the most solemn ceremonies occur when the president of the United States or the president's design lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to Mark the national observance of Memorial Day veterans day or some other special occasion refls by other public figures and organizations take place although most are not marked with the same ceremonial pump of the state events very interesting obviously this is debatable but what's not debatable is who is not attending this ceremony there's one person in attendance that I did not see there and uh I don't know if you guys saw him there or not but that's pretty telling isn't it and he guesses who this one person would be that should be there but isn't there that should be there it's clearly Joe Biden where's Joe Biden where is he
