Linkin Park Returns with new Album From Zero | The Emptiness Machine | Touring, Merch & More!!

so we officially reached a brand new era within the Lincoln Park Community as today on Thursday September 5th Lincoln Park has made a Revival to the Lincoln Park name after the passing of late Chester Bennington who is basically my all-time favorite singer in Lincoln Park being my favorite band of all time someone who has loved listening to Lincoln Park since probably the zero days the fact that we're getting a brand new Lincoln Park album called from zero with a brand new uh lineup it's very exciting Bittersweet and on top of that it's I guess you can say I'm pretty excited I'm nervous I'm scared the emotions are just riding all over the place and there's a lot to look over and go over within the the Lincoln Park uh scenario because if you guys have been following along in the past week Lincoln Park has made a countdown on their social medias about something to be a part of which a lot of people were speculating all these different rumors but today they went live on their YouTube channel and talked about or should I say performed uh iconic Lincoln Park songs with a brand new uh style and aesthetic to the new journey of this Lincoln Park era uh including a brand new lead singer Emily Armstrong from the band dead Sarah on top of that adding a new Drummer named Colin Brittain so if you go on Lincoln Park's Wikipedia page and of course this is is the standard Lincoln Park um Wikipedia page where it has all their information and their upbringing but the thing that I find very interesting about this is that if you look at the past members it says Mark W Wakefield who we've already known about and Chester Bennington of course the iconic legend but the thing that I found very interesting is that this says Rob bordon so if you guys saw the live performance you will see that Rob bordon did not attend the live performance and Brad was not there as well but Mike Shota did mention during the performance that Brad was basically having a substitute from another lead guitarist now the thing that I find very interesting about this is that you know Rob bordon has been very lowkey and quiet about returning to Lincoln Park or being off of social media and when Chester passed uh you know Shota had mentioned many times that you know Rob bordon was out in the wilderness in the mountains doing some campings and Retreats and all that stuff so he's been very Mia so the fact that I see Rob bordon part of past members and not taking part of the new Legacy of Lincoln Park shows a very concerning aspect but I respect his decision for not coming back to the band so this is again definitely a brand new era into the band if you were to go to their discography you will see that it says from zero the 2024 album you click on this and it'll immediately tell you uh the track listing which contains 11 uh songs on the album which we have from zero which is the intro The Emptiness machine which we've just seen the music video on cut the bridge heavy is the crown over each other casualty overflow two-c stain IG yih which you still have to know the meaning for and good things go so this is pretty standard for Lincoln Park to have the 11 to 12 track listing as we've seen on different albums before now as we see on Lincoln Park's official website we will see that they totally revamped and renovated the uh website which does look pretty cool and it has the typical Mike Shoto Style Arts um aesthetic to it now when you go to the uh album variants we can see that looking at the variants of the albums we have the different vinyls we have the cassettes and all this amazing cool stuff and one of the things to really highlight here is that we have the cassette tapes coming back which is really really awesome we have the merch box set we have the standard CD we have the Blue Orchid or the translucent sea blue so the the color theme Here is very pinkish Blues with some uh subtle greens here and there which I think is really awesome and if you click on the shop now it takes you directly to the Lincoln Park shop where we see a lot of the apparel that's coming with lingan Park we have their brand new logos and their t-shirts of course from the from zero World Tour hoodies and other shirts like that and of course we can see here that Lincoln Park has also gotten some new logos which is pretty cool now according to Lincoln Park's Twitter we can see that uh they tweeted the world tour which show shows us uh six different um places there that they will be in this is one of those things where you realize we can see that Emily who has a big responsibility here now who is basically um not replacing Chester but being her own vocals being her own style being her own new direction to Lincoln Park has only is only doing six shows for the time being with tickets being on sale now and the thing that I find very fascinating and interesting about this so is that when you were to watch the Lincoln Park live stream you will notice you know they had a brand new visuals brand new aesthetic a brand new Vibe they lowered the octaves in different ways to or hired the octaves in different waves to fit the new singer uh Vibes to the to the songs that lingan park has once created and it's not in a bad way it's in such a beautiful orchestrated way to allow her to kind of bring her own um energy to the table which I thought was absolutely incredible she is great in her own Merit no one can ever replace Chester because when would scream songs he would scream and sing at the same time which is very unique which is why when you watch the Meteora the making of Meteora you'll see that the producers have always been saying that Chester has a unique style that no other artist can ever replicate so when you see Emily performing these songs uh live on uh their YouTube channel for their latest upcoming tour you can see that she's also struggling a bit to find her medium but at the same time time she comes back and has this very Angelic voice to her which I think will be fantastic for the Lincoln Park fan base but when she screams she screams very well and on top of that there are some moments where her vocals do break or do crack and she does get a lot of she was a bit emotional here and there which I thought was interesting but for that matter she did hold her composure and kept up the Lincoln Park Vibes and that's what I thought was very very fascinating of course Lincoln Park has also came out with a brand new music video for The Emptiness machine and it has the standard Lincoln Park style in terms of how these groups are coming together to start the brand new Legacy of Lincoln Park and has you know of course missing Rob bordon and the obvious Chester Bennington but this I thought video was pretty interesting to see how all of them have come back to this new this rock aesthetic kind of giving us that living thing style which I thought was pretty fascinating and really gave us that that Lincoln Park sound that most of us were waiting to to hear and do and again when you're watching the live performance you'll notice that Shinoda is literally The Mastermind behind all this keeping his composure and giving the fan base the the love the Lincoln Park that we all waited for to come back and it's been like a seven-year Hiatus and to see them do all their magic on stage again with all the unique visuals and the lights effects and all that stuff is just absolutely fantastic so again uh the videos will probably be even more down the line but just that this introduction to se a lincol Parks set a brand new era in their music videos it's not the usual Lincoln Park style but it gave us that that new that new tradition of how music videos are kind of playing out these days so um they're kind of falling into that that style which I thought was pretty unique for what it is but again Emily did do a very well job performing for The Emptiness machine and I cannot wait to see what the other uh 10 tracks have to offer within this new Lincoln Park album and so one of the last things I want to mention here is that where wherever Lincoln Park decides to go moving forward it kind of has like a Bittersweet feeling because it's brand new but at the same time you miss the old Lincoln Park but that Lincoln Park chapter has officially come to a close as this we have to accept and appreciate where they're going as most bands don't really make it this far after a passing of a very iconic lead singer sometimes bands fall apart but for Lincoln Park to really You know despite whatever members decide to not come back for them to still want to come back to the stage and make more music and have more tours later on in 2025 is absolutely incredible and of course course this again going back to the single art with Mike Shota style of painting you can never really go wrong with Lincoln Park and how or what they're bringing to the table and it's just absolutely beautiful and incredible so I honestly cannot wait to see where this band goes from here and hopefully things work for the best so I'm going to try to do some updates within Lincoln Park as this is again a brand new era I wish I had covered all their other previous albums starting from a Hybrid Theory or even zero for that matter all the way up until one more light but with this new chapter and with Ling park being my favorite band I think it's better to start now and see where we can go from here so with that said if you guys like this video and want to have more updates be sure to give a like
