know more about the life of Kelly Kings okay so Kelly's neighbor is right here so it to be really really soft but you know what she's such a dear friend that I haven't seen in a long long time and since she moved here I haven't even visited her so today I'm so excited to visit my movie star friend Kelly Kings yay never see you my thumb my Thum see you fracture your thumb yeah try to climb up starts with k so yes all K wow I really never been to a new place look so cozy and I can totally tell that you are hoer I am a hoer I'm a shopholic as well how big is this space the whole Space wow the whole Space because I think it's upstairs and downstairs I think add up together is about 400 square ft oh it actually looks 400 bigger than 400 ft but how much are you paying for rental about 2.8 damn is think a on the pricier side no I think it's on the cheaper side actually 2.8 because I got it when the bubble was really go going really high so I think I got a good price cuz 2.8 includes utilities as well so not too bad youve made this move to move out your parents place for like 4 years already yeah four years what me you decide to shift out your parents place I just decided that I needed to leave my nest because I realized that when you're at home right you rely a lot on your parents like even simple things like buying toilet paper buying shampoo all these things you kind of relax I know but it's a luxury you know it is but I wanted to learn how to be independent and then like what if one day um I have no one to rely on am I able to make it out on my own so now that I still see my family as a safety net this is the best time for me to figure out myself and also moving out I'm able to decorate it myself now which actually right I bought something really cute do you want to see of course show me it's over there so cute woman for human or for dog um it's for both but it was meant for humans this is of the best purchase I have because as you can see right I got no dining table in this area so this will come into perfect use because instead of sitting on the cold heart floor we have this really soft pretty cushion to sit on it looks so comfy oh it comes in three three colors three colors how much is it I think it's like $10 plus only it's so cozy honestly this whole Space is so cozy how often do you have friends over I actually have friends over quite often cuz we play maong and recently I started cooking also so like sometimes friends will come over to eat a that's so nice wow but how do you even find time to play Ma and Co because congratulations on the success of your movie my gosh you must be so busy running like promotional materials shows now still right yeah actually because we did really really well in Malaysia thank you most of the time we usually go toit and say thank you for watching and everything okay anyway back to the house I love this CP that you have what's some of the other like home decor elements that you really really love okay so I have a really huge poster right there uh tempestry like that says I want you to get rich so that is me manifesting money and also um I have a Decor that Crips people out a lot so if you turn over there you can see they have a hit with a wig yes that's actually very creepy it's quite creepy right I mean my defense the hit was meant for my heads that I crochet the wig was from Halloween and I thought it was just perfect and I love it cuz it Criss people out yeah uh please leave a comment and tell me if you think it's nice but you know what I think I see the hidden automated Maj table yes one right yes this one right yes right confirm the Maj paper let's see it is wow price possession my God how much money does this table cost uh 800 800 okay and how much money have you made with it like colorful things and I do like the topic of Love especially self love so this is to remind myself to love myself and that love is everything a I love it and I also see a rather dirty mirror yes dirty mirror and you know what I'm going to leave a message for Kelly on this mirror I love you let's go everybody please take a close look at this the reason why it's so dirty is because of this boy P down please P down this one K be all because of you correct it's not me I'm actually a very clean person I like to cook clean and read books you do do you I I do I do like to read books I very domesticated so if you want to wipe me up uh call my call me Kelly is taking me by surprise every second oh is this a vanity area yes it is um very messy um I have a lot of makeup this is so cute yeah this is actually most of my tissue box I'm actually quite particular about tissue boxes cuz I realized that what makes a house look really ugly is just like the plain tissue like I know I know right so yeah everything is more aesthetic as you can see um and also I have a team which is check so like check sleepers check out this one che sers check those dishwasher things okay I have a serious question though bab yeah how many lips do you have uh one if you only have one lips why do you need this amount of lipsticks hello this is just a quarter of it I you know girls right we are just very obsessed with like having different lip color but I actually you just use like one or two colors I know like I'm the same like but different shades for different days okay another serious question correct how often do you clean these brushes here um I actually do clean them quite often yeah I have the I have the the brush cleaner thing I clean them about once a month still not very often that but it's good enough look at my miror so yeah it's good enough okay if your miral looks like that I can't wait to see your bedom oh my bedroom is very ugly because there's nothing much going on I don't really go upstairs that much besides sleeping so I mean you can just very oh we love ugly that's why we're here oh you calling me Aug no no no no no no no I can't wait to see let's go okay what so cozy and comfortable it's very ugly no this is where like you rest I think is very important to be able to rent a space like this I think it's so nice do you feel like a sense of achievement and fulfillment I no I I feel a sense of anxiety every month because you need to pay rent yeah true but as a media freelancer do you think it's hard to afford rent it is definitely very hard and a lot of people will say that it's is not the wisest uh Financial Choice which I agree but I think different people have different circumstances like for me I feel like we only live once YOLO uh we only live once so I rather pay and work a little bit harder just so that I have uh like to experience life you know like I don't want to wait till like I'm married I rather just like you know what this is my sanity I want my own space yeah so the worst thing about love right is that upstairs get really hot which I'm really sweating right now can we go down but I kind of like it here I okay let's go any tips you can give to people watching G room tours if they're thinking of like renting an apartment love Studio whatever like yourself when I look for houses right my first question is always house the neighbors because your house can be beautiful right with like neighbors from hell you are living like a nightmare because every day when I come home I feel very very stressed so that's number one thing but wait how do you find out how your neighbors are you ask the Property agent you ask like if let's say there tenants still living there ask the tenants always make sure there's hot water go and run the water to see how's the water pressure like do you like the water pressure is there hot water and also definitely the AC's if you have more than one AC in the house ask like is it all connected to the same compressor or whatever walk around the neighborhood to make sure that you have buses um that go to the train stations or like at least the places that you go um just always like keep a lookout on that also when the agent like does a Handover make sure to like take picture of every single thing because I've experienced that there's a scratch from the floor from the start but when I moved out they insisted that it was us so I think it's it's safer to do all these things it's never too much like just be really really careful m w those are really really good tips to have so
