oh oh [Music] evening everyone hope everyone is well uh welcome to the Leicester city news as we go through everything regarding all the news surrounding the foxes um hope everyone's a great Sunday um hope you're well join in get involved get your comments in let me know your thoughts on each of the subjects we are going to cover including Tom Cannon Daniel Iverson and another name that's popped up yeah so can play as a center forward uh Scott so that yeah they the sort positions that Jordan Ru can play Jordan Ru 33 this year really yeah Terry it's one of the questions is it but he's a guy who of course does offer Premier League experience of course uh Premier League proven can offer a lot of experience in the squad to the younger players that are coming to the club for sure but if it's not to say we are going to sign Jordan are you um Alan Nixon is the one who reported it I think the Suns reported it as well but it's how much you read into it um but yeah uh welcome to the show Terry hope you're good my friend uh Callum we will get on to that one very shortly my friend um Scott how are we my friend if we all going for a Crystal Palace player up front um Edan Edward Edon Edward would be good only had a year on his contract and there's a lot of young younger than IOU yeah um we're going to get on to Ian that show very soon as well hi Jack and all LCFC supporters what happened to the links with Vost Terry there's been no leaks mate regarding Vost I'm afraid there's been no leaks it's just the case of he followed Leicester City on Instagram and he's followed Jamie vardy that's as far as we go with with W fost um so yeah there's not much we can really put concrete on W fost unless we find out something this week which could be one where Steve Cooper obviously isn't denying that he needs another Striker um he does say he's got obviously Paton and um Tom Canan beond Jamie vardy um in the order um of Strikers so yeah um V of course should be fit for the trip to Germany uh which is obviously on Saturday when we play oror orberg away uh surely we can get more of few for Iverson or is that case of getting him off the wage Bill potentially hijack I think it's a mistake to loan out Canon he's ready for the Prem yeah potentially with Tom Kanon though he didn't really play an awful lot last season did he um he was kind of like third fiddle wasn't he at times beond Pat and D and jery VY um didn't really get given as much of a chance as we'd hope for since coming in obviously he did struggle with a bit of an injury last season for me so yeah we'll have to wait and see um armchair what we saying mate daaka plus 10 million for smodic well do you really think Pats and daaka would want to move to the championship I be a differ to be honest mate uh on that one but yeah I think we'll have to see what happens obviously a lot is moving around now guarding Leicester city with players uh we obviously need to strengthen this transfer window um Steve Cooper does say that he wants to get it done quite quickly now approaching the new season which is just over three weeks away 22 days to be exact so uh all for what you saying mate nonto Somerville R pero Jack when are your going to be predicting the Premier League predictions um so the Premier League predictions will start on the weekly leading up to the Premier League itself the Premier League table it's only pre-season so yeah they're not quite happy with the possession based football and that and uh yeah we're not we're not here to talk about Chelsea and moresa we're here to talk about the the Leicester city um who signed wood from forest I'm not sure mate to be honest I'm not sure um I I wouldn't really take Chris Wood back to be honest to be fair I think that that ship sailed to be honest um it did all right though when we first had Chris Wood obviously he did score that famous goal against Burnley didn't he that absolute rocket of a strike at Turf Moore um very good Striker up front was Chris Wood for Lester in the championship played his bit of part in the Premier League Great Escape season when we did go up on that but he obviously did leave Leicester um where did he end up was it Leeds was it Leeds chriswood ended up I think so but yeah get involved everyone Celtic has Brendan Rogers and Casper schmeichel they do Steve good evening to you Steve hope you're good um have you seen the news about J what g at the club yeah I've seen that um yeah it's mad is it it's mad what happens um will leester take a points deduction well there's not much been said regarding the points deduction as of late so yeah obviously I think that's still going on between the lawyers now in the Premier League and whatever you know that they're the guys who sought that sort of thing so Lester are still fighting the case though aren't there so obviously you know this looks like it could go into the season so yeah um right let's get on to our first subject and it is Tom Cannon um the Leicester city Striker Tom Cannon will be in a free club race if Steve Cooper um wants to loan out Tom Cannon Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder is Keen on Tom Cannon after losing Ole MC Bernie Bri faces a mighty tussle for the Republic of Ireland um International um it does go