quick announcement we're at Texas Roadhouse and I'm extremely hungry but if you have anxiety or depression or you're just in your own head or whatever the case is and you haven't heard of young blood go check him out for one and for two he just wrote a book called you need to exist and it's a book to love and destroy this isn't meant to be a perfect book on a shelf somewhere and he says it in his interview but you should check it out you're supposed to write your thoughts down and all kinds of stuff and it's like the best book that I've ever gotten or paid for or whatever so again if you have anxiety or or depression or whatever the case may be read this book and go find young blood and his story and his community and just know that you belong and that you need to exist check it out it's great
