Luka Doncic to Los Angeles?! Lakers Eye Lebron James REPLACEMENT! Maxx Crosby Takes Kobe Bryant!

China James LeBron the James well we might have an insight into what the Lakers are thinking post LeBron era like what superstar are they going to try to Target to replace LeBron James and it's a damn good one uh I got to be honest with you my only thing about this and NBA fans are reacting to this so we'll take a look at their reaction too but uh look every superstar on planet Earth at some point it seems like has been tied to the Lakers at some point if they were missing a superstar or needed a superstar that's just the way basketball has always been they've always come up in that you know one Superstar is going here then next thing you know the Lakers are targeting this Superstar and a lot of times it just doesn't happen right sometimes it does like they got LeBron all right I mean the Lakers storyed franchise arguably the Dallas Cowboys of the NBA and if you're a Cowboys a hater and a Lakers fans sorry about that but that's sort of where they're at in the historical uh you know it's historical hallways of the NBA it's just that kind of franchise Yankees Cowboys Lakers and we got an idea now of who they might be looking at and we've also got some words uh from Max crossby of the Las Vegas Raiders now we cover the Raiders a lot on this channel especially during football season lot of Raiders stuff on this channel and he has made some comments about who he would take in a game seven now I don't know if this was supposed to be a goat conversation because we've done that video lately Magic Johnson came out the other day with some Lakers on Lakers crime and said he would he would take Michael Jordan every day all day versus LeBron well you know that's how I feel too right well Max Crosby says that in the game seven he's taken MJ okay I can let you go on that then he says Kobe and I like Kobe I'm just wondering Kobe's record in game sevens I don't think is just great rest in peace goat one one of the goats of the NBA but uh I don't know let's listen to this my goat list I'm taking Kobe over LeBron I think LeBron like I respect his greatness like he's top three no question but if it really comes down to it like in my opinion you got game seven on the line I'm taking MJ and I'm taking Kobe if I want to win a title that's just my opinion can't argue that now when we have these conversations if I could have any of them I take any of them the thing about this argum right now is I can say five things about why I think or Lebron youall say five things you're both say damn you could I mean so that was on the OG's podcast but I I I don't know I don't know I mean I you guys know I'm not the biggest LeBron James guy but I think he's got a maybe a better record game seven than than Kobe does if I remember correctly right so there we are I I think overall I'd rather have Kobe's career uh but if we're talking just specifically game sevens um maybe LeBron's got the edge there right so this is the Superstar that the Lakers will supposedly be eyeing post LeBron James this is LeBron wire really right now somewhere bronn's like well I thought I was the next guy stop it right R now now the Los Angeles Lakers are a good team at least on paper even if some don't want to admit it they are arguably the best superstar Duro in the NBA LeBron James and Anthony Davis really really as of today in 2024 and they have some very useful and reliable players around them even though they don't have enough such players but LeBron James is 39 he won't stick around much longer by his own admission it is thought he may only play two or three more seasons at this point and since he can opt out of his new Lakers contract next summer the 2024 25 season could be his final one in purple and gold according to Kevin o' Conor I believe he's of the ringer the Lakers are eventually looking at attracting Luca donic of the Dallas Mavericks to be the next face of the franchise quote I've reported on this podcast and on the ringer how they have their sight set on Luca for the future oconnell said if we'll see if we'll see if that works out Dallas just made the finals Dallas is looking better than ever with their Supporting Cast that may not work out but the Lakers by not trading their future picks clearly still or they're still thinking long term at this point right now it seems Unthinkable that donic would even think about leaving the Mavs as ' Conor said they're coming off a trip to the NBA finals and they signed Klay Thompson this summer in order to augment their topheavy offense the Mavericks may not have the Firepower to return to the championship series but they're certainly in the mix at least for now and of course it goes on to talk about Shaq becoming a Laker uh back in the day leaving his original team right so as you can imagine Luca to the Lakers you know got some NBA fans talking right there you see it there he is in a in a Lakers uniform I look my personal opinion is that Dallas Mavericks are going to move Heaven and Earth to make sure this dude never walks out of a building and puts on another uniform but you never know all right you're still talking about the Lakers you're still talking about a storage franchise there's a lot of ancillary monetary uh opportunities that come with being a Laker kind of like being a Dallas Cowboy or a Yankee I mean you know you can be a midline Dallas Cowboys player and you're going to get all kinds of perks especially on a local level so that's something to think about uh little reaction here the Mavericks will go Luca the whole state of Texas before this happens I tend to agree with that this guy says I'm mind Sydney s Sweeny yeah in other words I mean you can eye one thing but n may not happen I'm eyeing 1998 Salah hyek for my wife look 20 24 somah Hy is still a nice looking lady yeah seriously uh come on stop it uh but yeah from Dust Till Dawn somah would be uh the one to eye there if you're going to eye sahayak up all the Lakers are eyeing is another sweep by the Nuggets wow Cuban will pay Luca a trillion dollars to keep him zero chance Luca goes to La is it is it me or I did a video a while back on the big channel that that uh Cuban may be letting go of his interest in the uh Mavericks Luca and bronny James about to be the future of the Lakers oh no stop that oh seriously for every superstar not on the Lakers there has been an edit of said superstar in a Lakers jersey that's kind of what I was talking about earlier right I mean every time one Superstar is getting ready to move out there's always rumors that the next Hot Shot is going to become a Lakers uh Lakers player next sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't Lakers won't get to the next level until they retool without the old man uh first of all that ain't happening Luca is not turning down a Max extension of 500 million from Dallas second he's not going to want to come play with a bunch of Scrubs and AD will be old at that point by the way Luca is only 25 he 25 going into the season uh we already got bronny go elsewhere Luca God are there people out there that really said y bronny am I a joke to you oh yeah with Charlamagne the god uh memes I'm a little nauseated at this point uh Luca would have eaten up inside a half a season in Los Angeles he'd get stripped so many times he'd get smoked wouldn't hold up contract would fold like and get kicked out of town I don't know what that's about but uh I look I think Luca could hold his own on the on the court seriously uh no won't happen uh love the Mavericks but I'm praying for this really uh okay defensive liability okay I I get where you're going there uh this guy is bringing up the the previous rumors facts just like they got Butler Kawai D rozan Giannis KD and the list goes on and on yeah so uh they should be eyeing the 2024 2025 playin eliminated first round that's wild we need to get a player like Giannis to usher in the Next Generation interesting interesting so I wonder would Lakers fans actually want Luca or do they got somebody else in mind I like Luca but I don't know that I see this happening besides that you're going to I mean you're going to be holding bronny back at that point it's going to be his team right right question mark isn't he the future he's the next Superstar I hear the next man I almost made an angel Reese joke there but even I could say you know Angel Reese is better than