to say though from the second tier podcast this is from reluctant niiko which is Alan Nixon he goes on to say that Sheffield United Stoke City and West Brom are fighting it out for Leicester city Striker Tom Cannon um yeah Tom Canon obviously would seem to fit the bill at Sheffield United obviously they'll need another Striker ahead of the season um stoker looking to strengthin I think to Canan would be a good sort of acquaintance wouldn't he for them sort of sides you know I think he'd do well um obviously proved he has got Championship experience in his time at Preston on loan so he is pre Championship proven he can score score goals but the thing is with Tom Callen he's he's going to want to play regularly is he you know and if uh it's if Ste he's going to be in Steve Cooper's plans ahead of the new season obviously leester all looking for another Striker Steve Cooper is quite abdom they they want to sign one obviously Steve cop does like his Target men do he so we'll have to wait and see on that one um we'll have to see if anything comes of the Vost uh thing in the next couple of weeks um so yeah it remains to be seen obviously Tom Canon is a good Striker front the goal he did score quite a few for Leicester last season w't given the opportunity of course uh quite a lot of appearances Off the Bench though didn't he to be fair Tom Canon um injuries I think held him back to be honest to what we could have seen the best of Tom Cannon last season but yeah it's going to be one of them sort of windows isn't it you know it's um it's one of them windows where we're going to have to swing roundabouts with this team and see what happens who who goes out on a permanent basis or even alone and then who we actually bring in to be fair um so yeah what's your thoughts on Tom Canon ler fans let me know in the comments should we keep him and let him play in the Premier League or would it be best to send him out on loan and um get him the game time and let me know um obviously this there quite a few Championship clubss interested in Tom Canon like I say Sheffield United Stoke City and of course West Brom so yeah let me know your thoughts um where do we start I we'll go on tter naturo shortly mate well we'll leave that to the last topic to be fair Kyle how are you my friend hope you're good um West Brom should see him on the bench again they don't want don't play with a striker um Cooper may play to up top yeah it could do I think he did that Forest last season though didn't he with a one year was it Chris Wood as well so let see what happens there I think Tom Cannon does need a loan out get experiences and Premier leag quality at the minute says Dawn um definitely need a good Striker alongside VY daaka won't be good enough yeah some some ain't keen on daaka are they you know um um the thing is as it worked out for daka's best of his hope you'd probably say no um will Daka be here by next season when the Premier League starts we'll have to wait and see what happens you know um BR what's the best of interestes in what is with Pat and Daka um if a move does come about where he's going to get first first team regular football then maybe he might approach it in wanting to move on from Leicester but until then bids and that come in and the right move hopes then yeah it's going to be a Leicester of course um ke Cannon and Lan out Pat and Dao yeah I think that's a fair assessment a tough start for Man City two losses in a row friendly season FA Cup yeah didn't lose against Brendan Rogers is Celtic um yeah interesting but it's only preseason in it like say preseason and exercise and getting new team ready uh getting them fit and raring to go for the new SE season but uh yeah moving on from Tom Canon um before we get on to um Jordan areu we're GNA talk about Daniel Iverson so the update states that Leicester this is calling to Adam Nixon again Leicester city are looking for a 1.5 million pound fee for the shot stoer even though he is way down the Peck and order at the kingp stadium um yeah to be fair he was on loan at Stoke last season wasn't he Daniel Iverson um it is believed that Derby are now looking to move on from signing Iverson I think a few more Championship clubs have have done it as well um I think Sheffield United you know is another one but yeah it's an interesting sort of subject isn't it with Daniel Iverson um to be fair where he will end up obviously um yeah good goalkeeper good Championship goalkeeper to be honest um I think he do a good job at any team but like I say Derby are looking elsewhere while Sheffield Jed are also exploring other targets um some Championship Rivals are backed away from the situation um Iverson is Keen to move on to but the cost of a package is giving many second thoughts the idea of a loan has been sheld so yeah a number have been relayed to a handful of Clubs who fancy the fall travel shot stopper with the foxes happy to Traders they want a replacement yeah so the thing is with Daniel ion it might be a Danny Ward situation in it and it always comes down to wages obviously Daniel Ivon is said that he's on 25 ,000 a week with Leicester and it could be difficult for clubs in the second TI to get near those figures so the thing is if if he is going to move on