go for the PIP is what it equates to so from a 20 yard approach for Hatton that's a 14 that's going to be a 15 he's going to be 9 fet from the cup and that's a green in regulation for him as well all right two balls on the green Hatton is going to putt first with the nine-footer and he's going to go for it cuz this is a birdie putt a 12 is a 22 going for it and that's a b which means he only makes it if it was for bogy or higher so he's going to miss it and get a tap in and he basically gets two putts for par so he's still one over on the day one over on the tournament we got McIlroy with a four-footer for birdie and 44 is an eight that's in so he one putts two birdies in a row for Rory he's now two under on the day one under on the tournament and sitting and working his way up the leaderboard all right now we're going to bring out hole number one hole number one is a straight par 4 455 yards handicap of seven so it's it's on the harder side uh on this hole we're going to see Justin Thomas who is even on the tournament and Tony Fina who's two under Tony's been battling the lead the whole the whole day two here here behind our leaders and the leaders are colen maawa and Matt Fitzpatrick at the minus three so he's only one off the lead now feno gets the honors and you know let's see this is the perfect spot to be we don't want to be stuck back here but we we got plenty of room to land so what's going to get end up where we end up about 250ish out feno's got a three wood rating that's a fivewood if we hit a good fivewood we're going to end up somewhere in here with a good shot to go for the green so Fina with a three wood there's no wind on this hole and he's going to tea up and see he's he tends to be 50/50 we'll just let him go right down the middle a 31 is a three he hit it right on the screws he's going to get his perfect t- shot so that's 235 it's going to go left 10 we can cut in half let call it five and a roll of 10 510 he is 245 left five he hits his first Fairway of the day and he's sitting in good shape we're going for pin one right here dead center perfect spot to go for right in the middle of green all right that's going to bring up Thomas he's a three so he's going to do the same thing he's going to try to hit his three wood uh he tends to go right a little bit but we got lots of room to the right so we're okay and his shot a 24 is a 15 so a 15 is going to go 205 it's going to go left 20 5 10 15 20 right on the edge of the green roll 15 5 10 15 he's right here and that's going to put him at 220 left 20 and he is on The Fairway Fairway hit first one of the day all right so now let's get him to the center line 5 10 15 and back in there all using five Woods on that last hole and he's going to keep that fivewood in his hand and he is going to try to H him right down the middle get get on that green a 55 is a two so that's going to go 245 You're On The Fringe you're going to put it from there so we're going to say that he is 20 40 ft minus 8 he's 32 ft out I'm not going to give him a green and regulation cuz I think he's on the front R a three so we're going to hit a four iron for him here again there's no wind we're going right down the center a 22 is a two he hit her stiff so that's going to go 210 in the air 25 50 75 1 25 50 75 birdie that's a green and Regulation and they're both close enough to be putt so let's start with Thomas now he's got a 32f footer for birdie you aren't going to go for that um let's just get it close get our par pars are good all right so Thomas with a putt from 32 ft just off the green 34 is a 29 he's going to be four feet short all right now for Tony he's got a 10-footer for birdie you know he's going for it and he lines it up a 36 is a 24 and he rolls it two feet past just misses okay Justin Thomas a 4 foot knee knocker for par 12 is 22 and that's in he gets two putts for par even on the day even on the tournament Tony fenal needs knocking his two footer 64 is a 30 and that thing barely goes in ring goes around the hole for an allaround good putt just about missed it though two putts for
