so UFC fight night caner versus baral who just took place and this is my reaction to the card so there was 11 fights on the whole entire card main card and prelims with five finishes now the main card itself was pretty exciting because there was a lot of finishes on that card but starting off with the main event Jared caner versus Kyle bral who what a great fight this was very competitive now I got my prediction wrong for this I thought Jered caneer would have beat him by decision it was a close fight though so wasn't that bad of a prediction H I thought Jared caner was just more experienced than him had followed the elite level for a lot longer than him and I just thought caner was underrated I thought he's being overlooked after that am marov loss I thought a lot of people were just on caner saying the guy's too old which In fairness he is 40 years of age but kir has great takedown defense and he is very technical on the feet as well and just going off Kyle bral whose recent performances like he finished Paul Craig like majority of people do do you know what I mean so it's kind of hard to to take that win like comparing him to fighting Jared caneer if that makes sense then he had abos mag off before that and he went all three runs with him which I just didn't think was a good look looking back on it because yes abos had a lot of hype when he came into the UFC but the guy has like 15 seconds of cardio so it just didn't look good but anyway any issues I had with brell who was answered last night this guy is tough this guy is very durable he's a great Striker as as well didn't really get to see him use as grappling which I thought would have been a big factor in this fight but he didn't really do that starting off in round one perfect round for baralho just using that jab in the South Post St Jared caner really struggled with that for the entire fight the jab was the main thing in this fight right here bralo didn't really throw many combinations it was mainly Jabs and working his kicks uh in this first round he landed two great calf kicks as well one that knocked J kind of near nearly off balance and one that completely took him off his feet from the Orthodox STS that's what he was doing well uh obviously there was that eye poke in there as well in the first round BR who yeah I mean both guys were doing it though were coming in with their fingers pointed out H that is going to be an issue it's an issue in every UFC fight majority of the time let's be honest a lot of times this happens r one was definitely Kyle brell who's rued H Jared caneer just was not active in there in that round in the second round though caner came out guns blazing uh PIR had a lot of success in the South Pole stance when he would match bro in there this was his run definitely he was on the front foot line and big big shots in there uh at time just thought bralo was maybe hurt H whatever the whoever done the canvas this week for the UFC H they need to be fired because in the main event in particular they kept slipping a lot of people like bisb and the guys in commentary were saying is bral who hurt but he's like wiping his feet because he's slipping see a caner at one point he slipped and fell over in the fight H but round two nonetheless was a Jared caner round now round three was where I got a bit interested you were able to see Kyle bralo start using his knees in there again though very very close competitive RS the Jabs were working really well for bralo when he started introducing those knees it started working really well for him Jared caner was Landing Big Shots though you could see that baralho was feeling the effects you could see the marks on his face baralho was getting caught up in there then you go into round four again another very competitive round at that point in my opinion I thought it was 2-2 going into the fifth H BR who's Corner were very honest with him see with Jared can's Corner no one was bullshitting each fighter in there they're being honest which is good to see they said that it was um what am I saying I've just went blank yeah they said it was 22 sorry going into that round now previously I think it was at the end of round three Jared caner did get hurt by bralo when bralo was through that one two he did hurt Jared but he just didn't throw it enough it was mainly just Jabs and kicks he was throwing but caner made a a great recovery sorry in the fourth round I believe then we headed into the fifth round this was a baralo round obviously you've seen him hit Jared caner with that onew caner very weird the way he reacted the guy kind of like fell like a cartoon character but anyway went to the mat bralo went down there this maybe shows a bit of his inexperience in there he could have got caner out of there in my opinion if he had just stuck with a gring pawn now caner was defending himself but if bra had kept with the grounding point he definitely would have got can ofir out of there although he opted to go for an arm triangle which was a bit weird because he didn't have the room to his right but nonetheless he went forward to try and show off his grappling skills and get caner out of there just maybe a bit of inexperience on bral who's part to just not continue with the grounding point in my opinion anyway although he did have that shoulder pressure on caner and a point I thought caner might have went out but caner done a good job letting the referee know that he was safe keeping himself safe keeping himself in the fight and yeah that was it bralo won by decision great win now he's going to be ranked number five I'd say in the middleweight division caner two back toback losses he's 40 years of age what's next for him I don't know he's still got a lot to give though even though he has 40 years of age that was a great performance from him the guy cardio wise look great in there brho showed that he can go a hard five rounds as well uh yeah bro's going to be interesting to see what is next for him there were some things in his striking that I didn't really like the fact that he's constantly reaching out and that sou po St he kept reaching out grabbing canan's hand H maybe more sophisticated why was I going to say that word maybe more like Elite Strikers and caner will be able to exploit that in bral who's game and catch him because he is hitable H but that's just me nitpicking I mean the guy had a great performance in there against caner overall Neil M Michael Morales sorry beat Neil Magny in the first round by TKO great win for him that will be him now ranked inside the top 15 of the wild thewe division then you've got Gerald meard who got the submission win over Edmond shabazian he was a big Underdog in this fight H got the sub in the second round edman shabazian what happened to that guy like I remember a point in time everyone was saying he was the next big thing crazy fall off but nonetheless this was a good fight night card what's next for bral who I'm not too sure maybe the loser of Brandon Allen am MAV of could be a possible fight I know arisna had been talked about he's not a big enough name to fight arisna in my opinion and the loser of Robert Wier hamay might end up getting the Arisa fight so maybe the loser of uh Allen versus amov is what's going to be next for bralo but he's a serious Talent like H that
