Intro [Music] Connections let's do connections we're finding four groups of four we have National talk slip Latin jargon steel budget tiptoe Whispers Environ plead Enterprise creep speculation Thrifty and rumbling Creek makes me think of radio head um I saw jargon I feel like jargon just has one meaning the jargon the talk maybe um I feel like talk goes speculation as well like jargon is is just like special um specialty words within a within like a what do you I specialty words within a profession or whatever or a context so like what else would mean that I don't know Enterprise like Star Trek uh okay let's think about speculation speculation talk like people are talking about it they're speculating about it um tiptoe Whispers I don't know maybe not that oh but there's been some rumbling about it okay I just saw that so there there must be a fourth one Whispers yeah I think it is Whispers like talking about um you know spilling the tea let's see hearsay oh okay all right many people are saying let's see Thrifty like you're being Thrifty you're being budget see budget you need to be like budget Le right Thrifty is like isn't it an adjective you are thrifty you aren't budget a budget is a noun I always have to think about that um Environ I'm wondering if like we're supposed to be thinking environment or the fact that it ends in Iron um I don't know Envy huh if it's a bunch of radio head songs unfortunately I'm not super familiar with their songs like I wouldn't be able to list off a bunch of song titles so I don't mean creep can mean a lot of things but I'm worried it's that H creep can also mean to like to sneak around I don't tiptoe creep and tiptoe you can like slip into somewhere like slip into the room uh steal like you can steal a glance I don't know like the being sneaky right I feel like the steel I feel like steel is wrong but I don't know what else would go with that budget plead Thrifty Latin Enterprise okay I'm going to try it anyway oh it was right move stealthily okay interesting that's a really really strange use of Steel there but I I think I get it okay we got the blue and purple not surprised oh that plus two to Green really helped out that finding that steel there my shirt is green so I had a better chance of figuring out green obviously that's how it works um would would Thrifty and budget go together I enter Enterprise like like enterprise software is software for large corporations right National would be like also a large thing is I don't know what else would go with that like casting a wide umbrella Enterprise national I don't know I think that's wrong I don't know what we're doing with Environ cuz I I didn't realize that was a word I feel like it's you need to end it with meant environment um it's got iron in it it's got EnV in it it's got kind of Envy in it if you think about it or if you don't think about it too hard Maybe um budget like what does Latin go with pig latin would Latin go with jargon I don't know what else would go with that maybe Environ means that and then like Enterprise like oh wait wait wait wait Enterprise and National and budget are are um car rental companies I just realized that I don't know what the other car rental company is but if I was going to name a car rental company I'd probably name it Thrifty I mean of these I would I wouldn't name it Thrifty and avoid but out of these five options I feel like I would name it Thrifty so let's try it yeah okay car rental companies so jargon Environ plead and Latin I mean my I'm still sticking to my guns that this is like um this is types of speech like specific to groups speech specific to groups oh you know I even said Environ ends and iron I didn't see that we had argon tin and lead okay well purple just happened and that's fine that's pretty typical I I wish I'd seen that I did see I said several times that Environ ends and iron but I was thinking about iron like an ironing like you iron your clothes I wasn't thinking about the chemical element so that's on me jargon having argon in it is is kind of a tough spot same with Latin having tin in it please having Le in it cuz they're not pronounced the same as the elements so that makes it much more difficult to to pull out all right well purple was very much purpling today um I feel like the difficulty is up there on this one steel meaning to move stealthily not something you might think about knowing the car rental companies that's just kind of something you got to know I don't think everyone knows that um maybe like you might know about Enterprise and budget but like National and Thrifty I'm not so sure um guess it depends on where you are and then ending with chemical elements I don't know who's getting that one good good job if you did I mean I think it's possible but that's tough so I'm going to rate this a 3.2 well they give it a 2.4 so I don't know I still think my reasons hold for why this was more difficult um I also didn't make any mistakes though so I mean I I'm kind of patting myself on the back by rating it 3.2 and not having made mistakes so maybe maybe there's that too anyway how' you do let's do the mini cross word for Saturday August 24th Mini Crossword and every Saturday i' like to remind you that the Sunday comes really early so if you are booting this up in like the afternoon evening and the puzzle is you know you know what are really crummy those Nature Valley um those Nature Valley bars I love them but the the crumbs the crumbs are insane on those all right um wrist like why is wrist here it's something to try it but I I'd like to try to find the spag first if I can but I'm not going to put too much effort in that today um like I don't know what wrist would have to do with crumbs is the thing do we have like a granola bar cuz that's what I was just talking well they're not really granola bars what are they um anyway cookies uh what else has crumbs I don't know any anything anything child eat somehow produces crumbs huh like it why is rist just sitting here um I'm not sure because I don't know what that has to do with crum Crums crummy theme I'm going to look around the edges can't really you can do sackle or just sack um I know sackle is not a thing but you could do sack oops um I didn't mean to do that none of these like speak to me in terms of crummy theme could we do when I'm stuck um save me a little bit of time both in the recording and the edit chair can't really do chair I I just don't understand what's okay so I'm going to use hint to see if that helps me oh so these are kinds of crackers I I'm looking for Cracker the whole time though and now that I know to look now that I'm like I don't understand why that happens like once I'm basically convinced that it actually is there I suddenly see it it's like schrodingers crackers okay so I need to think of different kinds of cracks soda crackers um we Saltine soda rice what is this one Rita tier wait what what is Rea ra rate that accepted that war war it wart what a water is there a water cracker I've heard of water chestnuts what is this one yst um see the thing is I know this is one word because it's does not less it's less than eight letters it's seven letters six letters actually and so it has to be one word cuz words are minimum four letters um stereo what kind of cracker oh oyster oyster crackers okay um two more gold goldfish goldfish could also be a spog and Manila no ma Molina wait how do I do Manila I can't oh um Malia what is this lamina accepted that what what is this H did I
