this is a another part of the video that my friend Robert Lindsay U sent me um is supposed to be included in the first portion of the video but um for some reason he couldn't get it to send but uh this is him using this product mothers to uh shine up movements and so we go ahead and watch it pivot holes and all that because after I get done I take a toothpick and I'll clean all the pivots and all the little nukes and crannies out with a toothpick and then I'll wash it off him and I were just talking today and he told me back when he was younger his dad used to make him use semic Chrome to polish up motorcycles and it was a chore when he discovered this product it made things so much simpler um mother's he told me has other products out there they have a wax that smells like cherries um he said that they have lots of other products soap and water dry it [Music] Mark's been after me for a while to do this [Applause] so here you go Mark hope makes you happy [Music] now and by the way uh I highly suggest uh you're thinking about getting in the repairing cucko and manle clocks and that uh subscribe to Mark's videos because he really is good at what he [Music] does you're very informative he has a great knowledge he's helped me out a lot my heads off to him uh sorry about that the uh let me get back to it he says I help him out a lot that's not true he watches my YouTube videos and that is what has helped him out he rarely ask me any questions um he has repaired everyone of his cuckoo clocks and he has over 40 cuckoo clocks and his uncle has got five cuckoo clocks that he has repaired so um um he is very uh very good student he everything that he knows he's learned from my YouTube channels for the most part because he really is good at what he does they're very informative he has a great knowledge he's helped me out a lot the hats off to him go check out his videos subscribe to him he's better at making videos than I am this is my first [Laughter] time and as I said before I went ahead and did some his Q-tip is black parts and that's a good thing to show you what it looks like and it's the same [Music] process just make sure everything is good and clean before you do it and then you clean it all really good after you get done and uh Mark asked me about fingerprints well alls I do after I have it all done is I'll just take a clean cotton Q-tip and I'll just wipe everything down it'll take off the fingerprints all right let's wipe that off see if you can see the difference now should be getting a lot brighter you can see the stuff he doesn't have an ultrasonic cleaner he uses uh Dawn dish detergent and water and then he polishes all up with this Mother's [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] but you can see this has got some rough Machining marks in it so the smoother it is the brighter it's going to be more shinier but you can do that to everything on it don't worry about getting it in the pivot because you take a toothpick after you got it in there and you just clean them right out nice get all the go out put it over to the other side it's after you're done all your polishing clean it all out really really good take it over to the sink or your Ultra silent cleaner and you just need some good warm soapy water to clean out the residue of the clean compound that gives you an idea what it's going to look like and here's some of the gears I've done already look how shiny that is you could it polishes shave metal too you can shave in that gear all your uh pins and everything even on the pivot ends the shaft and everything you can see how nice it it polishes on right up like I said it's got a contains a protective uh coating so it does it won't oxidize like it normally does so this could go for to you know you don't have to do it until the next time you really serves the clock you know you take the back out and everything that's that here here's the crotch in The Verge that I did and you can see how it cleans up that inside everything yeah he spends a lot of time cleaning up all the parts in the movement and his clocks run extremely well afterwards fly I get it right into the lanterns and uh and after I get done polishing it all up I'll clean all the lanterns and stuff out even the gear teeth with a toothpick in there and just get every bit of that residue I can and then I'll wash it with the soap and water and dry about getting them into the P so thank you very much Robert for U sending me this video I hope y'all enjoyed this video um go out and buy this product like I said you can go to Walmart this container here cost me $6 $5.98 cents plus tax uh which is a lot cheaper than semic Chrome it's a lot easier to use than semic Chrome and uh you could buy it at your auto part stores and places like that I'm sure you can buy it online I hope yall enjoyed this video leave me some comments give me a thumbs up uh may God bless each and every one of you and again thank you Robert for pointing this product out to me [Applause]
