hey hey big news the Astros have decided to solve their Outfield issues by resigning relever Hector nerys all jokes aside I'm actually really excited to have Hector nerys back I think probably a lot of that has to do with Nostalgia as much as it has to do with Effectiveness NYS a member of the roster in 2022 and 2023 particularly awesome in 20122 pitched enough innings in 2023 for his team option toest into a player option took his talents to Chicago has been average there strikeouts have been down and walks have been up so the Cubs actually just decided to outright release him that's probably as much because he was about to reach that vesting option on his Innings as well so they just decided to cut him loose so Hector nerys is back I do think he will provide uh a much needed above average arm and a pin that is pretty taxed right now until we get Ryan Presley back so still no Outfield issues still no offensive issues but fan favored Hector nerys back in Houston
