[Music] well yeah I mean uh haven't been really serving well the first two matches here so I'm still kind of trying to find that Rhythm and Tempo on the serve um you know if if you don't have a a good percentage of first serves in you have to work on your for your points particularly against a player like Jed who is um really good from Baseline uh from both ends forehand and backhand just a very solid player likes to to to to attack but he's also comfortable um defending and last year I remember we had a five Setter and uh so I knew coming into the match that you know if I don't serve well which was the case I'm going to have to really grind and work for my points a lot and that's what I guess caused uh the two sets to be played over two hours you know uh in the end and not not the kind of finish that we players or crowd wants to see but I think it's probably due to that physical battle that we had in the opening two sets so um all in all I think um you know of course I have to be happy with the win and happy that in the important moments I managed to uh play one ball more than him over the net um find find I guess find the right shots or anti dissipate well as I did in the set point in the second set lucky was lucky that he missed that forehand was quite quite easy forehand but you know that's that's tennis you know when you are fighting and playing long rallies and then you know the pressure mounts when you have that important point that you have to play the shots then normally you would nine out of 10 you wouldn't miss then you miss and yeah I mean um the matches are only going to get tougher from here I know that but you know I'm I'm you know I I'll I'll find my way as I as I have done uh many times in my career okay Craig like um Alexi in the next round it'll be the third time this year what are your thoughts on that the previous two were four Setters yeah I'm happy to win four set another time and don't get me wrong um but you know it keep he keeps on getting closer and closer you know knocking on that door he's really good player uh has improved a lot he's won his first Masters in Canada and just uh we always knew he has a big serve in forehand but I think his backand and his movement improved a lot so he's much better defending and he's more consistent he doesn't make as many errors as he used to so just overall uh you know great improvement from his side and uh he's he's pumped he's you know confident and he he show shows that and he's been playing some great tennis so no no reason for him not to believe that he can you know put up a great performance and and he's going to go for the win I know that but I know what to expect as well you know we played as you said a couple of times and going to of course do my homework analyze those matches and uh see what needs to be done athletic you have the last question I know back luas we with the athletic there was a fan sitting Courtside wearing a world against Nole shirt a jokovic Messi Jordan and I'm curious if if you know him if he's been other tournament supporting you and how that support just helps you maybe in difficult moments during the match I've seen him around I mean I don't know him personally but you know I'm grateful his for his support um yeah it's all I can say you know he's uh seems to be coming by himself and you know producing some interesting uh designs on his shirts um so yeah you know I signed a couple of his shirts and thanked him for his support [Music]