this transfer window then maybe he's G to have to drop his wages um obviously Leicester are willing to let Danny Ward go this transfer window as well obviously Danny Ward 50k wages is what got reported by Jeff Peters I think that comes at a big stumbling block for teams when it comes to signing I and um Danny Ward obviously I think they'd be like permanent basis is i w they for Ward and Iverson if the ARs move on uh but if we can't then we're obviously going to have to look for a loan deal aren we which is not what we want we want to earn money from these sorts of deals to be fair but yeah we'll have to wait and see what happens um haly evening to you hope you're good um I would keep Canon and sell daer invest in a Winger yeah leester have been quite heavily linked with Wingers hav't they Steve over the last couple of couple of weeks um you know we've had Matias Sula Jordan aou you know um auu going to Leicester underwhelming is no better than what we have got a fair assessment there um nobody will pay for that pay that for a keeper exactly that didn't pick an he did um there was on about staric wasn't there he's picked up an ankle injury um which he had an operation for they said it could be up six month it could come back down to 12 so depends on the serious um ke P Veron get rid of Danny Ward says Terry I thought Enzo signed him um well Enzo ain't signing we still at the club Steve um Lewis how are you my my friend hope you're good we should sign Dominic sank in a swap deal for daker in 20 million pound I say well I think Dominic sanki bourou are going to want a big fee for him to be fair mate and uh yeah what's in Chelsea being linked with um Dominic salanki not longer Graphics SP has been linked to him as well um we are we must be paying near 100K per week for Keepers well with Ward's on 50K which is being reported by Jeff Peters and Iverson's on 25 cat 75 grand between them um weekly shipping out in wages so yeah it's um one of them Chris was for was at foris last season he was he was under um off was going on about Terry Z senders on drama old episodes Terry your makes back offer um but yeah um what's your thoughts on Daniel Iverson um could we potentially go and move him on this summer obviously wages is like it says in Allan Nixon's report about the stumbling block when it comes to these second tier sides even coming close to even paying that sort of money through the keeper obviously I think if Daniel I need to leave this transfer window and wages is a problem then maybe it could be alone but we'll have to wait and see um but yeah yeah it's one of them um next one I want to touch on is Jordan IOU obviously Alan Nixon meanwhile says Leicester are looking into a shock move for Crystal palaces gar and start Jordan I obviously leester considering the move according to um Allan Nixon the foxes want extra Firepower up front and IOU could be available as Palace revamp their squad under glasner um he also has possible Saudi interest yeah I think he's I think he's coming to the age of 33 isn't he this year um Jordan AIO obviously he does offer quite a bit of premier league experience been playing for Crystal Palace um a player who can play leftwing rightwing and players also as a center forward down the middle so um transfer market is currently marketing Jordan IOU is4 million pounds um I don't know how much Crystal Palace would want for aou obviously he's on his last year of his contract so maybe he won't get as much for aou um yeah his contract runs out next year um so yeah it's one of them where we have to see what happens obviously yeah I think you know would you take a leester would you know let me know in the comments I mean yeah Leicester are going obviously look for strengthening a number of areas this season aren't they for sure they're going to need to ahead of a big Premier League season for The Foxes as they return to the Prem um areu for Crystal Palace has made give me a second let me see if I can find this so he's made 211 appear es in all competition 23 goals 22 assists um I believe um he also played for Mars making 147 appearances for them 22 goals 17 assists um yes it's it's absolute Madness um Viller made 58 appearances for them Swansea another 58 appearances um yeah what's your thoughts Leicester fans on Jordan are you would you take him at Leicester would you not if not let me know why um yeah what if the obviously it does offer Premier League experience and I think that's what we're going to be looking at with some of the players um bmer tried signing daa so it makes sense yeah that deal fell through did it was it like what 10 million pounds uh wasn't Keith from Mo supposed to gone C it for Sumer um that was IU we must be desperate if I see Danny Warden goal for Leicester in the Premier League again well Ray's not happy about that um has Mikel Antonio signed for a new club yet or extended his contract at West Ham not sure Scott to be honest mate um no we'll turn 33 in September why do we keep trying Wingers we need a new striker in a back up the thing is getting linked with all these Wingers you know it's how many we're actually going to sign it's back to being linked with all these players again you know obviously the media linkers of all these players