'Boulter Fire' starts up Saturday near Tooele-Juab county border; evacuations issued

tonight well tonight we're following a rapidly expanding Wildfire located along the duab tuilla county line the so-called Bolter fire which sparked earlier today has now grown to an estimated 3,000 acres in size much of the smoke drifting into the Salt Lake Valley today just a few hours ago the fire caused evacuation of recreators there at 5 Mile Pass a popular area for off-roading west of Eagle Mountain the threat to this particular area here at 5 Mile Pass is definitely diminished um if conditions were to change then we are ready to reactivate um you know Emergency Operations out here if we need to so areas between Eureka and Vernon have also been evacuated but no structures are being threatened the fire force a closure of sr36 in t County in both directions drivers are also being asked to avoid sr73 at the Utah T County Line Fire's quick spread was fueled by today's strong winds It is believed to be human CA cus