because they know that we obviously want to strengthen them positions in Midfield Strikers and all over the pitch you know um so yeah it's one that we are going to see what happens regarding Jordan IOU obviously his brother Andre IU has been a bit in been around the Premier League a bit and all any but you know we're not being linked with him so don't worry about that uh but no um Leicester fans let me know your thoughts where you think Leicester city needs to strengthen ahead of the new season I think striking option is a must I think a Creator is a must as well in that Midfield um we've got to replace Ken and JB which um Steve Cooper has been abdom that we need to do that of course um we could see the lights of Harry Su going out on loan to the championship uh what's your thoughts on that one um could Luke Thomas leave the club I think he's got a year left on his deal we've got quite a few players left on left on their deals haven't they one year I think it's MC Danny Ward I think Iverson's one of them as well um so yeah let me know your thoughts on Leicester fans um let me way we way you think we need to strengthen ahead of the new season um we sign a player that could set set pieces yeah I can agree with that Canon going Sheffield United um I sh Canon say I'm not ashamed um at all Callum to be fair mate you know players come and go from clubs don't know let's let's be honest here you know players come and go it's the it's the way football works I'm afraid um Iverson you know he needs game time I think he'll want to be number one somewhere to be honest with you yeah Noto yeah his time come to an end at Lester you know I wished him all the best and uh he looks like he's signing for La Liga side s then I think they've reached an agreement with Kell on a free agent obviously did get linked with Aston Villa didn't he um in that show and Nottingham Forest and that but um Canon I mean we'll have to see what happens regarding him Sut I mean to be fair could we have got money for Harry suo instead of send him out loan B the thing is with suo his Stock's not going to be high at the minute is it so maybe if he has a successful loan spell somewhere then maybe we can raise the price tag a bit more and uh maybe someone might s on him on a permanent deal maybe that's the plan um I don't know I don't need any more as we need a number 10 the striker I'd agree with you there Dawn you not mentioned the Su campwell swap rumors really is that what's being rumored is it Todd I thought Todd campwell was green nor is Terry I thought he was making a return to uh nor city um Todd cwell I thought that's what the rumors was um obviously he is set to leave Rangers isn't he um Todd cwell so um yeah it's one that um that one's come that one's come quite of a shot to me today Terry that um why I've been on stream I don't know if that has been um put about big Su linked with a link to BL the blades stoker W in him as well uh yeah I don't see nothing regarding um campwell in sutor on mine but yeah not sure where that rumors come from but yeah I've not I've I've checked X and um other media places and there yeah there's nothing on that regarding that one but yeah um C well when I looked it I was talking to a friend from Norge and it looks like he could be going back there so um I think if Su ends up anywhere Terry to be fair it could be the championship but obviously Rangers have been interested in the past haven't they on Harry sutor so we'll have to wait and see um I think a couple of fullbacks uh um maybe um interesting that we are being linked to cway I'd rather save the money and try Alves will Alves has been quite impressive a he um I've been quite impressed with Will Alves these last two pre season games that he's played against uh palmo and Shrewsbury town so yeah maybe he's got a big future ahead of him will alz you know Sammy braybrook another one who um would be good um hello Josh how are you my friend um another one silco Thomas he got an assist yesterday in the pre-season game against Blackburn for Wigan obviously he's gone on loan to Wigan for the rest of the season you heard it here first Terry don't you go telling porkys now will you don't you go telling lies to me Terry um yeah don't go telling me none none of these lies um no um yeah it's going be interesting um Harry suu's brother John plays center back for Rangers yeah seen that maybe that's where the links have come from to Rangers um but I think suits you know he'd obviously want to play first team football W he'd want to get as enough regular time as possible on the pitch um at Lester it's not really happened for him to be fair I think he's made about 16 appearances or so and yeah it's not great is it you know you as a player you want to play as much time as possible you know and uh yeah you want to progress um1 million pound since signing for sto you know yeah his price has gone down quite a bit and it's referring to suits you know I think he's he's done okay at Lester when you know he's played but yeah I just don't think Rogers and um Enzo are fan of him have that since um since joining Ley you know so yeah well I and see what happens regarding sut um you watch all the good players go first yeah um yeah we'll have to wait and see
